This two-level home boasts a terrific location close to all your favorite theme parks, and with two complete levels of comfort and convenience, it's the perfect combination of location and luxury! Newly remodeled, this home boasts new floors, new paint, and a professionally-designed interior. Inside, the family room is open and spacious, with a comfy sofa, a wall-mounted 75-inch flatscreen TV, patio access, and an open concept shared with the full kitchen. The kitchen has all the stainless steel appliances and counter space the family chef will need to prepare delicious meals, and you can enjoy your masterpiece at the dining table with seating for 12 while the kids chatter away from the six breakfast bar stools. The living room has a Bumper Pool table and a poker table for those fun family game nights, and the garage offers an additional pool table, large air hockey table, darts, and Ring Swing.

Off the family room, the screened-in patio has an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, lots of comfortable lounge seating, and a pool and spa. The pool has been newly resurfaced and features brand-new, color-changing LED lights and a super-fast heater, plus life jackets, floaties, games, and more. There is also a removable pool enclosure for safety. The kids can choose their favorite themed rooms, the loft is full of books and board games, and the living room includes an Xbox with games to enjoy during downtime. There is plenty of baby gear available for the little ones, including a Pack 'n Play, a Baby Bouncer, a highchair, a booster seat, a car seat, and a stroller. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have six well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of. Four rooms include en-suite baths and two rooms share a bath, so everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during a long and rejuvenating stay. The HOA Clubhouse has lots of table games, a pool, a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, a pool hall, a gym, and a playground for the kids. Providence Golf Club is just three miles away, and this home is less than 13 miles from some of your favorite theme parks, so be sure to jump on the free WiFi to plan out tomorrow's next adventure.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
