A WORD ABOUT SUMMER
AC is not common in Seattle because our glorious summers are usually around 75°F/23°C (some hotter weeks might reach above 80°F/27°C) but nights usually cool down a lot. I have fans throughout and feel free to open windows without fear of mosquitoes. Although it’s becoming more common in new constructions, fewer than half the homes have AC. I personally feel it is less jarring and more pleasant not to go from warm to freezing. But, no worries, we use heaters... :-)
****
This Loft is great for:
* Fans who want to attend games at the nearby stadiums
* Business travelers who want space to work, relax and spread out
* Quiet groups and families - (no parties or non-residential noises)
I will send you a PIN to open the back door on the morning you will arrive. You may park at my designated compact spot in front of the back door. Please let me know how many singles / double you have so I can prepare your beds and your arrival time. If you want to request early check in (before 4) or to drop your bags, message me and I'll try to accommodate if possible.
**********
After you book, please message that you understand the noise policies and rules. Communicate the purpose of your trip and list guests traveling. Include an ETA if you have one. Inform me if you are planning visitors dropping by.
Bonus kharma for reading this far! Thanks!

The door lock to the property wasnt working. It took almost 2 hrs to reach the owner. Meanwhile we secured a hotel. Now I'm struggling to get my money refunded.

We came to Seattle to go on a cruise this place was a great place to call home the few days we were here. Our host was kind and helpfull. There was a small snag when we got here and the host quickly took care of it. We would stay again if we get the opportunity.

What a great loft space! We really enjoyed the spaciousness of it! Having the bus stop right out front was very helpful and all the little notes and suggestions were appreciated! I will name that walking down the block does feel a bit uncomfortable, but that was a choice we made to pickup food rather than have it delivered. Overall the stay was great. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We took a vacation to see some of the sights in Seattle and the place was great for our family. We each had our own space on separate floors while enjoying time together playing games in the spacious living area/kitchen. It was also a perfect spot to be able to get into the city and eat at local restaurants in the neighborhood. The Ethiopian and Vietnamese were favorites. Thanks to Jessie for having this place on VRBO.

Good place for family w small kids. Many steps for kids to go up and down and games to play.
Close by everything.

Everything was just as described, with clear instructions throughout the home to help. Tons of space. My kids loved the foosball coffee table and the air hockey! Location was easy to find in a cute neighborhood and convenient to downtown. Parking was very tight for our SUV but we made it work! No AC, but there were many fans for every room so it was still comfortable. Such a fun and unique place to stay! Would definitely come back next time we’re in Seattle.

This was such a great place to stay in Seattle! We were looking for something a little different for our family vacation, and this was it. The loft is fun and well-apportioned for multiple guests. The location is great, and the host was amazing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Seattle!

So much space! The pictures online were not “smoke and mirrors”. Everything was accurately portrayed. Left my deceased father’s necklace behind and they were so kind to contact me and get it back to me! Thank you.

My husband and I came to town with our two teenagers and 11 year old to visit Seattle and tour the University of Washington. This was a perfect place to relax after a long day of tours. The kids loved being able to spread out and have alone time in the house. And the fun games were a big bonus! The location was great as well. If one of our kids ends up at U of W, we will definitely stay here again when we visit them at school!

Clean, convenient location, and many small touches that were appreciated (i.e. disposable toothbrushes in the restroom, umbrellas by the door). Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfully easy stay with nice amenities. Comfortable for the whole family with room for togetherness and space to be apart. Parking space was a challenge in an unfamiliar rental car with annoying parking sensors, but once they were disabled, easy enough!

It was perfect and cozy we stayed for the evening after a concert and it was so nice and beautiful such a lovely stay and quite neighborhood !!

10/10. Lots of space, very clean.

My three (young adult) kids and I rented Jessie's loft for a few days in August 2023 and were very pleased with it. The loft is enormous, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It's also in a good location for visiting Seattle's attractions (e.g., it's a ca. 30 mins walk to/from the Mariners' stadium). Before arriving I thought I might have trouble parking my large (i.e., seven-seat) SUV in the parking space, but it turned out not to be a problem. Overall, it was another excellent Vrbo booking.

Property is simply perfect! Our family had a cruise out of Seattle and this was the perfect home for our stay. Owner is easily reachable and so accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This apartment is spacious enough that my family with 4 young adults and two parents could spread out and have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!! Bathrooms are modern, new and clean! Appreciated the washer and dryer, the board games, smart tv, basketball and much more. Jessie was a super easy helpful and easy to communicate with host!! Would highly recommend this vacation rental! Would definitely book again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quirky and we loved the Cheeky Cafe just down the street. Over all, we had a fun stay at this property. But, the stairs are no joke! There are a lot of them which can be tricky.

We loved the unique property and five adults appreciated all the space. Clean and fun. It was a little weird to have a bus stop outside the front window on the bottom level (although convenient if you happen to take the bus!). Also, there was a major construction project directly across the street which commenced very noisily at 7-7:30 am each day. Neither of those things impacted us too much. Be aware there is no air conditioning. I was okay at night with windows and fans though. Kitchen was very functional, home was clean and well-stocked. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We booked the Loft several months ago hoping the location would be convenient for MLB All-Star week and sightseeing. The Loft did not disappoint. Easy drive to the ball parks, Space Needle, the piers, and more. We even watched the SeaDub Fish Sticks go into extra innings last night.
The Loft was clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. Here are a few things to keep in mind: the tight parking spot and the construction across the street on weekdays. Street parking is available, and with the windows closed, you don’t hear the noise from across the street.
This was a great place for our group of five to call home for six nights.

easy arrangements with smooth arrival and exit. The loft was set up for a fun getaway chill game might downtown stay

Stayed in the house for one night looks exactly like the pictures and the check in is easy. Luckily it was nice outside it should be noted there is no AC in the house.

This place was very clean, beds comfortable and nice supplies of kitchen utensils plus foil…which is rare. Parking was too tight for us but mostly used other transportation. Kids enjoyed the basketball game regularly. City transportation was very accessible especially with bus stop in front of building.

A friend of mine and I spent a long weekend here and loved it! Read the thorough description of the property as the stairs might be too much for some. We loved it! Each floor had something different to offer and we took full advantage while we were there. Easy bus or Uber ride into downtown or other tourist activities. I’d like to request a Sir Mix A Lot poster be added somewhere in the loft, but other than that it couldn’t have been better for us. Thanks for sharing your space!
4.9
The property has 5 floors that are beautifully furnished giving each floor a vibe of its own. Necessities were all within walking distance or you could public transit.
The host was was fantastic and responded quickly.

We liked that we could walk to many places. A few items to be aware of there are a fair number of stairs in the loft space as well as the parking space can be tricky. The space was relaxing and chill for each of us.
4.9
Be prepared for stairs, but we didn't mind a bit! Super clean space with plenty of room to spread out. Jessie is kind and helpful. Great spot away from the traffic, but close enough to everything it only takes minutes to get to Pikes or the freeways. Jessie has left helpful cards for restaurant and coffee shops nearby and totally walkable.
Only thing to note, you'll only be able to park in the designated spot if you have a compact car. Wasn't a bother for us, street parking was always available.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding. There was so much space in the house, great location not too far from Pike’s Market and other fun areas! Would definitely return!

We absolutely loved this unique townhome located right in the middle of the city. It was clean and decorated perfectly. It had plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner even ordered pans for the kitchen during our stay to make sure we had enough to cook with. The parking is tricky but we were warned beforehand. We really appreciated the owner’s local recommendations. Thank you!

We had an amazing time visiting family for Thanksgiving, and it was all because of this beautiful VRBO. Jessie was great and was able to accommodate our needs. We will definitely check availability for next November!
4.9
The 5 story loft was a fun place to stay for a few days with 3 teens and 2 adults. Everyone had their own space for downtime when not sightseeing. Neighborhood looked to be next on the list for the development that Seattle seems to be going through, Jessie was very thorough in descriptions and house nuances, very accommodating space!

UW dorm set up trip with my mother and wife and rented Squire Park home for 4 nights and felt that we had found our home away from home place in Seattle. Great location with easy access to downtown and the freeway.

Great location near downtown
Great place for my partner and our two kids, they really enjoyed the levels. Lots of things to do in the house during our down time. Took the bus right outside the house to downtown and was stress free not having to park downtown.

Great host awesome stay!
We loved this quirky and cool loft! We spent the weekend in Seattle for a concert. The loft is a quick drive to the stadiums, great restaurants, and attractions. Unless you can’t do stairs I would absolutely recommend. The host was quick to respond via text and message.
