What an amazing house to share for the weekend!! SO close to Westport area and local eateries...Safe to walk evenings and mornings!!! Plenty of space for my group of 8...Dishes a plenty...Basic pantry items stocked and complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate my daughters med school graduation! Thank you Michael for allowing us to have the house early Friday and a leisurely check out Monday.... We had an amazing time and made some wonderful memories...

Older home with character that I love! Nice hot tub and great front porch. Needs a porch light and/or street light. It can be hard to see off the street. Great location to find food and culture!

Michael was a wonderful host and made our weekend away even better! The house was as advertised, the amenities provided were lovely, and ease of communication made getting settled a breeze. The location is centralized and made for getting around downtown easy. This property is great for adults, as well as children. The host provided a pack-and-play and high chair, in addition to a fully stocked kitchen with adult and child tableware. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for an evening to see a show at the Uptown. Decent walk to the venue. The property was great, beds were very comfortable, and the host left us a welcome package in the fridge. Highly recommended!

Beautiful 150 year old home with all the comforts and amenities you could want. Simple Check-In and easy Check-Out. Communication with property owner was great. They provided a few welcome treats on the fridge and good recommendations for local eats. The property is located on a nice street near midtown and makes many sights very accessible. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience and our host was wonderful. The house worked perfect for a family of 8 and gave us plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay at Michael's charming historic home. It's just as listed and very close to so much in KC. We loved walking down to the Nelson and Plaza and sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. Michael was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We had a short stay in KCMO but were within walking distance of the Nelson Atkins Art museum and very close to Westport. House was well kept and suited well for a family stay. Property manager was super easy to work with and kind. Recommend

We came to see an art exhibit in KC with my daughter and some friends! We loved the house! Loved the hot tub! Great location to Westport and the Plaza. We will stay here again. Owner was great to work with! Aside from the property, we actually had a situation where my daughter’s class had a Covid exposure and we couldn’t make the trip the weekend we had booked. The owner was very understanding and allowed us to reschedule with no additional fees. We really appreciated his flexibility. Great person to work with m.

Rented Michael’s place just for the night with my mom and sister. Home is in a great neighborhood and just as pictured. Very clean and beds super comfortable! We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Michael was awesome and very available and responsive. We stayed during a snowstorm and when the coffee maker was acting up he came out in the snow to bring a French press and coffee and shoveled all the walkways and driveway. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Plenty of room for 6 of us to sleep, eat, watch movies, and socialize comfortably. Snowy weekend so we stayed in all weekend to reconnect and recharge. Next time we’ll take advantage of the awesome location. Michael was a great, responsive host.

Thanks, Michael for the wonderful home. Family stayed for a Thanksgiving week, and enjoyed chilling at the house. Great location relative to Westport, the Plaza, Nelson Atkins, etc.. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful streets. House was very comfortable and clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Owner was very available to help with any needs should they have popped up. Our puppy quite enjoyed the yard, and we had plenty of room to set up a kennel for the times we were away. Will definitely consider booking this home again.

Came in from St. Louis for the weekend with family for the Chief's game and some Kansas City sights and entertainment. The house is perfectly located for the museums and entertainment districts, particularly the Westport area. The house is a recent rehab, in which Mike restored many of the late nineteenth century woodwork and other features; it is clean and well accompanied (with a generous welcome package in the fridge). Will definitely be back!

I loved the location for its charm and proximity to so much. The neighborhood is delightful. The house was exactly as it is described and shown in the pictures. The hot tub was an unexpected hit for all of us. The linens were so nice and the bed so comfortable.
