I was very pleased with location we have stayed here before. However this time tower 1 of majestic was not as expected. The elevators stayed broke down. I had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs! The microwave was broke we had a loner, the dish washer was not cleaning dishes we had to hand wash. It was more work on vacation than we wanted. I do not know if I will stay at this location again.

Property itself is very clean. Condo itself is not clean, couch was different than pictures advertised and was very small and uncomfortable with barely anywhere to sit in the living room. Majority of the lights/lamps in the condo didn’t work— down to the oven light. Fridge was very small & ice maker didn’t work. Black mold in the bathrooms. Deck furniture looks like it was purchased at several different garage sales. Deck door leaks into living room and is very difficult to open and close. Needs major updating. Bunk beds were so sketchy that we were afraid to let anyone sleep in them (there was a screw laying in the floor when we arrived, along with a box of loose light bulbs). The parking & loading/unloading situation is absurd. If your condo is located within tower 1, prepare for a lengthy walk to get anywhere. Bar workers by the pool were kinda rude, they sold drinks and food but you are not allowed to eat by the pool; which makes zero sense. Extremely loud bar across the street, so not ideal if you have kids needing to go to bed early. Beach services set up their chairs and umbrellas so close to the water and only leave a very small space for those that bring their own to set up, almost forcing you to rent from the beach service at $75 a day, unless you’re okay with sitting behind.Only perks were the very fast elevators, how clean the property itself was and it is close to alot of things, other than that- wasn’t worth the money to stay here for all the other experiences.

Resort was fantastic. Room was lacking. Balcony door would barely open. Condo was not clean sand on floors and balcony. Beds were not comfortable. Lack of dishes and cookware. Bunk room bed was horrible would sway back and forth scared to put kids on it. Dining room light flickered the whole time. Dryer would not dry clothes. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. Microwave did t work. Ice maker and water didn’t work.. ceiling fan sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. Needs a lot of talc for almost 5k dollars. Drawers in fridge all seemed broken and off track.

The view was amazing. The place was not very clean. The washer has mold in it, and the dryer doesn’t dry well.The showers have mold in them, we had to clean them before we could use them. The king mattresses need to be replaced. The bunk beds need to be fixed and could not be used when we stayed there. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms is about to fall out of the ceiling.

Enjoyed our stay. However the description is misleading. The condo was not newly remodeled - cabinets peeling, pocket door broken, etc. Microwave above stove does not work which means the fan and light doesn’t work either. Yes there was a counter top microwave but this didn’t help with a vent and light above the stove. The dispenser of ice and water on the refrigerator does not work as reported in previous comments. The dryer didn’t work when we got there. It was reported and took 4 days before it was fixed which made it difficult to dry towels for daily use. Mattresses is all rooms need replacing as there are obviously indents making it uncomfortable to sleep. Hopefully these items will fixed as the layout of the condo is awesome.

It was a very nice place, comfortable with beautiful views. A few things in the condo could use some repairs. Master toilet would constantly run if you didn’t take the back off and fix the plug with each flush, fridge water and ice dispenser did not work, large microwave did not work, dishwasher was broken, bunch bed rocks and makes an awful sound, main balcony door lock was broken and door seems to be off track.

Overall the stay was great! The one issue was we had a rain storm come through about 3 or 4am, it was really windy and the windows all leaked. Other than that it was perfect!

This condo needs some TLC before anyone else stays here:
Issues with 1101 tower 1 majestic condo.
1) Microwave was out fixed on Monday
2) all GFI’s by the sink were broken had to be fixed fixed on monday
3) Bathroom where two queen beds are was broken and wouldn’t flush till Monday
4) Big blind by table fell and hit me in the head the first time I tried to shut it.
5) Dryer won’t dry takes 3 cycles to dry towels
6) Dishwasher top rack is broken and gets nothing clean. There is no spinner
7) 3rd bathroom wouldn’t drain fixed on Monday
8) No broom to clean floors
9) Lots of areas run down that needs fixed
10) Mattress on bottom bunk and couch nothing but springs
11) Big window by table leaks when it rains
12) Sliding door in bedroom with 1 bed doesn’t lock doesn’t even have the mechanism to lock
13) back of remote in double queen room is broken and won’t stay on.

We rented at the Majestic Beach Resort for 2 months. The team at ECDI was very responsive and helped make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. The Majestic grounds are well kept with friendly staff. The condo’s layout, view and amenities were great! Unfortunately, the unit’s sectional was completely worn out. Once the ECDI Team learned of its condition, they replaced it with a new, high quality sectional. The team was courteous and quick to act throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time at Majestic Beach and would rent from ECDI again

This is a great unit layout directly on the beach with an awesome view. The inside of the condo needs a full over haul. The furniture is old, the kitchen is not adequately stocked, and there is hardly any patio furniture to use to enjoy the view. Upon arrival, we noticed change on the bathroom floor, which told us the floors had not been cleaned. Upon leaving and stripping the beds, per check out rules, we found we were sleeping on stained mattresses. We did leave the change on the floor at check out, so hopefully the condo will be cleaned for the next group of renters.

Dirty upon arrival . Bunk room mattresses appeared to just be box springs , very uncomfortable for a teenagers to sleep on . Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work and all the controls on front of refrigerator didn’t work . Cabinet facings coming off . Living room couch dirty and apparently needed to be replaced . Room with two queen beds, the bath room shower door about to fall off hinges . Master bed room bath room light flickered none stop when on . Balcony furniture, not enough furniture to accommodate people that were staying in condo . There were not any bar stools for bar in kitchen. This condo is in definite need of a renovation . I would be ashamed to take anyone’s hard earned money to stay there and expect a good vacation . Will never stay in this unit again or recommend it to anyone !

We stayed in condo 1101. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and how the condo had been kept up. Floors very dirty around baseboards, countertops were dirty and sticky, sheets on the bed and comforters were dirty, the bathroom door in the master, was broken and screwed open, the washer and dryer did not work very well. We will not rent another one in this building.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Condo was in great condition and it was an awesome location. The ONLY gripe is that there is definitely not enough silverware in the condo. Other than that it was fantastic!

All mattresses need to be replaced. The refrigerator ice maker/water dispenser did not work. We did call the repair guy and he stated he had to order the part-which did not come in before we left.

This property has many complaints about big issues that need fixing in its Vrbo reviews. However, many of those issues seem to have been addressed. Though the beds and couch weren't the most comfortable, none of them were broken or dirty. The dishwasher was functional, though the property only provided two dishwashing pods for the entire week. The washer/dryer also worked, but the ice machine did not–quite annoying for a beach vacation. The rental was clean, but some of the sinks did not drain.

We really like the location of the condo. We were disappointed in quite a few items that need attention. The couch was absolutely terrible!! It sould have been replaced a long time ago. Also, if you are renting a condo that can accommodate up to twelve people, you should have seating for more than four people. A couple of side chairs in the living room area would be nice! We had to go purchase our own silverwear. There was only a couple butter knives and three or four forks. The beds in the third bedroom need the head boards attached to the frames. The handles in the third bathroom need to be replaced on the shower doors.There needs to be a ladder for the bunkbeds. The sink drain in the front master bathroom needs attention, drains very slowly. Also, all the sliding doors need gasket material in them. The wind was blowing one night and was howling through the doors all night. Overall the condo just needs some TLC!!

Great property in beautiful location. We were there on a rainy weekend and there was some water/mold in unit upon arrival. All staff I communicated with were nice and helpful--said maintenance would be sent for water in until but no one ever came.

The overall resort was great. The condo itself wasn’t cleaned well. The dishwasher door, water dispenser and ice maker were broken. A broken dusty vent was hanging down in the bathroom. It took 3 days for management to address the issues and really only the vent was fixed. It took 3 days for us to get a gym access card and even then it wasn’t activated.

THE CONDO HAD GORGOUES VIEWS BUT THAT WAS THE BEST THING IT HAD GOING FOR IT. IT NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL AND CLEANING. I MESSAGED THE MANAGER UPON ARRIVAL AFTER WE DISCOVERED THE SHAPE THE CONDO WAS IN AFTER THE "CLEANING CREW" WAS DONE. FLOORS WERE GROSS(BARELY SWEPT),SAND IN THE BEDS,BATHROOM SINKS DIDNT DRAIN,DISHWASHER DOOR WOULD FALL OFF WHEN YOU OPENED IT, MOLD IN THE WASHER AND SHOWERS,COUCH NEEDS TO BE THREW AWAY,DOORS AND WINDOWS COVERED IN FINGERPRINTS,ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK,ETC. WE HAD TO GO GET CLEANING SUPPLIES AND CLEAN THE PLACE BEFORE WE BROUGHT OUR THINGS IN- THAT IS NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON VACATION AND WHEN YOU PAID SUCH A PRICE TO STAY THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the list of issues in 1101. I asked if issues would be fixed before we got here and was assured they would be. Straight up lied.
1. Couch stuffing coming out of back cushions. Seat cushions are flat. Pictures must be 10 years old.
2. 1 roku remote for entire condo
3. Main bedroom TV doesn't even work no signal and input won't change.
4. Main bath drawer unglued from rollers
5. Main bath sinks don't drain.
6. Back bath tub doesn't drain nor sink
7. Kitchen dishwasher door falls off.
8. Cabinets don't shut
9. Refrigerator drawer flies open have to fight to close Refrigerator
10. Dryer keeps stopping when drying with wet clothes still in.
11. Light bulbs out in a variety of places.
12. Who doesn't have blender when i asked and was told did.
13. Literally 4 forks and 6 spoons thats it
14. Middle bath doesn't drain.
15. Screws holding toilet closet door screwed in place so what is the purpose of a toilet closet if you can't close it.
16. Patio furniture broken sitting in corner none of the seating is adequate.

Whoever cleans I wouldn't give them 20cents to clean something. Refrigerator gross nothing was up to par actually.
The only good thing about entire condo was the bed was comfortable.
Random dishes were filling the pantry nothing was in a proper place. It took an hour just to straighten what should have been done already. We're used to Turquoise so maybe that's the issue but we've been places here where at least everything worked and was clean. I asked and you said issues would be addressed but didnt in 3 mths between the time we rented and the time we arrived. I wish I had seen the reviews from July before we arrived. Lesson learned never rent from again. As someone else said it doesn't do you any good to call them. They do absolutely nothing. This is a revised review

But thanks to the great management they at least got us some pots and pans to use and a few plastic chairs for the balcony because there weren't any. I just believe if you're advertise it beds 13 you should have seating for 13. But I would hands down go to this condo again I loved it I would just be better prepared.

We had some issues with the cleanliness of our room but Emerald Coast Destinations was extremely helpful..ended up giving refund on cleaning charge. Overall, we were all extremely pleased with the room and had a blast on our vacay. We have stayed there twice and plan on staying again.

Overall a great room and great experience. There were alot of blown light bulbs(more than 5), soap scum in soap holder and on shower wall that i could scrape off, couch so worn out I would not sit on it(all other furniture was beautiful), and all the outside furniture broken so couldn't enjoy the big balcony. I would stay there again if they get new housekeeping that alerts appropriate people of issues needing to be taken care of. Thanks for letting me stay there!

We enjoyed our stay but the upkeep wasn’t good. The fridge was dirty inside and out, dishwasher had gunk on it, none of the sinks fully drained, patio furniture was falling apart, sofa was worn out, floors and cabinets were dirty and loose, headboard wasn’t attached to bed in one of the rooms, bunk bed was wobbly and unsafe. Other than that it is a spacious place, the views were amazing and location was great.

The dishwasher is broken off the hinges. Both secondary baths are clogged. The ice maker is broken as well as water. The kitchen faucet is broken. Shower door is duct taped. The couch literally is so worn that it touches the springs. I ask for someone to come and address the ice maker and shower. No one showed prior to us leaving. Would never stay in their unit again. Majestic is nice. This owner just has not maintained. I paid over 9000 for a week and expected more.

Never been to a vacation home with no blender to make drinks. Bunk room was size of closet. No ladder to get up and down. Bottom bed is like sleeping on springs. We couldn’t use that bed. Two Queen room, the bed was not connected to the headboard and the board fell on sleeper in middle of the night. Couch is very outdated. Flat cushions. Sunk in. Very uncomfortable. There is one smart remote for all TV’s. Makes no sense. The property itself (Majestic) was decent. Nice pool, bar, etc. workers were nice and always cleaning. You cannot get ahold of the management co. They don’t answer your calls and do not call you back. I gave up even trying to contact them. There is no way to speak to the owner. I tried to discuss this with them personally but the management co didn’t respond.

The sink faucet in kitchen was loose and very unfinished.
There is no blender. Never been to a vacation home with no blender to make drinks.
Bunk room was size of closet. No ladder to get up and down. Bottom bed is like sleeping on springs. We couldn’t use that bed.
Two Queen room, the bed was not connected to the headboard and the board fell on sleeper in middle of the night.
Couch is very outdated. Flat cushions. Sunk in. Very uncomfortable.
There is one smart remote for all TV’s. Makes no sense.
The property itself (Majestic) was decent. Nice pool, bar, etc. workers were nice and always cleaning.
You cannot get ahold of the management co. They don’t answer your calls and do not call you back. I gave up even trying to contact them.
There is no way to speak to the owner. I tried to discuss this with them personally but the management co didn’t respond.
For the price we paid, we expected much more and will not return.
Broken patio furniture, no table and chairs outside to sit at and enjoy as a family. Only has two usable lounge chairs, third is broken (not even sure why it’s still there) and a broken end table. Also sitting water on the balcony.

Nice Condo - needs some work
Nice large corner condo. Always enjoy staying at Majestic with easy parking and great amenities. Condo had a lot of room for improvements. Broken handles on shower doors / vanities / dressers. Ice maker didn't work. If you're staying in the room on the street side, you'll need some type of noise source to drown out all the idiots honking horns all night long. All complaints aside, it's a spacious condo with lots of good views of the beach, even from the side/back balcony. I would consider staying there again.
