Our host thought of everything, we wanted for nothing. We especially loved the variety of coffee left out for us. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Very convenient and quiet. Well furnished. Great facility for pets with the fenced yard. Would certainly stay there again.

This house was everything you could want in a rental and more! The house was completely stocked and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Just a 7 minute drive to downtown and 5 minute drive to great restaurants, the location is hard to beat.

We loved staying here! The house is so charming and very clean. Our dogs loved the backyard. The beds were very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We would definitely stay here again

Overall, this place suited our needs for a 2-night visit to Chattanooga. The house is small but clean and has fully stocked kitchen/bathroom supplies. The yard is great, especially for pets. Noise is an issue (trains, helicopters to hospital, semi trucks, neighbors and neighborhood dogs, etc) but the house has white noise machines in each bedroom and window AC units that we used as fans to drown out the outside noise at night. It doesn’t have a kitchen/dining table inside or out, which we hadn’t noticed in the listing (only option is to eat at coffee table). There were quite a few stink bugs in the kitchen but that’s likely seasonal. Neighborhood isn’t great but it’s close to downtown (6mins drive / 10mins bike to art deco district and Tennessee aquarium) which we found quite convenient. Overall, it was a good option for us, especially for the price.

If you are looking for a place to park your bags and hit the city then this is it. Conveniently located, has all of the amenities you need Including coffee:) the neighborhood is being revitalized and I found the neighbors very pleasant. In a few years you won’t be able to recognize this part of Chattanooga. Connor was excellent and communicated quickly on questions !! Will keep this one on my list for sure!

This was a very cozy, well organized and comfortable 3 days

We were not thrilled about the actual location with the loud and bright power plant noise. Also my friend had to go to a hotel after 2 nights because of either cat hair or a reaction to mold of some sort.

A big fenced in backyard and comfy beds. We only stayed for one night to break up our long drive but it was a perfect place to land and relax. Good communication with the owners and very clean.

My daughter and I, along with her pup, enjoyed a long weekend in this quaint bungalow a short drive from downtown Chattanooga. The host was quick to respond to my questions about the area, complete with dog-friendly dining and local activities. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a lovely fenced back yard for the pup to roam, a fire pit, and corn hole. A lovely little spot to get away in Chattanooga!

This house is very nicely renovated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The owners have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The backyard fire pit was nice to sit around. It was the perfect location to relax for Ironman. Very easy to get to transition. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my time at this property! It’s a cute little house that’s close to everything. The owners thought of anything you would need if you forgot to pack something. Even though it was a little warm for using the backyard space at the time of my visit, I knew it would be great for those cooler fall nights with the fire pit and cornhole. I’d stay at Connors place again!

This is such a cute, little house. It was perfect for us. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I were in Chattanooga to row on the river. This was very close to our venue and also close to all of downtown. Since we were out at 6 am, the coffee bar set up in the kitchen was a very welcoming feature and extra air conditioners in the bedrooms were like heaven after being out in the August heat. I loved the old wood floors and the charm of this house. We hope to stay here again when we return to Chattanooga.

The host were really nice in communications and the bed in the room my wife and I slept in was comfortable, but the A/C in the house is extremely lacking. It is a Mini-Split system, but it only has one head unit (located in the living room) and there is a noticeable difference walking into the kitchen or either bedroom. Also, only one bedroom has a fan. It was very hot sleeping.
Some other things I noted were:
- The street the house was on looks like its getting better, but its somewhat questionable. The surrounding neighborhood is quite questionable, but we didn't have any problems.
- They have a disclaimer about wildlife that I thought was weird, but when I got there, there was a bunch of flying beetle things in the backyard (like dozens at least) that made it pretty much unusable.
- The hand soap in the bathroom was watered down to the point it was unusable. I thought it might just be watery soap at first, but it didn't lather and they have the same one in the kitchen that was a normal gel.
- There was no light switch for the kitchen, you had to pull the string on the light to turn it on and off. They had a motion light above the sink, but you had to be close to get it to sense you and it was not very bright when on.
Overall, it worked for the weekend and if they improved the A/C it wouldn't be bad, but until then it will be uncomfortable sleeping.

I was in Chattanooga for a continuing education course and stayed at this property as it was was within walking distance from Siskin hospital and it allowed me to bring my canine companion. The bonus was a fenced in backyard and being close to many area restaurants. Many of which are pet friendly.

Picked this location for its closeness to city because 2 of the four people were competing in the Chattanooga 70.3 on May 21. House was in a quiet neighborhood despite its closeness to the train yard. Everything was clean and well organized. The yard is perfect for pets to run around and children to have fun as well. A few items to note: no ceiling fan in second bedroom. Please add tv station guide and how to best use the system. That was a little frustrating in trying to find local news or a decent tv show.

We had a nice time staying here! Very easy communication and close to a lot of things downtown! My only recommendation would be to add a small table in the kitchen for kids to eat at but no complaints!

The house is as described. It was clean and conveniently located to everything I needed. Pet friendly even though I did not bring my animal. Also the owner sets out all essentials that you may have forgotten such as tooth brush, tooth paste, soap etc.

We had a wonderful trip to Chattanooga! The property was as described and had many extra amenities for the guests, coffee pods, bathroom accessories, etc. The property is clean, safe and the perfect amount of space. It was nearby many restaurants, breweries, shops, the zoo etc! Would definitely stay here again. Very appreciative of the owners level of communication making our stay even better!

The owners were polite and responsive and the home was clean! The property was a little smaller than I imagined, but my husband, our toddler, and I were comfortable there! The only thing that may have been nice for a family is if there was a table to eat meals at, but we made due! The washer/dryer was helpful to have there and we did utilize that. The neighborhood is not picturesque, but it is conveniently located to a lot of fun things to do (the zoo, the aquarium, a park and carousel, restaurants), grocery stores, a stone’s throw from a children’s hospital (which as a parent was nice had an emergency of any kind come up), and we never felt unsafe. It is in an overall quiet neighborhood. It is walking distance to a train yard, which my son thought was pretty cool (trains are life!)! Helicopters flew somewhat low over the house pretty regularly, but my son also found that to be pretty cool. That could be a plus or minus depending on how you look at it I suppose, but our son got pretty excited to see them when he heard them coming. The back yard is nice and well-kept and we played outside while we watched for helicopters. My husband also enjoyed using the grill and the patio area is cute! Overall- this was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our trip and felt comfortable in this home!

Weekend visiting son
Cute, clean home with great fenced in yard for pets. Had everything we needed for a long weekend visiting our son who attends UTC and lives there full time for his 21st bday. Was a little worried when we first turned onto the street as a lot of the homes looked run down, but they are actually all currently being renovated with nobody living there. Noise wasn’t an issue and the people who live on the street always smiled and waved as we came and went. Would stay here again.

Great Place
The house is cute, clean and very organized. Everything seems to be new and well thought for guests. The backyard is perfect for a dog as it is fenced, my dog had a lot of fun outside! It is also nice to chill or to grill. The neighborhood is not the greatest but you are very close to the zoo and not too far from other attractions. The owners are nice, they made the check in and check out process very easy and they reply to messages very fast. The only down side was that the bedrooms were a little cold as the air-conditioner unit is in the living room and we were not used to that but we would definitely stay in this house again!

Great stay in Chattanooga!
The house is adorable and Connor and Brianna were so responsive and easy to work with! Less than a 10 minute drive from downtown. The house is small but very well maintained with lots of thoughtful extras like coffee and bathroom products. One of the bedrooms has a small desk which was perfect for remote workers needing a getaway. I’ve been told the owner is working on the backyard this weekend which I’m sure will be great as it’s already fenced in and was perfect for our dog to run around outside. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
