This was the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in in the mountains! It’s huge and had everything one would need for cooking or a home away from home. Plus it’s nice they have someone always available to plow and shovel the driveway. The ONLY thing that bothered me in this house was the crappy toilet paper.
5.0 / 5.0
This was a great house for our family over spring break. My sister and I each have two children so the two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs were great. All of the bedrooms had nice size bathrooms and closet space. The upstairs master had a large closet that easily fit two pack n plays. I would rent this house again for a ski trip or in the summer. The only drawback was that the driveway is a little tricky if there's ice. There is street-level parking on those days, however. Great spot.

The house is wonderful for a group of 6 to 10 folks. The layout keeps people in divided areas which allows for more private and intimate moments, or you can gather in the main room

This house is well stocked and has everything you'll need. Every bedroom has a bathroom! The living areas are large and there is plenty of seating.

The home was perfect for family and friends who were in Vail for a wedding.
Plus had tons of bath towels but only one hand towel and wash cloth. Additional we’re promptly provided.
If I return I would book again.

Had a wonderful time with the family. Clean and beautiful! Amazing living room and fireplace, big kitchen, cozy bedrooms, lovely floors in the main area. My daughter even had a blast sledding in the backyard. Can’t wait to go back!
5.0 / 5.0
Nice home with a great floor plan. 4 bedrooms/3 en-suite. 4th has bathroom right next to it. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, so 5 total beds (very comfy & warm). The house is spacious, comfortable and clean (no issues like previous reviews). Family room was a perfect place for our 7 adults to hang out and relax! Kitchen was well equipped & stocked with spices and other basics. Two separate garage bays. Fit one car in the bay with washer & dryer. Good place to leave ski boots since rug on the floor. Other bay was too narrow for us. There are two parking spots in the driveway. They plow and shovel when 3+ inches of snow. Very nice! Definitely want to stay again!

We expected a single cabin however it’s a duplex hut we looked past it as it was spacious & it was 5 minutes from the village, however, the house looked dirty & dusty as if people haven’t been in months. Aside from that, a blanket in a closet for us to use was COVERED in dog hair & smelled like wet dog. Along with that, over our stay, 2 bathrooms & the pantry lost power & when I messaged the host explaining our issues the only response I got was “that’s highly unusual as our unit isn’t pet friendly, I could send a new blanket if you’d like” (regarding the dog hair) I’ve stayed at an airbnb in vail village managed by this company & it was cleaner but the check in was terrible, I believe it’s just the management company.

Beautiful View - Amazing Location
We had a group of 7 adults who had never been to Vail. We were going because we had friends that were getting married in Camp Hale. It was basically a shot in the dark choosing a place to stay so I chose based on a price point we were all willing to pay and the need for 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Well it turned out better than expected. We were so close to the village. We made multiple trips during the day to the village and back to the house. That’s how convenient the location was. We did have a rental car and it took us maybe 5 minutes to drive to the village. The house was lovely. Very spacious. Great accommodations. We are coming from the Texas heat so being able to sleep with the windows open and not sweat to death was a nice change for us. We traveled mid August and the weather was perfect. We never turned the heater on. Opened the windows in the evening. Didn’t need to run the fans that are provided in the closets because it was so cool out. The kitchen had everything you would need plus some. I really enjoyed receiving a text a few days prior to check in that said I could text back with any questions at all. I definitely used it. That was very convenient. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great for a crowd!
This was a great house for our big group. It was especially nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom and multiple spots to watch TV. I cooked breakfast and we had take out for dinner so it was a good size and equipped kitchen that made that workable. We spent a lot of time sitting around the big kitchen table eating and talking about our ski day. Thanks!

Spacious Vail rental
Upon first arrival, the battery to the keypad was dead and I had to call Turnkey (property manager) and they answered promptly and guided me to a backup physical key that I could use to enter the property. This was very helpful. The rental itself had a broken window with cracks, broken/cracked glass to the entertainment center, and a broken towel hook for one of the bathrooms which will need to be repaired. The place is in decent shape overall and has plenty of space and bathrooms for a large family or gathering. I would stay here again if needed.

Great place. Kitchen was in good shape. Beds and linens very comfortable. The only negative was the steep driveway and some ice buildup. Overall a nice stay and would highly recommend

Cozy Getaway
Nice cozy getaway. Great place to enjoy with the family. Beds were very comfortable and lots of room to spread out and relax. Kitchen was fully stocked with almost all your utensil/cooking needs. You can hear highway noise from the outdoor sitting areas but a lot of places in Vail face the highway. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation home
Highly recommend....This property met all our needs for a family vacation for 8. House was beautiful with three levels of decks, 4 bedrooms, multiple TV’s, a Bose speaker, reliable internet for online classes, a gorgeous fireplace stocked with wood, Weber grill with propane, and lots of space for us to enjoy home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. A few recommendations....floors on the main level need to be cleaned better....this was not evident until our 1-year old grand-daughter started crawling on them. The kitchen could use a crock-pot...luckily we brought ours. The parking area is steep and awkward to navigate including a roof overhang you have to watch out for. After the first two days we ended up just parking up the hill on the street. Finally, the door access code stopped working about two days before we left. Contacted the office by IM hoping for a reset, but they seemed to want to troubleshoot via IM which I could not do effectively being the only one in the house with an active baby. When I was not able to respond quickly to multiple questions about what the lock was doing they said they assumed everything was okay and closed the case. Still, a fabulous experience in a beautiful, well-equipped home.

The property is very nice with a beautiful setting. The only draw back is the road noise of I 70. Still, we had a very nice time together as our family reconnected.

Beautiful 3 level home
Great location in West Vail right on Gore Creek about 2 miles west of Lionshead/Vail Village. The communication from mgmt was outstanding through the reservation and rental process. We were automatically extended a late checkout until noon which was great. Perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Vail with room for everyone. The main level has a big living, kitchen, balcony and half bath with additional BRs on the second storey and in the basement. All 3 levels have beautiful decks overlooking Gore Creek and the surrounding area. We had deer in our backyard and even spotted some on the mountain across the street. Grocery stores and restaurants just across the highway made it very convenient to grab any essentials we needed. Overall, a very nice vacation rental experience. A few small areas of improvement I'd like to point out:
1. Some of the upholstered couches had some dog hair in them. Hard to see unless you sat on them and got them in your clothes, so I can see how it would be easy to miss. But maybe housekeeping could pay more attention to that.
2. Some of the outside trim was peeling above the garage and one of the balconies had wooden rails broken which needed to be fixed.
3. Most of the bathrooms had shampoo & conditioner but no body wash or bath soap. I would recommend stocking that in case guests check in late and don't have time to run to the store.
Nothing that really detracted from our experience though. The tablet with home info was very useful as was the full size washer/dryer in the garage. There were helpful notes and instructions posted all over the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great House!
This house and location were perfect for us! We to to Vail every summer for the Go Pro Mountain Games and always rent a home. This house met ALL of our needs and some! It was the perfect layout for several adults to have their own rooms AND bathrooms. Plus large common areas for dining and socializing. We will rent this place again and again! Thanks so much!

The house is in a good location about 2 miles from Lionshead (Vail). It is a half mile walk from the house to the bus stop so we chose to drive our own car to the ski areas each day - which worked fine. The house is well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. I would suggest the following to obtain a 5* rating.. 1. Include a function to call Turnkey in the tablet which was left in the house. As we did not have US SIM Cards in our cell phones it was not easy to use these and the house did not have a land line phone. 2. It would have been nice to receive a call or even a visit from Turnkey shortly after our arrival to check that everything was ok and explain how everything worked. 3. The thermostat in the basement bedrooms did not appear to be working and the rooms became very cold overnight. 4. The house is accessed via a fairly steep downward sloping driveway. In heavy snowfall this becomes impassable - even for a 4x4 - so we ended up leaving our cars by the roadside most nights. The snow plough guy did a good job in clearing the driveway when he arrived but we would have appreciated his services more frequently. (We were at the house during a week of particularly heavy snowfall.) 5. Minor point - but a bench in the garage to sit on while getting into/out of ski boots would be a nice addition.

This was a lovely home and more than spacious for our family of five! The kids played outside for hours while my husband and I prepared meals. The great room was a fantastic spot for a cozy evening movie. There was enough space in the house for another family on the bottom floor. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and the beds very comfortable. We also really liked getting out of the hustle and bustle of the village and into a quieter neighborhood. It felt like an escape. We have already recommended to friends and will definitely book again.

2 miles from Vail Village, this large, beautiful & comfortable home has all one needs. Good beds. Very clean & well maintained by TurnKey Mgmt. who were pretty responsive. Kitchen is well equipped. Manuals for tvs, appliances etc. are there except Nest thermostat which we needed. No car access to 2nd garage. We had such a great time and hope to be back sometime.
