Welcome Home Son

Great view of RUPP ARENA/Triangle Park. The location was across the street from Lex Live Entertainment Center, which boasts Sports bar/grille w/massive TV screens all over, bowling, arcade for kids and a movie theatre with power reclining seating. Hotel was clean and the included breakfast(extra $) was buffet, and made to order omelet bar. It was very, very good!!

Overpriced. But then again, no downtown hotels are economical

Disappointed

The location

When we first arrived, the assistant manager was not a people person.... then we went to our room, and the toilet seat was basically hanging off the bowl. The wallpaper in the room was coming down. When I took my 11 year old son to the pool, there was so much paint peeling off the ceiling that the area looked as if it should be closed down... Not at all what I expected from a Hilton.

The location was perfect because we were at the concert across the street. I did feel it needs a little upgrading, especially for the price that you are charging

We loved the stay only issue was rude staff and the noise and cost for parking .

I loved the view after i was moved to a room with a view that matched the cost.

They had a tattoo expo and it was very loud and too close to our room so we heard it all. The parking charge was unacceptable.

I was very disappointed due to the staff treatment toward me.

I loved how it had restaurants and bar there. The pool and hot tub and work out center was nice also.

I came to stay because the Hilton was the closest to the Dr I had to meet. During check in the front desk seemed to have issue with me. And I don't know if it was because I had 2 of my grand children or not. But while waiting on the gentleman in front of me she seemed very happy and explain the whole hotel and parking to him. When it was my turn she seemed to keep her head down asked if I was using credit card on file. After she got the keys together she asked if I parked in the garage or did I do valet parking. When I explained I did self parking she handed my keys and said elevator behind you and walked away. Didn't say anything else and walked away. She didn't explain to me about the restaurant or anything else. The next morning I had to ask about the parking and why I was charge 25.00 when it stated 15.00. Also I was charge a different price than the one I was giving by booking for my room. Little was she aware it was my first time ever being there and I was there already nervous for the procedure I had to have done. All I know is the Hilton was very nice but I won't ever stay there again due to the front desk attitude towards me.

Location was perfect but facility felt dumpy

Hotel felt run down and unattended. Used plate on my floor was on the table by elevators for the entire stay. Cafe shut down on Sunday morning. Entire facility looked dingy. I will not return.

Was not a good experience

The experience wasn’t pleasant so it overshadowed my overall stay

I had to wait to be checked in because they couldn’t find my reservation. Once they did (which I think they checked someone else in under my original resrvation because I was charged and wasn’t at the hotel yet) I had to wait for her to create a new reservation. I was charged twice for the hotel Stay and incidental fee. When I inquired about it I kept being told that one would fall off and it still hasn’t. I wasn’t accommodated for the inconvenience and felt like it wasn’t a concern for person the Checked me in.

Never Again! Too much money for unpleasant stay.

Location

We had water leaking from ceiling in our bathroom from the room above ours. Not sure if shower or toilet. Couldn’t sleep for constant dripping all night.

The rug outside the bathroom felt damp, room had a musty medicinal smell, ceiling in bathroom needed repairs, wasn’t a bad place to stay, but our next time in Lexington we’d check out a new place to stay

Decent hotel with convenient access to Rupp Arena and some good downtown restaurants. The hotel is currently under renov

Convenient location across from our main destination. Comfortable bed and pillows. Enjoyed the way they presented the toiletries with full size bottles attached to the walls instead of the little travel soaps, shampoos, etc.

The property was under construction, which is something we didn’t realize at the time of booking. Only one of the four elevators was in working condition.

3rd floor room could hear all the sirens from streets below, only one elevator working due to the three others being repaired, no info on whether there was room service or times identified for in house restaurants.

The location to where we were going was great! The breakfast was not! It was cold! The elevator was down they were working on it did not have any warning tape up when we came through the first time but later put a curtain up

Sadly Disappointed

They allowed my husband in a bit early for check in because I was having surgery at the hospital. Extremely disappointed in this stay. The staff was nice but the room was very dated, the elevator wasn't working properly, the heat in our room couldn't be adjusted, there was no MICROWAVE! I had jus had surgery and needed soup but nowhere to heat it. Unheard of these days especially a Hilton for our rate. The two waters were expensive and not complimentary. Not a good amount of towels. No extra blanket available. I hate having to give Hilton this review but for the price we paid we were sadly disappointed. Could have stayed at the hotel in Lexington that charged half the rate almost. Cannot recommend staying at the Hilton. Almost felt like asking for a refund or compensation.

Very disappointed with an over $300 price. Not up to Hilton standard

Location

I was told they had rooms available for early check in but wanted $50 to check in 2 hours early. Had to pay for breakfast even though it said it was included in the price of the room. Hald the elevators didn't work. Room was not clean, dirty cup under the sink. Used tissue in the bathroom trash can. Outlet on the wall near bed didn't work. Martini bar table we set at never got cleaned. (Drink was excellent though)

Nice hotel!

Loved the location! Close to the convention center, shopping & food! Staff was super friendly!

If I had to complain about anything it would be the elevators. Two weren't working. So getting back up to our room on the 15th floor was a wait unless you used the staff elevator (which we did twice).

Pretty nice for a one night stay

Did not get the free breakfast. We got a king bed room, it was spacious.

There was no way to get food after the bar closes, no complimentary water or beverages. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were small. Bathroom is as small as a closet.

Not a bad to stay but could use some updates considering the price.

It was close to the arena. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything appeared clean and the bed was comfortable.

Seems a little outdated and the bathroom smelled of marijuana when we got there. There was no ventilation in there.

Room was uncomfortable. Heat couldn’t be changed. Turned it off and back on as instructed. Still could t adjust thermostat. Stayed 76 degrees.

Toilet didn’t flush well. Told front desk on way out, as it was a quick one night stay.
