Cheerful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage in the heart of Bryant. Walkable to so much – from PCC and Met Market to Magnussen Park and the Burke Gilman trail. This detached dwelling has its own private path and entrance with stone steps with a sturdy handrail leading up to it. Fully fenced with beautiful landscape surrounding it, giving excellent privacy and seclusion. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and a quiet dinner on the back patio.
The cottage can sleep up to 6. The bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed. Downstairs is a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa and another ½ bath, along with full size kitchen furnished with everything you could need to make delicious meals. Pack and play available on request. The TV is equipped with Roku for all of your streaming needs. High speed wifi available. Full size washer and dryer located upstairs. Dogs welcome – no other pets allowed.
*New* Air conditioning installed to keep you cool during the ever increasing Seattle heat of summer.
The cottage has it's own gated entrance and the front door is locked by keypad, for which guests receive a personalized code and can have a no-contact entry. There is plenty of off street parking so you will not have to be looking for a place to park. Nearby bus stops allow for access to the rest of the city if you prefer to not drive or walk to the many shops/restaurants close by.
This is a family friendly and dog friendly neighborhood. People are often out and about going for walks, runs, and bike rides. There is a park 1 block away with a playground, tennis courts, and basketball court, as well as picnic tables and open fields.
Easy walk to PCC, Met Market and the Burke-Gilman trail. If you are driving, there is plenty of street parking, but we do ask that you park across the street from the cottage in front of the wood fence/large bush to respect our neighbors who also park on the street.

The place was nice and quiet. Short on toilet paper and dish washer pods but home owner was very responsive.

New, clean property with lovely grounds served as a great base for UW graduation events. Property owner provided helpful information and was very responsive.

This modern well appointed centrally located single family home in the Bryant-Ravenna neighborhood is private and quiet. Perfect for families and pets. Very comfortable beds. New appliances and furniture. A short walk to Metropolitan Market or University Village, the Burke-Gilman trail and a fantastic getaway.

We were in town for the Huskies game. The home was great and easy access to UW. Very clean and in a great neighborhood.

We had a great stay at this cottage while visiting UW for parents weekend. Close to UW and easy access to light rail. Quiet neighborhood & lots of street parking. Cottage was perfect for the family (clean, good space, well stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms is a must). We appreciated the dog friendly house & enclosed yard. Will definitely look to rent again next time we are in Seattle.

We have stayed in the area numerous times to visit our son and his family. (Two sets of twins). This was the best because of how clean and comfortable it is. Somewhere I read a listing that pointed out a property that wasn't in a basement. Never realized it would make a difference, but it does. You don't see this place from the street, but you walk around back and the path is lighted. Very close to the market, which we visited daily. Very convenient. We had our own bell hop to carry our bags (son) which made it very nice. It is two floors with a bathroom on both floors. Very quiet area. Plenty of parking if you need it. When compared to staying in a hotel, it is a bargain. Will stay there again.

This property was a spectacular find! We had our dog and the cottage has it own separate yard from the main house which was so quaint, cozy and not to mention convenient! Nate was a great host and the property had everything we needed…I highly recommend this property!

We were very pleased with our stay at the house. It was pretty clean, there was lots of room, and the kitchen was nice and well set up (except they need to pick up some more bowls, I assume other guests have broken them all). Check-in was smooth and super easy.

Great light-filled space in Bryant, conveniently located to sites in Seattle and the Eastside. Enjoyed our walks to Top Pot and Metropolitan Market. Only recommendation is one more seat (fluffy chair or love seat) in the “living room.” All amenities were great and the whole family enjoyed our stay!

Close to Children's Hospital. Perfect for my son and I. Gave us room to cook and move about. Just what we needed! Will stay again!

This darling cottage made a perfect home base while visiting family. We loved the open downstairs with bedrooms upstairs, private yard and outdoor seating. All was cozy and immaculately clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. No more renting clunky basement apartments for us; we’ve found our perfect home base in Seattle!

Great location close to UW, Burke Gilman trail. 40th Ave is a busy road, but cottage was at the back of the lot so pretty quiet.
Nicely designed cottage and relatively new so everything worked well. It was also nicely appointed and equiped.
Nate was great to deal with!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage…centrally located near the hustle and bustle of the city but in a clean, calm and quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and it had everything you could want to make a home away from home!! The beds were very comfortable- we even looked up the brand of sheets so we could get them for our own home as they were so soft! The kids loved the bunk beds and the snacks our hosts left for us when we arrived! What a treat! Really great communication- even checking in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. To top it all off, the home has a peaceful and beautiful yard with rocking chairs to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. We cannot wait to come stay here again!
