Getting Around:
Our public transit is MARTA and there is a stop a few blocks away. Most things are walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

We had an amazing time, words can’t describe. The customer service was on point and never missed a beat. From start to finish we had everything we needed and the VRBO was just as pictures described. It met all of our needs. Thank you again!!!

Nice place

Very nice place, only complaint is that the appartment was hot, the air conditioner couldn't keep up in the Atlanta heat.

We spent spring break here with my two teenagers. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four….even sharing one bathroom. The location is great if you are touring the city. The noise didn’t bother us at all. It’s just outside traffic. On site parking seemed a bit sketchy at first, but there were no issues. The front desk security was very friendly and super helpful. We would stay here again.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Just needed a few minor adjustments but it was good.

Was perfect for the time needed to move my child into the GSU dorms.
Was clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Free parking.

This was a good property. the apartment was close to the attractions that we came for. We were with in walking distance to the aquarium and skyview, and the drive to the zoo and the Fairbank was not difficult. For my family this location was excellent, if you party, I would not know what to tell you but if you are doing family things, I would recommend it.

happy overall
location and building overall great. unit itself, looks like in the pictures, nice and cozy but felt like it could have used a deeper cleansing, example, the floor. communication was kind of slow but did get the answers that I needed. but definitely would recommend it and wouldn't mind staying again.

Convenient
Everything was nice and the location was great. Rooms were larger than expected. Having 6 people we were able to all relax easily in the living room. Hot water and good internet was what we needed after long days out in the sun.

Property exactly as pictured
The property was exactly as pictured. Communication from property manager about check in/check out process, parking, WiFi access, etc was all fantastic. The only down side was the building smelled like weed the whole time and the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The air was also only controlled for the whole building and we couldn't change it, so we were sweating at times. There was also a lack of counter space in the bathroom which was a little frustrating when trying to get ready. Otherwise it was a great rental and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a good stay!
Everything is as pictured. We were able to walk back from the aquarium with no problem. Don't suggest using the bikes or scooters if you are not familiar with Atlanta traffic. Over all our stay was great and easy to find. Felt safe with the check in to building. Was able to keep an eye on our vehicle from the apartment. Would recommend providing more towels. Thanks for everything.

Great downtown Atlanta spot
We had a great time it looked exactly how the photos look I did have a little hard time checking in on my end but the host took her time to make sure that me and my family made it in safely the only thing that I had a problem with with there was no extra leaning and one of my kids had to sleep without a cover but other than that great.

Contact with the property manager was great, very attentive quick with response.
Parking was a ease, look for the building called Landmark on right, if you miss it it's a one way street you have to go all the way around. Bring some blankets in the winter, I was cold then. I found a cute little heater, worked great. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. I recommend staying there close proximity to alot.

It was ok
Overall it was ok but very noisy. Hardly got any sleep. The lock on the door was loose so did not feel safe. The bathroom was old and needs some repairs. A simple change in shower curtain rod would be one easy fix.

City Life
Two suggestions if you stay at this location, earplugs and an eye mask. The outside noise is extremely loud. Cars racing and roaring engines was our biggest annoyance while trying to sleep. The windows in the main bedroom do not have curtains to cover the windows so the sun and street lights shine right in. That was annoying. The bathroom has pealing paint, rusted shower curtain rod and sink. The cleaning lady missed several areas to dust and the rug in the living area had crumbs. Tub drips. Shower pressure was fantastic. It’s a quaintly college dorm room decorated place. The living area furniture was comfortable for visiting and relaxing. We removed the lamps off the bedside tables because the tables wobbled and we both had cpap machines and were afraid the lamps would fall. It has an old apartment smell. The master bed is comfortable for one, but sinks in the middle so two people it’s difficult. Recommend a platform bed frame. AC worked great. Not our favorite location but if you’re used to the city lights and noise, it might work for you. Security into the building was a comfort and they were great. Parking was easy, right out front and security can see the parking area.
