I loved the sunset on the deck.

It was okay. Probably would not stay again.

It was adequate but could improve in check in process, cleaning, and overall upkeep of the property. The AC worked well though. We had to wait for it to be cleaned so checkin was later than 4 pm. When we got in, there was still trash on the floor and the kitchen sink was dirty. There were no wash cloths. The upstairs bathroom was remodeled and nicer

So close to the valley it makes it worth it. Only had to come in park gate once. Saw a bear and cub out front door. Would stay again!

Starfall home was perfect for our vacation! Great to be in the park with a beautiful house, comfortable beds and wonderful layout. Fit our needs perfectly

We loved quick access to Yosemite. Having a full kitchen and so many beds made this great place to eat and relax at the end of a long day of exploring. We spent hours just playing horseshoes. Would definitely come back!

Pros:
- Generally nice property, updated, decent WiFi, generally comfortable, nice soaking tub
Cons:
- Not a gourmet kitchen. Kitchen items are very cheap with thin pots and pans, two tiny little cutting boards and butcher block counter tops that it would be awful if people just started using it for that.
- Very cheap paper products TP & paper towels, no facial tissues
- Return air duct downstairs was very dirty
- Upstairs shower curtain not the right size, thus leaks on flooring

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving and enjoyed it! It’s beautiful and cozy with a nice patio. We couldn’t set the thermostat at a comfortable degree and smaller rooms would get hot and cold pretty quickly.
Everything else was great. A note for those who have small children, bring the baby gate for the stairs.

Clean and comfortable, Starfall was a great launch point for our adventures in Yosemite NP! Our group of 2 couples enjoyed open kitchen and living area. The Yosemite West neighborhood felt like we were still in the national park because it was so wooded and rustic. Perfect for a family or small group looking for comfortable accommodations close to Yosemite.

The house was very comfortable and well situated within the park.

The second we walked into the house we were overpowered with a stench and could see dirt all over the main floor. The main floor hadn't been recently mopped with a cleaner or swept. There was food spilled and left in the microwave. The inside of the refrigerator smelled badly. The upstairs shower had hair in the drain and dirt everywhere and both bathroom shower curtains had inches of mildew up the bottom. I would guess the shower curtains hadn't been washed or changed in months. Also, the upstairs bedspread had fresh blood on it so I am guessing the blankets were not cleaned or changed between guests. I tried calling customer service several times with no luck. Found success with texting them and their response was "sorry to hear that our home was not up to your expectations". They did ask if I would like them to visit the home and touch up the areas; I told them to come the next day when we were out to please clean and make the house smell fresh and leave all the supplies that they didn't originally leave, like wash cloths, garbage bag for kitchen can. They did return but only left wash cloths for the upstairs bathroom and didn't clean anything and also got into my husband's suitcase!! I can't say enough negative things about Vacasa and their management of this property. I will say that the house was cleaner after we left then when we arrived because I had to do all the cleaning that Vacasa should have done. Hoping this review helps the next guests at Starfall!

The house was clean, ready for our arrival, and easily able to sleep 8. Nice house, good location, and very convenient in that it is inside the park gates. There were plenty of towels and there was the ability to wash clothes. Over all, this was a great experience.

This home is the perfect mountain getaway!! It was very accessible to parking directly outside of the home. Very clean and great accommodations for our family vacation in Yosemite. Will definitely use this property in the future!

Location, location , location. We'll be considering Yosemite West for our future stay's near Yosemite as it's a short drive to the valley.
Overall, the property and area were more than adequate. As well as the onsite staff. They were extremily helpful.
My issues were with the organization not providing up to date information in regards to our booking. There were local water supply issue. I literally recieved a text saying the property was no longer available as we arrived, just after a 4 1/2 hour drive. Things worked out, but not without several calls and a level of frustration I shouldn't be dealling with the first day of vacation.

Deck was great. House was updat and beautifully decorated. AC in top floor bedroom didn’t work though so fans we’re used. WiFi was spotty but we were told that before we rented. Other than the AC not working everything else was great!

The house is sized just right to accommodate 8 people comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms and one loft room. The two bathrooms were large. We also really enjoyed the deck. There are also mice extras such as a dishwasher and washer & dryer, abd wifi. Staying in the park and so close to Yosemite Valley was a huge plus because that's where we spent our time when we weren't at the house. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend thst house.

My entire family really enjoyed Starfall. It’s location is perfect to get to either Wawona or the Valley floor quickly. Super clean and we would definitely return next time we plan to go to Yosemite.

Beautiful home. Clean. Nice view and deck. Management was easy to contact and went over and beyond when we thought we left something in the home. Would book again.

Suggestion
I understand the WiFi is very weak, it would be better if you could provide some videos or board games. We can have more fun at the night time with friends. Thanks you.
