Do not rent this place!!! It is in a very bad & unsafe neighborhood!!! There are drug dealings going on all times throughout the day & night. Men are out front of the house and across the street selling and doing drugs! We wouldn't even leave if it was dark. We order food delivery and they guy said I'm not coming down that dead end street. The house looks nothing like the pictures. The staircase is a ladder. It so steep you have to go go down sideways holding on for dear life. The walls are cracked though out the whole place due to foundation issues. The rooms are very small and there is only one bathroom with a shower, there's atiny half bath downstairs. The sofa is a love seat that sits 2 people. We had to put blankets over the windows because the blinds/cheap see-through curtains don't fit the windows so the constant cars coming and going in and out of the HUD housing aross the street shine straight into the front windows and front door. We drove into the neighborhood and I said we have to be in the wrong place! then we turn into the street and I was shocked that this was the actual vrbo place. I immediately message the manager and said this is nothing like your ad. D this is in a very bad neighborhood. He never even acknowledged that it was a bad neighborhood. He said "sorry you park in the parking garage down the street" which you won't be safe walking to and from that either... The ad is a lie he should not be allowed to have this place on vrbo.

Questionable Location and Unresponsive Host
Questionable Location and Unresponsive Host
As mentioned in the other review, this location is not what we expected based on the location. You can expect broken glass and trash on the sidewalk around the outside of the property. During our three night stay, we were never able to find on-street parking and had to use the parking garage. More disappointing, was the interaction and lack of action from the property host. Upon our arrival the first night, we notified the host about the lack of Internet connectivity or television service. He indicated he would send someone to resolve the issue. After several hours and contradictory messages, we were actually placed on a three-way call with the Internet provider. The provider explained to the host the need for new equipment. No actions were taken by the host that evening or the following day. We contacted the host again the second evening with no response. On the third day of our stay, we received a text message someone would be there to address the issue. It was finally resolved mid-day on the third day of our four day stay. We were without any Internet connectivity or television for two of the three nights in this property. The host was unresponsive and did not seem to understand how to actually resolve the issue, even sending the neighbor who cleans the house to knock on our door and ask if she could restart the router on the second evening (something we had done numerous times).

Nice place on the inside
Nice place on the inside
We rented this house for a wedding that we had in Annapolis a few weekends ago. The host was great and the inside was very clean and welcoming. However, the neighborhood was not the best location and what we expected.
