Fandango is a cozy cottage-style home that has plenty to offer. The spacious open-concept kitchen and living area provide ample seating for your vacation group. Whether you’re sunbathing or stargazing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t forget the beautiful, crystal-clear waters of the Frio River! The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you’ll need, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. A large food pantry and BBQ tools are also available. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are in the hallway near Bedroom 3. Outside, you’ll find picnic tables and additional seating on the covered back porch and sun deck. Enjoy amenities such as a jukebox, pool table, hot tub, and a horseshoe pit (please bring your horseshoes). There's also a children’s playground, a hammock, washer cups (you’ll need to bring your washers), and cornhole boards. The outdoor pool cabana provides a wonderful extension for your enjoyment. This single-story home allows for easy access, and the paved parking area can accommodate 5 to 6 vehicles. Most of our homes in Concan are just a 5-minute drive from public access to the Frio River.
To help keep your rental costs down, guests can bring their own linens and towels. We also offer the option to rent them for an additional fee. If you would like to rent linens and towels for your stay, please provide us with at least four weeks' notice before your arrival. Please note that beds will not be made for guests. Additionally, we have a limited supply of linens and towels and cannot guarantee their availability. All King, Queen and Full beds include two towels and will be charged at $24 dollars per bed. All twin beds will include one towel per bed and will be charged at $12.

All fixtures had dust and floors were not cleaned. The pool pump was trying to give out our entire stay and the noise was pretty obnoxious. Things have seemed to go downhill as far as esthetics, bag boards and bird houses damaged upon arrival. We come every year for over 6 yrs and this was the first time for any complaints.

We have gone to a Frio the last time years and plan on continuing the tradition. We loved this house, this year the water was super low so the fact that we could come back to the house and the kids still had so many things to do was so great! They stayed outside almost the entire time we were there and it’s much needed for our kiddos. The houses amenities were shockingly useful. We have decided to make this our annual trip home so we look forward to staying again next year!

The walls are made of raw wood and capture lots of dust bunnies so needed dusting. The oven was malfunctioning. It wouldn’t heat up to temp. Good thing I brought my air fryer and was able to bake in it! Some of the outdoor cedar furniture was rotting and broke. The jukebox was very cool but would only play a few songs. Had trouble getting it to play whole albums like it said it would. The pool and hot tub were amazing though! With a few changes, I’d definitely come back. All in all, I’d recommend this house for it’s private secluded location, it’s got plenty of group space and bedding and lots of fun amenities.

We rented this house for a quick getaway since our kids had a mini fall break. We just loved it from the moment we walked in. Clean, spacious and even had indoor entertainment for the kids (movies and board games).The view was just breathtaking; we even got to see deer in the backyard.

Enjoyed the stay and the house and all it's ammenities. The only real problem was a group in the house across the creek that was playing their music so loud that we couldn't hear our own music. When we called the management company, within 15 minutes they shut them down.

The house itself was amazing as always !. But there was an aful sewage smell that stayed our entire vaction . The owners did cone that first night a ket us sleep in a different house at night but it was a BIG inconvenience as we had already unpacked all out belongings and food and had already started the pit so walking back and fourth Hiusebto house with the kids was not to fun. But I do appreciate them trying to accommodate us . But the whole thing just put a damper on the vacation .
