Beautiful place

suite , breakfast and restaurant were excellent.
no hotel attendant was availeble , we had to wait 5 minuts till somebody came to guide us.

beautiful place with high standards
the description of the room did not correspond with the room we got.
The room we booked was announced as a 60 m2 room and was in reality far smaller than that.
4.0
the cleanliness and the nature ambience
the shower in the bathroom become so cold after some minutes of showering.

The indoor spa area opened, which was still under construction while we were there last summer in 2022. It was small but really stylish. The level of chlorine was a bit too high as our eyes were hurting and kids were coughing after going into the jacuzzi. Outside area is really nicely maintained though it was winter.
The breakfast was much better as we visited the hotel last summer! There were much less items offered, such as freshly squeezed orange juice machine, donuts etc...

small rooms, low ceilings. no terrace, only very small window in the room.

Surroundings, gardens, sience and rooms were very nice
Restaurant is closed from Sundays to Wednesday and when open is full with external reservations.
No reception service in the evenings.

Beautiful room and spa
The check in at 4PM with check out at 10 am in the morning doesn't leave you a lot of time to enjoy the pool and spa.
Breakfast from 8:00AM to 9:30am is way too early.

It was amazing if you really want to relax your mind in this broken World. So relaxing and calm, the ambience is 10/10, very nature and quite, also super clean both facilities and our room, also 10/10! The loft room was so big, super clean, we have our own bubble bath and sauna. and also you feel like it’s a home because it’s complete set, you have your kitchen that you can cook, materials are complete also like plates, glasses, utensils, casseroles, they also have refrigerator, coffee machine was superb!
It has outdoor and indoor wellness, both are super amazing especially the Himalayan salt sauna, wow! also the Norwegian pool also wow!
both are clean and well maintained facilities.
You will definitely come back after you experienced it once. Really!
staff is super friendly also.
Breakfast also was so good though it’s just simple not so many of options, but quality of food was so good!
It was worth it to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with my boyfriend.❤️😊
We Will definitely come back!
just a small thing like the indoor jacuzzi when we wanted to try it, its not working and no water. maybe its under repair or something, also the sauna inside our room, you need to wait at least 2 hrs before you can use it, its so slow to heat it up the temperature, but its ok. when we used it, its all worth it to wait because we really enjoyed the sauna it’s so good and relaxing for our back.
other than that, it was so PERFECT!🥰

The gite is beautiful and well equipped. The garden and the pool area are like in a fairy tale.
The restaurant is exquisite.
There are many insects and you can't leave the window open.
Due to renuvation ( I hope this was the reason) there was no water in the room

we had a big room , very compfy and cosy. beautiful decoration.
Great breakfast buffet with frsh products (bread, orange juice, eggs... )
It was very quiet.
There is a bar/ restaurant and we could have a beer on the terrasse outside and enjoyed a delicious culinary dinner

It has nice facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, 2 small swimingpools out of which one for kids).
The food in the restaurant was really tasty, made with local produce and the service was very good.
The experience we had was not very nice.
There is no-one to welcome you when you arrrive, no-one to show you around. You just pick-up your key from reception table and head to your room and figure out how to find all the facilities.
The Cedar suite (Junior Suite with sauna) had a lot of mold on the toilet wall and the smell was really bad when you entered the toilet.
Rooms do not have airconditioning
There is no service at all, nobody at the receiption or nobody you can call in case you need something (for example when they only leave half a roll of toilet paper).
Breakfast is very limited (no eggs no brown bread just the basics) and time to have breakfast is very short (at 9:30 you are expected to leave the breakfast area)
The natural swimingpool was very dirty on the bottom (very slippery from all the accumulation of dirt)

Very nice old country house refurbished as a luxury resort with lots of taste in design and furniture. Large garden with pools, silence and relaxing surroundings.
The check-in time is very late, h16.00 and check-out quite early, h10.00. they charge extra for few hours earlier/longer. The place has almost no staff on site, nobody seems to be sleeping at the location and the restaurant is not open every day and gets fully booked even if half of the tables are not occupied. They seem to have little food or not enough staff. For a place of this standing and price, you amazingly have to sort your garbage upon check-out.

The swimming pool was very nice and the overall area is beautiful.
Our room had no A/C

The property is stylish, modern and clean.
The owners and the staff don’t respect the guests. We made it very clear from the beginning that tranquility is important for us but the first day of our stay the were renovating the apt next to us, so not quiet at all, more like a construction site. And it kept on going for a whole despite us asking them to stip because our son could’t sleep.
There is no cleaning service in the rooms/apt during your stay, for 350€/night it should be foreseen.
No toiletries for the bath, only a shampoo stuck to the wall for the shower. That is not worth a “deluxe apt”.
Breakfast options fairly limited, for 15€/p there should be more.
The massages were more rubbings with oil than relaxing massages, not by far worth 90€/h.
We felt that in general the attention for guest needs is lacking.

very relaxing and amazing amenities
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and some other weekdays which was not on booking in the description. There is no bar for drinks and the nearest grocery store is ten minutes away. This should be made clear at time of booking so we could have better prepared ourselves.

Excellent outdoor pool facilities. Very quiet and relaxing.
Beautiful bath tub in the suite

Waitresses need to get more training how to serve the customers (wine awareness, opening and serving, overall attention to the table), otherwise their way of working offsets very food quality of the cook.
Was not possible to switch on Sauna in the morning.

The location was nice, atmosphere was cosy.
The smell is the corridor was absolutely awful, the room and the bathroom were not clean and the sauna either . Also, the description of the room says there is a hot tub in the room but it isn’t the case. The breakfast buffet was very poor. and we didn’t have hot water all the time.

Beautiful rooms & grounds, breakfast was simple but delicious!
There was a slight overpowering perfume odour in the hallway of the building - we presume it was to block the slight sewage smell… however this was luckily only in the hallway and not in the actual room.

decoration of the room and the countryside position
the spa was in construction and the accessibility to the sauna wasn't so easy

The room was very nice and the bathroom was spacious. The restaurant next door has great quality of staff and food. Not that cheap but accordingly to the service and quality. We ended up going there two nights in a row.
The heating didn't work. As it was the beginning of March, it was very cold and we had no warm water. The second day a technician came in to have a look at our heating system. The owner contacted us that he would keep me updated throughout the day. We felt as we were getting heard and they would fix this or give us a solution but I never received a call with an update. I tried to call myself and left a message but no one ever reached out again (there was still another night left in our stay). As there is no reception, we felt a little bit lost in how to get this sorted. I understand something can break but having received no information or a solution and not being able to get in touch with the owners made our stay not how it should have been. It also felt like the boiler was out of service before we came in, as there was a bucket to catch all the water dripping out of the system.
The people of the restaurant were helping out by calling their staff/the owner but every time we asked if there was news there wasn't. The place has a lot of staff but no one seemed to be able to make the proper calls or give us the information/solution we needed. We also heard we weren't the only one in the building with heating system problems.
When we checked out we left the key and left...as there is no reception desk that was it. The property is clean and beautiful so it is hard not to recommend but having no heating, no hot water and no one to contact, we felt lost and not cared for properly.

Village is good for sporty groups and family. Breakfast is good, nearly all you need. I said nearly. Restaurant is very good. Coffee excellent. Rooms are big,
For amusement in this domaine iis not good organize. No explanation how to use it. Staying in our building, on the right side,. Have to pass by the street, parking then backyards were Terrance, sauna, bbq, ect. The door in our building is open 24 hours!.

Beautiful apartments with excellent facilities in very nice surrounding
The way the place is run, for example breakfast table was empty before the end of the breakfast time, one toilet paper for 5 people and other small issues. Also the fact that there is no reception desk makes it more complicated to address such stuff.
