Cute quiet neighbor across the road from the beach! Its just a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from the beautiful St Augustine Beaches!
There is one bedroom (bedroom #1) downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. There is a locked door downstairs between the house and the outside pool area for safety. The pool is heated. We provide beach towels however we do not have beach toys or chairs available.
Please note: The pool heater and spa run on a schedule. The pool heater will be set to heat for the majority of the day and the spa will turn on to heat at 7 pm until midnight. Adjustments to the schedule can be made for different preferences.
Pool Heating: In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren't sufficient to maintain the pool water in recommended 77-80 degree range, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temperatures that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead generating it with combustion, they're most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 50 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and average weather temps for this region before booking.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Luxe Beach Oasis. Situated on the Atlantic coast, it’s not as stifling hot as the rest of FL can be in July (we know this from experience, since we live on the west coast of Florida). We used the very nice pool quite a lot (plenty of pool toys provided), we appreciated that each room had their own TV, plus the extra long dining room table held all 9 of us. Easy-to-reach grocery stores, mini-golf, & bowling alley were also helpful. Thanks for a good week!

Luxe Beach Oasis was perfect for our family of 11 plus one dog. The owner provided basics that every rental should have. Like spices and herbs, a great Kruig coffee maker and nice pottery coffee cups, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheet and much more.
The game room was a big hit as well as the screened and good size pool. We cooked a good bit on the grill too.
So many fun activities at St. Augustine. We went to several beaches, did some fishing, ghost tours, wax museum, and the Hop On Hop Off trolly was excellent.
The owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Enjoy the beauty of St. Augustine!

Wonderful property and such a huge pool! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Nice that game room had a mini split AC to keep everyone cool. The only drawback was the difficulty in walking to beach. However public beach parking was only a 3 minute drive away. Owner Jaimie was an amazing host with quick answers to all of our questions. Thanks so much Jaimie for an awesome vacation!

Well appointed house has everything you might need! So refreshing to go to a VRBO and actually have a few spices/ paper towel/ toilet paper/ face cloths/ enough towels! These are the things that make a difference between a place that works and a place that makes you feel at home.
The beds have nice linens and comfy beds and pillows.

The pictures online are exactly what you get. This house is great for larger friend/family gatherings.
Not too far from downtown, and super close to the beach.
Don't even need to go far with a heater pool and hot tub!
Everything was clean and well organized. We didn't have great weather, so we didn't use them, but it was nice to see a number of bikes and a bike trailer to pull the little ones.
The host was speedy to respond and checked in while we were there to make sure all expectations were met.
Will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in St. Augustine.

Jamie was awesome ! The house was left so clean for us upon arrival. We were able to enjoy our time there even with bad weather in the area for the weekend. Anything we needed, Jamie was certain to respond quickly! We would recommend staying at her properties anytime you’re in the area!

Our kids had fall break so we wanted to get out of town and enjoy some time in St. Augustine for the weekend. We had a great time here and the set up of the house was very good to entertain teenagers while allowing time to relax for adults.

We are a group of 5 friends that came for a visit of St. Augustine. This house was like having a bonus vacation during our downtime. I stayed in the outdoor area most of my waking moments while we were there. It has a heated pool, firepit, hot tub, outdoor screened in seating/TV area, game room, bathroom, and an outdoor shower. It was pretty close to the beach…basically a few blocks from a free public beach with ample parking. The rest of the house was wonderful too but the outdoor area has so much to enjoy. The manager was very easy to contact and very accommodating. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

We enjoyed our stayed the pool and bikes were a great addition. Was a fun long term stay beach is about 15 min walk 5 min bike ride we were thrilled that they had a bike attachment for young kids as we had multiple staying in the house. Beach is beautiful nice quiet area so not overcrowded. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is bring beach towels as there are none available at the house.

The property is great and just as described. Beds were comfy. Location was fine. The pool was the best part of the house. Loved our stay - 10 adults and 2 preteen boys.
Pros: Big heated pool! Game room full of games. Beautiful open/huge spaces, lots of room, comfy beds, LOTS of seating everywhere. Kitchen is fully packed with everything you may need. Owner answers right away! Lots of nearby restaurants. Mini fridge and bathroom right by the pool. Allows doggies. I really want to know where she bought her furniture/decorations!
Cons: Bit of a walk to the beach for elderly folk. Downstairs bathroom (in bedroom) is dimly lit. Some bathroom sinks are slightly clogged. AC takes a while to turn on & get going. Master bed tv didn't work, but there were so many other tvs, it wasn't needed.
Would 1000% stay here again & def recommend!

Our stay was great. The house is modern and clean. The pool and lanai a huge plus along with the game room. Plenty of room for everyone. Our host, Jaimie was very responsive and helpful. The only item I would add is that the house is not a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is more like 15-20 minutes so a bit long to haul all the beach things BUT a huge plus was the ability to drive right on to Butler Beach. We parked and set up right on the beach which was great! Would definitely stay again if we decided to visit the area again.

Our party consisted of families aging from 65-10 years old. This house was perfect for everyone. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, which we loved! We also just enjoyed staying at the house, especially the pool. This was a family favorite area. There were fans to stay cool under the deck, refrigerator (so we didn’t have to go upstairs), the game room, and the pool was covered (saved us from bugs). We also enjoyed going to downtown St. Augustine a few days, which was a 15 minute drive. What an amazing city!
Lastly, we had great communication with our host. With every house, small things come up, and Jaimie always responded within minutes of messaging. We’d absolutely stay here again! Great trip enhanced by a great house!

We were thrilled when we arrived and the home was just as clean, bright, and spacious as we expected. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for our group. This was a team-building trip for our office, and everyone loved the home. There were so many spaces to break out into our small workgroups, then a gorgeous patio, pool, and game room for relaxing after our work was done. The host was very responsive throughout the process. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This host has amazing communication skills! This house was beautiful and was so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the owner provided floaties for us that our kids loved! We were close to the beach which was awesome and had plenty of room for our large family which ranged in age from 1 to 14 for kids and several adults. It was such a fun time and I cannot say enough about this amazing host!!! She was so accommodating and I was able to reach her at a moments notice!! 5 stars for sure!!!

Beautifully updated, well-equipped, great location, comfortable and clean, easy to spread out, fun... I took my six 8th graders here for their 8th Grade Class Trip! It was perfect! We had easy access to the beach, it only took about 20 minutes to get to St. Augustine, plus there was so much to keep them entertained at the house that they were kept happy and busy (there were even bicycles in the shed!). The heated pool was AMAZING! We were able to make breakfast and supper at the house and only had to eat out for lunches. This was the PERFECT place for our group! I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN!!!

Everyone had their own bedroom and there are enough bathrooms for all to share. Both the upstairs & pool area provided plenty of room for all to enjoy & interact. Walked the gorgeous beach every day! We loved staying at the house. Or favorite part was the outdoor space and pool. The house had and open floor plan with lots of space, a large dinner table and lots of extra chairs for seating. It is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the games availble too. The game room downtairs was a bonus. Jaimie was very responsive and offered suggestions for places to visit. Beach House with Great Amenities
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in St Augustine beach. The owner thought of everything in terms of amenities for adults and kids alike. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from towels to kids accessories to pool toys. The pool was the crown jewel of the place; it was huge and the lounge area around the pool was great. Our only issue was that the AC was struggling to keep up in the heat. But the owner was quick to address our issue after we mentioned the uncomfortable temperature we experienced during the day.
Overall, this was a really nice place that’s only a short distance from the beach.

Great beach vacation!
We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and looks like it was recently remodeled. Plenty of space for our group of 12. The pool and hot tub are perfect. We enjoyed the really great recreation space by the pool which includes lots of seating, a game room with pool/ping pong and a tv. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all (10-12 mins with lots of kids…probably less then 10 mins if you are walking with just adults :). Jaimie was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely visit again!
