Other than communication, the place was really good. We enjoyed it.

We had a large party and plenty of room! With one couple per room, all with full baths, our annual family reunion was perfect!
A larger kitchen would have been ideal, but we would definitely stay here again.

Kids "really " enjoyed the pool.

Spacious cabin. Owner responded quickly to resolve any problems. Not a lot of kitcken cabinets for extra stuff but a large plastic container held most of our extras. Had a great time with 6 families, 18 total.

We rented this vacation home for a week, and we were impressed by the beauty of the scenery and the overall layout of the home. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed the deck space and the open concept of the home allowing us to spend much of our time together as a family.
However, we also encountered several issues with the home that affected our stay. Some of the issues include:
Clogged bathroom sinks that made it difficult to use them.
Stove top ranges did not work, limiting our cooking options.
Flooded pool room, which made the pool inaccessible for several days.
In operable arcade games that prevented us from using them during our stay.
Every pool stick tip was broken, making it impossible to play pool properly.
The air conditioning on the top floor of the home stopped working the last couple of days of our trip, making it very hot and uncomfortable. Even after numerous phone calls, the AC was still inoperable through our departure. We were thankful for the cooler nights to open doors and windows to let in some fresh air, however there were no screens in any windows so airing the house quickly ended to prevent bugs from coming in.
We hope our review is received as constructive feedback only to improve the next guests’ experience. We think this house has a lot of potential and could be a wonderful place to stay with some maintenance and repairs. We appreciate your hospitality and hope you will address these issues soon.

Cabin was perfect for my large group. We had everything that we needed. We had a issue with Hornets near the entrance to the pool but an exterminator was sent out once we notified the property of the issue. The only issue we had was that hairdryer is listed as an amentity but none were provided.

Perfect for my large extended family. Big, spacious rooms and lots of extra room. Kitchen area was perfect for meals. Indoor pool was nice as the weather was rainy all week. Great place to stay.

Comfortable, roomy, games for the children. Great to have an indoor pool because we had some rainy days. Wish the washer and dryer was better took forever to dry clothes. When we needed something from the owners an email to the manager got us what we needed. Maintenance person very friendly and fixed the issues caused before we arrived.

The cabin was beautiful and clean. Huge bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms! We had a great time with family. Only a couple of hiccups. No toiletries left until 3rd day into stay when maintenence had to come repair dishwasher. Oven also needed a cleaning
We couldnt use it because it smoked so bad that we were afraid to set off alarms.
Nice surprise comapered to other cabins that we have rented was that there were plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc...

We had a great stay! Loved the cabin! We especially loved that each room had it's own bathroom, and the kids loved the bunk room. We personally would have preferred just one "kids" room and one more "king" room since we had an adult couple that got stuck in one of the bunk rooms where the beds were not so great for adults. My only other cons were minor...the pool table had only one functional stick (all the rest didn't have tips) so you had to share if you played and the swimming pool was very murky and chilly...but it didn't seem to bother the kids and adults that braved it and swam anyway. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I wish I could give neg. stars. The lights in the pool tripped 2of the 5 nights. The water in the pool was so bad we ended up with one ear infection and 6 rashes. The air vent in the main room was so filthy you could see the black soot from anywhere in the room. My wife had to clean it. The ice maker in fridge didn't work. They said they would bring a bag of ice, never happened. The railing was broke so bad the lathes that went from the bottom to the top could come out. This was right where all the grandkids went to the pool. Thank God we saw this because of the 15 foot drop. That would have been a hospital visit for sure. Then when we asked for a partial refund they agreed but would not talk to us after that. Not only was the stay a nightmare but the entegrate of the people is also the worst. I even asked them to tell me if they were not going to reimburse they wouldn't even do that. They just never called. They even had agreed on a fair amount to reimburse so I thought all was good but no that was a lie too.

The home was perfect for our family of 23. We definitely recommend this home for a great trip to the mountains

Check In information was not provided in a timely manner. Once inside, floors and countertops were not clean. In all the beds were some kind of crumbs or dirt that had to be cleaned off and very obvious pieces of garbage or tissues laying on the floor in multiple rooms. The hot tub was filthy and slimy and there was no cover on it, when I spoke with the property contact on multiple occasions over the course of the week she assured me that it was being addressed and we would have a new cover, we never got a cover so the water was freezing and the water level dropped considerably to the point where the jets created a fountain and was very loud causing the room beside it to have trouble sleeping. When we booked this property a hot tub was a must for being in the mountains during the fall season and unfortunately we were not able to use it at all. We have reached out to property contact/owner for a resolution and so far we have no response. Pool table cue sticks are falling apart, pool table visibly stained, air hockey table didn’t work properly. We wanted to love this property but unfortunately it fell short.

At first we were so pleased with our choice responsive manager, easy check in and even overlooked several items that seemed troublesome. For example there is construction everywhere (not mentioned) and while the items in the home are well stocked they are worn and not the best quality. We overlooked the above to make the best of it.
The real issue came with a safety concern of a wasp infestation INSIDE and OUTSIDE the house that had a child and adult stung and most everyone screaming through the house. The owner had no remedy during or after the stay. The AC also went out which a repair company was sent and we were told the filters were filthy and AC units are not enough for the home.
We alerted VRBO have shared pictures and they have an open case to investigate. Renter beware.

The property was very clean. Cabin is very large and roomy. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Property manager was very nice and easy to deal with. Dishwasher did not work so we washed dishes by hand but was no big deal. I think the appliances are used probably due to the cabin being built during covid. Our view was other cabins being built. I would like something a little more secluded. After that being said I would still highly recommend this cabin for a large group.

Bedrooms are large but lack furniture such as a chair and some sort of stand to put a suitcase on. Kitchen is small. Recreation/game area is lacking in comparison to other similar cabins. For what appears to be a new build, pots and pans are very used looking. The TV operation is difficult.

this was a rental for 18 of us, extended family on vacation. There were about 8 parking spots out front. There was a nice play area for cornhole and hanging out, covered, over poolhouse. Pool was cloudyish through much of the week but we swam in it several times, had no issues or irritation even among the kids. House was on warm side, into upper 70s early in stay, they replaced an AC unit outside within a day, helped keep it manageable, property manager very responsive. there are 8 bedrooms with some bunk beds, certainly sleeps at least 22 or so. There are two refrigerators, one is downstairs with 4 br and play area. location is close to pigeon forge, about 20 min from gatlinburg, overall very convenient. Would recommend.

Very Disappointing
My family and I frequently rent large properties for family gatherings (My dad has 8 kids and multiple grandkids) and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Walking through our experience - we brought groceries for our large group only to walk in and immediately notice there was a serious lack of cabinet space and no pantry for food storage - we had to store our food on the floor. Next up was the refrigerator - for the duration of our stay the refrigerator would not properly cool - so much so that we had to keep all perishables in the basement refrigerator and by bagged ice for our drinks. Our next issue was the availability of cookware/kitchenware - there were no mixing bowls, pot holders, grilling utensils (used the cheese grater to flip our burgers on the grill), dishclothes, etc. Shortly after check-in, I messaged the property manager with our concerns. He promised that they would be out first thing in the morning to address the fridge and bring the missing wares - no one ever showed! It was extremely hot during our trip and the AC was unable to keep up - the top floor temp reached 78 every afternoon.
The biggest issue of our trip was the mysterious bites that multiple people got while sleeping in the beds. Multiple people in our group experienced waking up with small blister like bites which were very consistent with bed bug bites. We did not personally ever see any direct evidence but still concerning that we experienced this situation.
There is a lot of active construction in the area - this was not that big of a deal as the work started around 8 and wrapped up by 6. We could not hear any of the construction noise in our room where our kids were napping. The pool was a hit and our group had fun playing cornhole in the outdoor pavilion!
Overall - I would strongly discourage anyone from renting this unit until property management has a chance to strongly evaluate their current practices and better equip themselves and this property for hosting.

Great cabin for large groups
This cabin overall was a nice place to stay. It has very spacious bedrooms which was nice and we enjoyed being able to hang out under the pavilion. There was 22 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in which was nice. Outside the pavilion had some chairs provided but not enough for large group so I would advise bringing some yourself. It did have cornhole and connect four on it and a charcoal grill. The kids enjoyed playing with the games and everyone enjoyed being out there.
Although the rooms were spacious the kitchen was kind of small. Not much counter space so we bought a folding table and set up all snack, paper products, etc on it. We definitely could have used a second fridge but we did bring a cooler and two drink coolers and that ended up working ok for us. There is one large table and two small tables that did work to fit all 22 us so that was nice that we could eat meals altogether.
The place had a nice size pool that would be great for families to use. It does have a code to lock it but if you have younger children, I would be sure to ask for a code that isn’t too easy so they can’t figure it out and get in without an adult.
The manager was good to work with. When we had an issue he communicated in a timely manner and worked to rectify any problems we had.

Nice property but missing attention to detail, bring your own TP unless you like sandpaper.
It lives up to the interior pictures, we did expect to see/hear some construction based on the external photos but there were quite a few of the places under construction still so the weekdays nature sounds were replaced with saws and hammering from about 7:30am until 4pm.
Some utility issues like the outdoor light on the lower deck would just blink frequently while on, some of the showers the hot and cold were reversed, Toilet paper holders barely holding onto the wall or off the wall in the one bunk bed room, billiards table looks like it had soda spilled on it in a couple places. Several of the tv's were very noticeably crooked.
Overall the cabin was nice cabin but not a lot of thought was given to it's size and conveniences something that large should accommodate like a second refrigerator. Even if there was only one person per bedroom 8 people for one standard fridge isn't a lot of space.
The hot water situation with that many people taking showers we had to assign people to shower in the morning, afternoon, or evening in our group of 12. I don't expect us all to be able to be in the shower at once but if even half of our group wanted to shower in the morning we had to space them out 30-60 minutes from each other.
Final note, the toilet paper provided was worse than any of the rest stops, service stations, or gas stations we encountered on our drive down or home so bring your own.

Family reunion
The cabin was very clean and so spacious. It had everything you could possibly need. The children and teens were very occupied with the games and pool. The mountain top view is so breathtaking. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t get to see any bears.. lol. Ben was so pleasant and always available for any questions. We can’t wait to plan our trip again.
