About this house rental

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 6 beds, newly built home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your next getaway. From a full kitchen, to the little extras around the home , you will feel at peace and ready to relax as soon as you arrive. This relaxing and spacious property is minutes away from New Braunfels. local tubing and fishing, Gruene, Whitewater Amphitheater, local food and entertainment, wineries, hiking, and Schlitterbahn Water Park just to name a few of the local attractions.

The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home with private bath, double sink and walk in shower. There's plenty of counter, drawer, and cabinet space. Bathroom towels, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are available. California King size bed with nightstands, dresser, and extra fans are also included.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with dresser and walk in closet. Extra blanket and fan is included in this room also.

Bedroom 3, "Bunk Room" has 2 sets of bunkbeds with the bottom bunks being full and tops being twins. Large closet to store items away. Small table with plug and play features are in-between the 2 bunks.

Available by request is a queen sized, self inflating air mattress as needed and the couches in the living room are quite comfy for naps and sleep overs.

Linen closet is fully stocked with bath towels, lake/tubing towels and extra blankets.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to grill and serve wine as you watch the sunset or make breakfast and sip on fresh brewed coffee watching the sunrise. All the necessities of home can be found in this kitchen for you to use.

Kitchen pantry has a full sized front load washer and dryer, some staples for cooking, laundry pods, dryer sheets, trash bags, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, and games for all to enjoy.

The backyard has plenty of seating and entertainment for all ages. The main sitting area has end tables, coffee table, and an additional round table with chairs. Whether you are enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a chilled beverage under the string lights after tubing all day, you can enjoy it more with 2 outdoor ceiling fans or propane heater during the winter, Smart TV, swing, picnic table, grill, and firepit with chairs. You can't have a big yard with friends and family around without entertainment for all, so we've included cornhole, Jenga and a jumbo Connect Four for everyone to enjoy.

This home is great for a getaway for singles, couples, families, or a friends weekend retreat to get away from the city. There's plenty to do if you want an adventure or Dolce Far Niente is fine too!

We spent several days here and honestly didn’t want to leave. The backyard was the highlight of our trip. It seemed like it had something for all ages. The adults could sit and relax comfortably while watching the kids play. The open kitchen and living room was perfect so we could all enjoy each other’s company. We will definitely be coming back. The hosts were always quick to reply with any questions or concerns and had the house stocked with those few items that you always seem to forget.

Celebrated a friends birthday with floating the Guadalupe river, and we were able to unwind after with all the great entertainment offered by this house! The house is clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and our host (Brian) was timely in response to any questions or concerns we had. We will be back!

We stayed here with friends for 4th of July weekend and had a great time! This house was so comfortable and had something for everyone. The drive to the canyon lake marina was less than 10 minutes. The kids loved the swing and making s’mores every night before climbing into their bunk. The host was incredible and more than accommodating. We can’t wait to come again!

We came to Wimberley area for a couple days and this was the perfect property for us. Our kids loved the bunk room, the beds were SO comfortable on all the beds, backyard was amazing and location was great. The host had so many little items that were helpful with our stay. Stayed for a weekend and the house was great!! Super clean house and the backyard was great!! Had all the necessities in the house plus more! Loved the cornhole boards, fire pit, and the games! Much needed time with friends! The parking for the river was about a 5 minute drive and wasn’t bad! Grocery store was less than 5 minutes as well.

The house was beautiful and we loved the yard, kitchen was fully stocked and everything was extremely clean! I would love to stay here again. We had 7 adults and fit comfortably. I had a bad experience with VRBO customer service as well as a mix up in the booking process but it was to no fault of the property owner.

This home was very clean and Was exactly as pictured on the site. We really enjoyed sitting out in the backyard in the evening. The lights were a nice touch.. Perfect location to go float the river. The only thing I would suggest is that they had more towels since we were a group of 8 women. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is so cute! It was very clean. The check-in and out was super easy. We loved the backyard area. It has lots of shade and loved the lighting at night. The house has everything you need for cooking! Sooooo close to WhiteWater Amphitheater. We went to Jacob’s Well, we shopped in Wimberly and Gruene (all within an easy driving distance). Floated the river in Gruene. The local grocery store was not that great, but the Brokshire Brothers in Canyon Lake is not far and very nice! Bring some bug spray:) We loved our stay and would book this house again for sure!

This house is exactly as pictured- but better!! The beds were all comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The inside was great!!! But the outside… it exceeded our expectations!! The owner set up the outside so perfectly! Seating areas, games, lights - all perfect!! And the lightening bugs were a treat as well! Great location to drive to and from Whitewater Amphitheater- about 5 mins. Thank you for sharing your house!
