It is located in the beautiful, safe, tree-lined Chevy Chase neighborhood, which is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post office, and parks. We came to Lexington for my daughter’s cheer competition. The location was perfect if you need to get downtown. It’s also not far from the airport. We loved how cozy it was and the host was super sweet! If you’re looking for an alternative to a hotel then this place is perfect and is super affordable! My kids loved the huge projector screen and all the board games she kept in the closet. If we ever make our way back to Lexington, We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at this cozy VRBO. Treetops has a charming atmosphere in a lovely neighborhood. The property manager is very friendly and communication is excellent! Highly recommend!

"The Treetop on Garden provided a bright and welcoming space for our second year renting. There was ample room for everyone, and its location was conveniently close to everything, whether by a short drive or walk. Highly recommended for your family!"

We loved our weekend in Lexington at Treetops on Garden. Dru was the kindest and most hospitable host we’ve ever had! Check in and out instructions were very clear and thorough. We had a very comfortable stay. For a studio apartment, the space is roomy. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate to. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Lexington!

I stayed several days and was able to check out both rooms rented by the host. The room I stayed in was quiet and well maintained. Nice neighborhood for walking. The host was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Perfect for is for UK graduation weekend. We like to stay close to where our daughter lives. We rented upstairs and downstairs too. Great neighborhood!

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Very cheerful and colorful. Nice studio set up. Dru adds extra touches by providing coffee pods and a few snacks! Communication was excellent. We were able to walk to a choice of two excellent restaurants.

The Treetops is a super cute little spot for a group of friends checking out the Lexington area. We were in town for an event at the horse park, and though the drive was a little long, we really enjoyed being able to relax at Dru's place at the end of each day. Dru was super helpful in getting us settled in, and her instructions were perfect for where to park etc. The only issue we had was my own...I must have missed in the description that there is no stove. Totally my own fault, and we still would have stayed here, I just would have packed food differently! Overall a good experience!

I stayed with my toddler & newborn 1 night so that we could attend my newborn’s appointment at UK Children’s. Dru was SO sweet and accommodating, she went above and behind and helped us into the space when she saw how full my hands were. My toddler loved the space, especially the projector TV. We were all comfortable & cozy; I also don’t think my newborn has slept that well ever, even at home lol. Will definitely be recommending to friends who may have to come to the area, and keeping in mind for his future appointments!

My 6 year old son and I stayed here while helping my daughter move into her dorm at UK. The space was perfect for us and I liked that there was no one under us so I didn't have to worry about him stomping or being too loud. He also really liked the big projection TV! Very convenient to campus and a beautiful neighborhood where we felt totally safe walking around. I'll definitely be booking again when we come to visit my daughter!

Excellent experience, thoughtful host, great location, colorful decor and very well kept studio! Everything was clean and special care was taken to make the space welcoming. My daughters and I made a last minute getaway to Lexington so my oldest (11yrs) could attend Aviation Camp. I took my youngest (4yrs) to the Children’s Exploratorium. We had such fun!! Meet a friend for Brunch close by at Josie’s and managed some shopping and dinner at the Summit. We went to Build a Bear and picked up popcorn at the movie theater before returning to the TreeTop for a girls night movie on the giant projector (great sound and picture!) After a fun filled long day the girls easily fell asleep and we all rested well in comfortable beds My girls didn’t even wake for the epic storm!. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return for another visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the magnolia trees smelled absolutely amazing, the space was just perfect for my husband and I, had everything we needed! We were in town for Railbird and we walked home each night and the outdoor lighting was extremely convenient. Chevy Chase is a cute little area with great food options. Dru was very sweet and very accommodating! This place would be perfect for parents visiting a student at UK, the campus is literally right there. We will def be back!

It was clean, and it’s located very close to about everything you want to be close to in Lexington. Dru greeted us as we arrived and communicated after we left. Very nice stay here at the treehouse!

We booked two nights to use this as a central location while being tourists in the area. Booking was simple, with Dru even catching a major error caused by me in booking. Very thankful for that! The accomodations were just like described on the site and Dru was a great host. We will definitely look for this again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed at this property while babysitting our new granddaughter in Lexington. There is everything you need to be comfortable! Dru was very welcoming and checked in on us to see if we needed anything! There was a generous supply of paper products, coffee, and shampoo etc. The apartment is decorated with bright colors and we loved the projection TV. One of our favorite things was the directions for various things right there to reference. We also loved checking out the restaurants in the Chevy Chase neighborhood!!

We loved staying at Treetops on the Garden! Communicating with Dru was super easy and she was very helpful and timely in her responses. We were within a 15 minute walk to quite a few bars and restaurants which was very convenient. The neighborhood itself was very quiet. Drue left us a bunch of snacks as well which was so kind. Overall, would definitely stay there again!

The decor was very unique and pretty. It had everything we needed and the location was wonderful. Very short distance to Keenland horse races and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Drue was very kind and considerate and we truly did enjoy staying at her place.
