We are a large family of 12 and this place was perfect! Beautiful views of the lake, very clean, and came equipped with everything you could possibly need for your entire stay! We enjoyed our trip and plan to come back again soon!! Thank you so much for everything!

The Lake house is everything you would expect it to be up at Indian Lake, it has many bedrooms to accompany your large group/family. We all enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching all the different lake activities, but the extra bonus was seeing the Fourth of July fireworks across the lake. We would definitely be renting again.

Because my family lives in the Columbus area, we have been taking our family vacations close to home so the adults and older children can commute back and forth for work. We come to Indian Lake at least every other year. This is the largest and nicest home we have rented, here at the lake. The entire bldg was great. The beds were comfortable, everything in the house was in working order, and even though the 18 of us were loud at times, the neighbors were super friendly. The lake view from the deck was perfect… especially in the morning w my coffee.

The good: house layout and amenities were very nice. Beds and rooms are comfortable. The breeze and view from the deck off the lake were fantastic. The bad: the neighbors at the end of the street on the right are rude, nasty people. The little old man yelled at my sister in law about parking down there despite the fact the house owner states we can use it since it is public parking area. The boat dock is not usable. We damaged our rental boat while pulling into and out of the dock. Beware of the exposed bolts on the bottom front left of the dock.

Easy to get to, well maintained, with up to date appliances. Three full bathrooms were a definite plus. The communications with John (manager) were excellent. Fast response time for any questions I had. Would stay again.

The bathrooms were hard for seniors to climb in and out of. The bathroom in the basement needs a total overhaul. You need pillowcases, most of us had to sleep on the shams . We could have used another towel per person. The boat house couldn’t be used and we had to tie up to the neighbors dock. Nice view of the lake from the balcony.

The property was just like reported. We had plenty of room to accommodate us all. Wish we had a few more baking pans such as baking dish or cake pan. There were nice cookware and a very nice grill We loved to deck and the table area below the deck. Spent lots of time outside. We will be back next year for sure!

This was the perfect property for our family. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and common space. Great option if you want to rent a boat for your stay. We rented a boat and used the boat dock. Kids had a blast, fished off the dock! Fire pit is great to have in the evenings. Neighbors were all non-renters but very welcoming and friendly.

The property was OK, but the hot water was so hot that it was dangerous, the fan over the stove did not have a protective cover, needed more towels , additional bedding , blankets and pillows needed to be added, also, I think it should’ve had at least one hair blow dryer.

We had plenty of room inside and out for four generations(12 people) to celebrate Thanksgiving weekend. The view of the lake was spectacular, especially at sunset. We are looking forward to spending time at your property again.

This house was perfect for our yearly friends weekend. The house is beautiful and well supplied. John was quick to answer any questions. The only downside is there is only parking for 4 cars and we had 7 because we came from all different parts of the state. Parking at the state park was not a huge problem, just a little inconvenient. Overall, an excellent stay! Getting ready to book for next year!!!

The house was amazing. I loved the wooden floors but also the soft thick carpet. My kids loved all the rooms and TV. The view was beautiful. The boat dock was compacted with weeds. With the lakes current weed situation it was not ideal for swimming or boating unfortunately. Once the weed part clears up we will be back again.

My now husband and I, booked this rental around Christmas of 2021 for our stay this past weekend of June 3-6. From the booking to check out, this property owner was five stars. But nothing could have prepared us for how beautiful the home is both inside and out!! We had a very large group stay in the home over the course of our wedding weekend. It easily accommodated a family of 5 (3 children 10-11 yoa), family of 3 (which included an infant), the parents of the bride, two additional couples, and my husband and I the final night. The home is set up perfectly to allow group gatherings and activities, yet moments of privacy for families and couples. We successfully managed to ALL get ready the day of the wedding in the spacious home which has 3 full baths. Breakfast was an easy task with the kitchen equipment and supplies included. Lots of great memories were made here! From our nights out by the fire, to breakfasts inside, to the beautiful photographs taken by our wedding photographer and friends. Those last minute things you could forget or not think of.. were not an issue at this home! They supplied toilet paper, towels, bedding, kitchenware, washer and dryer, parking, patio furniture, and so much more! Thank you so much for a perfect weekend and stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hope to be back with our family soon!

We wanted to spend a weekend on the lake with our friends before we moved and this place was perfect! There were no paper towels, which was a minor inconvenience. I also understand people steal them, so maybe that’s why. Overall great experience!

Overall this is a very nice house for a large group of adults. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We are/were a group of mature adults (over 50) with no children here for the weekend for a funeral nearby. The house was very comfortable and has plenty of room for the 9 adults and we were pretty happy there for the most part. However, the owner could make this experience so much nicer with just a little more effort and attention to detail. The house lacked an Iron even though the listing said it was included. The coffee maker was cheap and did not work well (keeps shutting off). Towels and linens were just okay and there was a broken window blind just hanging loose in one bedroom. All the little things add up; like No paper towels, No wine glasses, No kleenex, No glasses at the bar, three tiny bath soaps, a $6 bottle of wine as a welcome gift. At this price per night for the off season, the stay could have been much nicer with just a little more effort on thier part.

The house was perfect! Me, my little family and 2 other families shared this house over Thanksgiving break and it was PERFECT for us! Original listing when we rented did list a hot tub and was pet friendly (which was why we chose this property). Hot tub was no longer at the property when we checked in, but we were more than okay with that since our pets were still allowed. The only complaint we had is the basement shower is not equipped to allow average sized people to utilize. Also, recommend bring jugs of drinking water since the house is well water. The owner was incredible at communicating with me when I contacted him and worked with our check out request. John was professional and kind enough to assist when we got lost finding the address, lol. I highly recommend this property for a multi family vacation.
