"Welcome to Cubby’s Cove, where rustic charm meets modern comforts. This Amish-built log cabin, nestled on the edge of a serene one-acre pond is an intimate oasis for solitude-seekers and couples. Your getaway begins as you step into the cozy cabin, which comfortably sleeps two. The handcrafted queen log bed invites you to relax while the fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up your favourite recipes. A romantic gas log stove sits waiting to warm the chill of the evening, adding to the homely rural ambiance. The outdoor deck provides an idyllic spot for dining under open skies while the waterfront position gifts you with a picture-perfect view, whether you're fishing off the deck during the day or stargazing at night. The cabin is also ideal for four-legged family members, underscoring our warm welcome for pet owners. Amenities like indoor fireplace, Wifi, hair dryer, TV, heating and air conditioning cater to those used to city comforts. Safety is taken care of with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. You’ll also find essentials such as a bathtub, hot water, bed linens, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, BBQ grill, and EV charger, among others. Despite its peaceful seclusion, Cubby's Cove is conveniently situated near famous spots like Sol's in Berlin, Heini's Cheese Chalet, and the Holmes County Flea Market.
Visitors will have exclusive access to Cubby’s Cove including a kitchen fully stocked with a variety of appliances from a refrigerator and oven, to a coffeemaker and toaster. Free parking is available on the premises - it is not a designated parking space, but there’s plenty for all guests to park comfortably. You can enjoy outdoor dining with our BBQ grill and dining set, and access to the peaceful waterfront for fishing or simple tranquility. If you’re travelling with an electric vehicle, we offer an EV Charger for your convenience.
