After a harrowing 2 day drive through Tropical Storm Debbie, walking into this warm, inviting home was an answer to prayer🙏. All our needs were provided from toiletries to kitchen spices! Our lab enjoyed the large fenced in yard, and the grandchildren were so excited to find the swingset.
The finished basement was a wonderful bonus so family could spread out-
We drove into Philly but the shuttle bus behind this house is another option
Bakery and Chinese restaurant are within walking distance.

We had a Great stay since we were all over 65 the stairs were a little too much for us and we missed having a restroom on the main floor but otherwise everything was super

We stayed for a couple nights to attend a wedding nearby. It was a perfect spot to call home for the weekend, with plenty of food and drink within walking distance, a super friendly neighbor who gave us some recommendations of places to check out in town, and a nice quiet neighborhood setting, only 25 minutes from the city. Beds were super comfortable, living room and kitchen had everything one could need to feel like home, and the backyard deck was great. There is a rail/trolly station right behind the house, but you wouldn't have known it! Super pleasant and the owner was great and communicated well. Thanks!

This please was clean, comfortable and close to the Trolly to get us to 69th station where we picked up the Subway to get to City Hall. The only complaint I have is…the upstairs master bedrooms AC was very load. Earplugs are needed. Area was very nice and not far from Restaurants, Pizza shops and necessity stores. Over all..a nice experience.

The house is centrally located. There were a few issues. Ants in the kitchen, dining room and upstairs bathroom. There was patch work done on the ceiling in living room and the pictures on line do not show this.
Communication is the owner was good.

My husband and I took our two grandsons to Philadelphia for Wrestlemania. The home was convenient to the sights in the city and to Lincoln Financial Field. The host was quick to respond to questions. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ands the kitchen was very well appointed.

I booked and stayed at this property for a long weekend in Philadelphia. I took the trolley and the subway into downtown each day which was super convenient. The rental property was very nice and clean and conveniently located near the trolley groceries, etc.. The property owner is very responsive to communications and offers. Helpful advice regarding the surrounding area.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for 3 nights. We had a great time! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a house to stay in this area!

The home was exactly what we needed for our larger family’s’ stay in town for several days for a wedding nearby. Nice little fenced in yard. House very cozy! Property manager was easy to work with. Would stay again!

My family and I had a great stay. The house is clean, well stocked and had ample space for a family with 5 adults and a baby. The yard and play area out back was a bonus and the neighborhood is great too. We could have stayed longer it was so nice!

We only spent one day here on our stop to see Philadelphia, and we were sad we couldn’t stay longer. This property had the easiest check in process from any place I’ve stay at.
Driving to the property, we weren’t too sure about the neighborhood, but looks can be deceiving. The area is safe, and the only issue we had was with the railroad tracks behind the house, but only those sleeping in the room facing it heard anything.
The set up inside the house is perfect for a large family, especially those who have kids (we didn’t have any children, but we saw ends of tables were child-proof and there were baby feeding seats). The kitchen was my favorite part of the house, and was just beautiful and well-made. Every part of the house has an external AC unit attached, which took us a minute to realize that’s what we use to cool down whatever room we’re in. House was very clean.
The TV didn’t seem to have cable, but it was a smart TV, so you can log in to your own streaming service app or watch something on the free ones. There was even a monitor with an HDMI cable if you have a laptop and wanted to stream from there. The basement had a nice entertainment area set up that we unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to use.
I think the only downside I can think of is that there’s no bathroom on the main floor. You’d have to go upstairs or downstairs. This probably won’t be too much of an issue for most people unless they’re elderly or have mobility issues.

We stayed for two weeks to explore Philadelphia and take my daughter to sleep-away camp. The location was perfect to head into the outlying areas, but also go into the city. The house was clean, well-stocked with an area that was easy to get around. We had a lovely stay, and were very thankful for the easy parking. Ren is very nice and communicative as well.

Everyone in our group raved about the property. It's a beautiful house in a great neighborhood, with access to public transportation literally on the other side of the back fence (it's a very quiet trolley, though, so no worries about noise). The kitchen had just about everything we could think of (and some we wouldn't have thought of ). We cooked a big family meal one night and it was easy. We loved sitting in the back deck and were thrilled we could bring our dog, who loved the fenced-in backyard. The entire place was immaculately clean and the beds were comfy. If I ever need or want to go anywhere near Philly again, this is where I will stay.

Very nice! 3 night stay TH- Sun. We needed a dog friendly spot and a comfy home to relax for us while us girls (myself and 2 daughters - wedding dress shopped) My husband and eldest daughter’s fiancé, dog sat and chilled, and she found a dress! Saturday the youngest, who lives in Philly took her sister and FH sightseeing all day. Saturday, my husband and I hung out, so nice to have a back yard to take dog out. Ren, the owner, is attentive to details and a great host readily available, even though we didn’t need to contact him during our 3 night stay. Very pleased and will use again if available!

Since my mothers Alzheimer’s is worsening, travel can be pretty tricky. The ability to rent a house with all the amenities of home simplifies everything! Ren is a fabulous host! Plenty of toiletries, paper products and shampoo. Every room had a sheet with where to find things, it was nice to have extra space, got to catch up with my aunt and niece. Highly recommend
