Great location near Monument Health Hospital. All new furnishings. Very clean, comfortable, with large back yard. Close to restaurants, 1 mi. from downtown. Every thing was perfect for our Vacation In Rapid City and Black Hills for 2 adults and 3 kids 5-13 years, from beginnning until end. House was exatly as shown on the pictures spacy and well equipet, and very clean, good quiet location, with good acces to the city and to the Balck Hills. Dan (the host) was very helpfull and flexible in our planing of our stay, and Maureen (Cleaning Lady) who lived next door was super helpfull during our stay. Thanks to Dan and Maureen.

This house is centrally located for all Rapid City and surrounding attractions! Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds, very quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner is top notch. This house was extremely well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for our family of six. This is actually the first VRBO we’ve stayed at that didn’t have expired condiments and spices…greatly appreciated!! That speaks to attention to detail in my opinion. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and property for our in town softball tournament. Older house but perfect for everything we needed! Beds were so comfortable. Fans in all the rooms. Plenty of pillows. Condiments in the fridge! Perfect!

Affordable, great family space with opportunity to spread out to relax and play games. A reasonable drive to Wind Cave National Park and Badlands National Park which were both great adventures. Wonderful trip!

We spent a long weekend exploring the majesty of the many national parks. This house in Rapid City was the perfect location to use as home base: quiet and residential while being close to main highways. The house was as described with plenty of space for a large group to spread out - the 3 of us used 1/2 the house. This property is great! It has plenty of room for a family of 5. The host was very responsive when we had questions. It is a great base camp while exploring the Black Hills. We would stay there again. We appreciated all the supplies there. It even had laundry detergent, dryer sheets and kpods. It is pretty close to a Walmart and dollar store for grocery runs also. Conveniently located for our trip to the Badlands/Mt. Rushmore. Clean, comfortable and very accommodating for our group. Having an upstairs and downstairs living area worked so well. Spacious bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Nice large laundry area. Excellent family spot!

Very spacious and accommodating space well positioned for trips into the Hills. The location is slightly better for trips to the southern Hills, but also works well for trips north.

Using Rapid City as our base we were able to visit so many of the local National Parks, Monuments, etc. The layout of the house worked great for each group to have a level of the house to themselves with a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. We have a question which Dan quickly answered. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook 2 dinners. Would stay again.

This house was absolutely amazing. There was so much room, clean and extra amenities that were supplied. The owner was quick to answer questions and neighbor was very friendly. The property was close to the areas we had planned to visit and we discovered others by just driving around looking at the beautiful scenery. My family and I really enjoyed this property and beautiful South Dakota.

Great home base for the Black Hills!

Our family stayed at this property for 9 nights while exploring the Black Hills area. It was a great home base for exploring different areas! While we didn’t spend much time in the property, it suited every need we had. A safe place to come home to each night, clean, comfy beds, big enough for our family to relax after long days of hiking and exploring! Dan was excellent to work with from booking through checkin in during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
