About this villa rental
This three-bedroom three bath Seabrook Island Villa was a favorite when offered by a previous owner and is now returned to VRBO with new owners. A gorgeous marsh front setting, completely renovated interiors, including bathrooms and kitchen, designer details and the most amazing sunset views ensure it will be your favorite too.
A panoramic view from the screened porch includes our fishing/crabbing dock and sweeps across the Bohicket River to the shrimp boat fleet and sailboats at historic Rockville. It is a great spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while you watch the unparalleled sunset.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare full meals with high-end, stainless-steel appliances, granite topped island and a large eat-in kitchen table that includes unique built in bench seating and chairs to seat up to 10 guests comfortably.
The living area is roomy and comfortable, offering one huge wall with a view of the tidal marsh. It is impeccably decorated with two couches and a club chair which swivels to accommodate conversations, reading, watching the LCD Flat screen Smart TV, or listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos sound system. Xfinity cable is included as well as capability to stream movies through your favorite providers.
Each of the three bedrooms connects to bathrooms with beautiful, glassed-in showers and modern fixtures. The Master with King bed offers a bath which includes a soaking tub with a uniquely designed set of imported louvered shutters which open to view the flat screen TV while luxuriating in the bath. A stairway in the Master leads to a loft which has been furnished as a home office, with desk, office chair, high speed internet access, and a view to the marsh, all especially useful in times of remote work arrangements. Master also includes a private balcony with lounge chairs which overlook the tidal dock and marsh and is another great place to view the sunset. Both the first and second floor guest rooms have queen beds, and large closets.
The Villas at Fiddlers Cove have access to their own beautiful private neighborhood community pool as well as a private pier for use by their residents. Renters may enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing, or crabbing. A tandem kayak with various life jackets, as well as bicycles are included with this rental. Char Broil Gas grill is available for your outdoor cooking pleasure. If you need other vehicles like Low-Speed electric carts or watercraft, they are all available from various island rental companies which offer door-to-door delivery.
The property includes bed linens, bath towels, washer/dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and free covered parking. Starter supply kit of necessities (ex. Paper towel roll, toilet paper, trash bags, detergents, and single-use soaps) are also provided. Any questions or concerns can be answered by our local contact who is completely versed in all the features of the Seabrook Island property as well as the entire Charleston area.
Fiddlers Cove Villas are close to the gated entrance to the island, and since it is for the exclusive use of owners and guests, your safety and privacy are guaranteed. You will be close to the equestrian center, just one minute from the community pool and racquet complex and a few minutes’ walk to the Lake House. This beautiful complex includes a fully equipped fitness center, library, game room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, basketball court and playground. You can bike or drive to the Seabrook Island Club, Ocean Pool, and two Golf Courses, and don’t miss the many nature paths around the island near the villa for a solo run or group walk to take in the natural beauty of the island.
Seabrook Island beaches are private, family friendly, and uncrowded. There are multiple beach access points within 10 minutes of the villa.
Golf courses are located approximately 5 minutes from the entrance to Seabrook Island and on nearby Kiawah Island.
Bohicket Marina, a five-minute bike ride, offers fishing charters for inshore and offshore, motorboat rentals, shops, and restaurants. Charter a boat, paddle in a kayak, or explore the area on a stand-up paddle board.
Additional restaurants and shopping are located at Freshfields, a wonderful shopping area with great restaurants, hotel, and several events throughout the year. All are a short car ride or ten-minute bike along the trail.

The Seabrook Island Club Amenity Card allows guests to access two championship golf courses, the 16 court Seabrook Tennis Complex, the Equestrian Center, Oceanfront pool complex, superior casual, and upscale dining options all inside the gate. (There are additional guest charges for golf fees, tennis court usage, and fitness club.) The beach, Island House and Beach Club are an easy 8–10-minute bike ride or drive through the beautiful Seabrook community. The Lake House Recreation Center is a short walk across the street with its full exercise facility, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, lake and walking paths. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all the Seabrook amenities.
This unit does not allow pets or smoking. Maximum occupancy is six. No parties or events permitted.

The views from the home and screened in porch were amazing. We enjoyed the porch for the gorgeous sunsets. A shared dock with a canoe was perfect for evening relaxing after a long day at the beach.

My family and I stayed at Tom's property for 4 nights in between Christmas and New Year's and had a fantastic time! The villa was just as described, was plenty spacious for all 6 of us. Great common area and kitchen. 5 minutes from Freshfield's shopping center and pretty central location overall. Tom was a fantastic host - super easy to get in contact with and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

This property is absolutely stunning! We loved the space for our family of 4. The beds are so comfortable, the noise of neighbors is non existent! We spent our Thanksgiving here, the amount of kitchen utensils was the best. The hosts were amazing and very attentive. Our favorite part, watching the tides rise and recede was one of our favorites. It’s stunning at high tide during a full moon! Most certainly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

We enjoyed a full week at this lovely villa! The photos don't do it justice - it was clean, beautifully decorated, and the view was phenomenal and so relaxing. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of four. From beach gear and bikes to the grill, kayak, and other fun extras like a crab net to use on the dock, we were never bored. Sunsets on the porch were dreamy. The neighborhood pool was nice and quiet, and the Lake House pool is an easy walk or quick bike ride away. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - and good quality items that made cooking at a rental enjoyable. Beds were super comfy and the whole house was just so nicely updated. Tom and Louise were excellent at communicating when we needed anything and went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a great vacation. We will definitely consider this property again for our next Seabrook vacation!

This place was just as advertised. Super well stocked, very thoughtful decoration and furnishing. The loft was perfect for our baby’s pack n play—not too far away from parents. We really liked the proximity to the Lake Club workout facilities and rode our bikes to the equestrian center to see the horses. Access #2 at North Beach was our favorite beach spot. Thanks to Tom for a great week!

First time in Seabrook
What a great villa for a first time trip to Seabrook Island! The home is exactly as pictured, beds were very comfortable, and the proximity to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus. The place was spotless and the kitchen had all the necessities and then some. Tom was very responsive when I called about door access (thanks again :)
Seabrook is a gem of a community and I will be back to stay in this lovely place. Additional bonus are the views from the screened in porch, splendid! Thank you!

Relaxing Stay At Our Favorite Seabrook Property
We love everything about this beautifully decorated and spic and span vacation home. You will enjoy comfortable beds, roomy showers, a well equipped kitchen, and best of all, sitting on the screened in porch watching gorgeous sunsets across the salt marsh. Tom, the owner, was very easy to work with and responsive to every question we had. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking tool/pan/pot you could want. The highlight of the property is definitely the back porch. The view is spectacular and furniture is quite comfortable. All accommodations inside are excellent. The property owners were very responsive. We had such a fabulous stay!

Beautiful property over looking the marsh! First visit to Seabrook and definitely will not be the last. The sunsets from the screened in porch were fantastic. The property owner was great to work with. We hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely Wonderful!
We were able to take a last minute weekend getaway and the owners were very accommodating to our request. They communicated quickly and everything was ready for us when we arrived. As mentioned in a previous review, the pictures do not do this home justice. It was beautifully decorated and had such a warm and comfortable feel throughout, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had about almost any gadget you could need during your stay. While the weather was a but chilly, we were able to take the bikes out around the island. The views of the marsh were so peaceful in the morning and the area surrounding the home is very quiet. We are already planning our next stay where we can take advantage of the pools, pickle ball, kayak, and fishing. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

The view of the marsh on the back porch is stunning. We got all the different views of it, too—gray/overcast and fire in the sky and let me tell you, it’s beautiful in all weather. Honestly, I could’ve sat out there all the day long. It’s screened in and so peaceful. Neighbors are quiet, no one bothers you. I kayaked the marsh at sunset one night and that was a dream. I biked around the island each day I was there because all the live oaks and Spanish moss (I think?) were too alluring to resist not spending as much time under and near as possible. So, thank you to Tom & Louise for allowing your guests to use the bikes and kayak, it made my time there so amazing. The beach is a short drive (or bike or a longer walk) to the boardwalk of your choice. We liked 9 and 6, but it’s all the same. The kitchen in this wonderful condo is stocked with it all. This is actually a real family’s getaway and it’s evivdent they trust guests with this home. Examples include an entire thing of laundry detergent, all the baggies your heart desires, spices galore, even Pam cooking spray. We used and we replenished, so another thanks to T & L (who, by the way, are the greatest VRBO owners ever). I could go on and on, but I shouldn’t. Just trust me, I travel as often as I can because life is short. This place is the place. Cue The Talking Heads song.

Restorative, relaxing, & even better than the photos!
Pictures do not do this home justice! As lovely as the photos are, we were even more impressed in person! This home is solidly constructed with upgraded fixtures, lighting, and hardware throughout. The flow of the house is comfortable and easy. It has the appearance of being professionally decorated with attention paid to every detail. All furniture, appliances, linens, towels, etc are top quality and in like new condition. The beds were so comfortable that my husband wished he had checked the label before We came home! The kitchen has everything the casual or professional chef could desire and comes stocked with essential seasonings, oils, and more. My daughter was so inspired that she baked two loafs of salted caramel banana bread from scratch while we were there!
The view over the marsh and bay is peaceful, restorative and absolutely breathtaking at sunset. Our daughter and her friend took out the tandem kayak one afternoon and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. We all loved watching the various birds visit during the day and stargazing at night.
The owners were incredibly gracious and attentive during our stay for New Years. They were there for Christmas and thoughtfully left us a few lovely centerpieces for the table, a vase of greenery so beautiful that we wondered if it was real (it was), and a touching welcome note and gift. Truly above and beyond expectations.
I highly recommend this property for large families, families with children (plenty of toys/activities in the loft), a girls’ weekend, or even as a romantic getaway.

Everything you need?
This place has everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation for a couple or more. In our case, we were two couples at not exactly the same level of adventurism. While some enjoyed the clean cozy home, with beautiful views, others jumped on the bikes and kayak and explored the island.
We made some wonderful dinners with a kitchen that has all the bells and whistles, and a nice grill too! There was plenty adventure, pools, beach club, tennis and golf, and several nice restaurants nearby. We only stayed three nights but wished it had been longer!

We enjoyed at our stay at this villa. It had everything we could want including bikes and kayak. The location was a good walking or biking distance to the Bohicket Marina and close to other amenities. Perfect Stay at Seabrook Villa
My family and I had an incredible stay at this amazing Seabrook villa. The view simply cannot be beat, and the immaculately kept and beautiful interior made this villa the perfect spot. Overall, my family considered this one of the best vacations we have ever taken.
The property owners thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Every morning we would take the 2 person kayak out in the creeks looking for crabs or go fishing off the dock right out our back door. We loved spending the mornings beaching and fishing and wrapping up the day at the amazing Seabrook Club pool.
