The property was as advertised but when we got there it was flooding from heavy rain. The property manager quickly cleaned the water and made sure no more got in. Everything else besides some cosmetic issues made the stay enjoyable.

I loved this property! First of all it’s way bigger than the pictures, the host is super accommodating they had wine waiting on us upon arrival. The house was super clean and it felt like home.

Well-maintained and nicely decorated home. Backyard was beautiful with lighting and heaters. Only parking for 3 cars since there was no street parking from 3am - 5am. Weird smoky smell when we turned the heat on.

This property was such a great place for my friends and family to come together and spend time together. There were so many amenities available I wanted for nothing. The host responded quickly throughout the trip and even assisted me with recovering an item that was left behind. The place is clean and luxurious and has an amazing backyard. The only tip I’d say is to remember bug spray if you plan to be outside later in the evenings. If I plan another get together in this area this property will definitely be my first choice. Amazing for friends and family. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tudor Place. The house was clean and had all that we needed with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and baths, and a terrific back yard space to enjoy our company. Plenty of room to spread out for our celebration gathering. The host/management was responsive and helpful when questions arose and we would definitely stay here again if back in the Philly areas. Thanks for everything.

The house was nice and had more than enough room for all 7 of us. The back yard was clean with turf which made it nice for a place to lounge in the evening. The neighbor was not the kindest, we were told to keep the noise down despite it being 11am and simply conversing while playing cornhole. At times you would hear a random dirt bike go through the streets later at night.

Had an amazing stay at this vrbo home. The house was very spacious and the backyard worked out perfectly for my wedding gathering. The host also had gas warmers for the outdoors which came in very handy for my outdoor event. The minor issues I had were addressed in a timely manner, and the host was easy to reach.

The house was perfect for our family and friends to stay for a few days. It is large and well decorated with a great backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and is only a short distance to Cobbs Creek Park. It is a short and easy drive to the University of Pennsylvania campus. The owner was very helpful and communicative.

Traveling for a family event in nearby NJ, we wanted the accessibility of everything that Philly had to offer without the parking problems. This home was spacious, beautifully finished, well stocked, close to everything, and had ample parking for our two families. The outdoor space was also adorable, and my only regret was having been too busy to enjoy it.

The property worked great for our family get-to-gather. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. The kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables. The beds were all very comfortable and everything was very clean. The only critique I have is the heat works too well.

The property was very clean and well maintained. We found the property exactly as it was in listing. Kitchen was well stocked. One of the bedrooms even had baby foldable bed and kitchen had high chair. Property owner promptly responded to inquiries. We didn’t take public transportation, but Uber was easily available. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here if I visit Philly again.

We rented this property because we wanted a house that was located between Philadelphia and Swarthmore College, where our son was starting school. This place fit the bill. It's spacious, clean and lovely. We were able to cook meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed having a deck in the backyard. We also went into Philadelphia for dinner, which was a 20-30 minute drive. The airport is even closer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just as pictured. The rooms were large. And very comfortable.We had 7 people staying over and everyone had plenty of space. We played air hockey downstairs, and used the deck quite a bit in the mornings and evenings. Ours was a family group and everyone had a wonderful time! We visited Longwood and watched the light show one night. We may have to come back in the future! Highly recommended!

The description and the pictures was spot on. This is an old home with all kinds of fun updates, the host has done a wonderful job of modern flair without disturbing the vintage of the home itself. Host was responsive and very informative, we had one little hiccup after checking in and the host was quick to respond and followed up in a very timely manner. The location is a quick drive from Philly's attractions and found it very user friendly.

Great for parties

The property was the perfect location for my Graduation party of about 17 people. Tons of space inside and out so when the weather turned we still did not feel on top of each other in the kitchen/dining room space. Had some trouble with the door lock when trying to get in and it did take a bit (30 min) to be able to contact the property manager to get the situation fixed. They were very kind and helped us get in. We all really enjoyed our long weekend here.

This house met all of our expectations. It is beautiful and was immaculate. We had all the amenities we wanted. After a storm, the agent checked on us to make sur that everything was still fine with the house. I highly recommend staying here. Sites we visited were quite easy to reach from this site as well.

We just spent a fantastic week in Philly and the house was perfect. Clean, nicely laid out for a family gathering, conveniently located, well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. We made day trips into the city and surrounding areas and traffic was easy. Host was very responsive and friendly. We will highly recommend this house to friends and families.

We attended a wedding in a nearby town, and needed 4-5 bedrooms for our group. Everyone coming in from different places, so not too far from the airport was nice. 4 bedrooms with doors was perfect, fifth sleeping spot (which we didn’t use) was a basement pull-out. En-suite bathroom in master was nice for my wife and I, who made the arrangements. But plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Very spacious first floor with a nice flow - we could just hang out a chat, eat, drink very easily. Very nice back deck off the dining room into the backyard - again, a great flow for casually hanging out. Nice-enough neighborhood, not too fancy. Easy to get back to expressway or Philadelphia attractions (15-20 minutes by car). Grocery, coffee shop and liquor stores nearby.

We had a great time staying at this property. The outside space was great, and the house was very very clean. The location was great for access to the suburban areas we needed to be in for a wedding. It was a short Uber ride from the airport and we were able to fit three cars of those who drove in the driveway.

We met as a team in Philly to be part of a virtual competition and this property was perfect for our needs. We appreciated off street parking and the deck in the back to hang out in the nice weather, as well as the ability to use the Apple TV to stream the competition all day long with no internet troubles. Easy to get to from the airport, took between 15-20 mins depending on traffic. Host was very easy to work with and replied quickly when we had questions.

The property was well maintained and exuded an undeniable welcoming feel. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a grill in the backyard. Also, communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. All of my guests loved their stay at this rental. For my first VRBO stay, I rate my experience 10/10!
