Large 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, flat screen TVs.
Luxury linens and comforters. I took special care when choosing linens for my home, only the best and softest to drift off to sleep. New mattresses!
FREE WIFI, automatic access no password.
4 bathrooms, fully stocked.
Hotels quality bath towels, make up towels, luxury toiletries and insta hot so you never run out of hot water!
Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all wood cabinetry. Fully stocked kitchen with all beverageware including wine glasses. Blender, toaster, everything!
Laundry room with full size washer, dryer and clothes steamer!
Large private outdoor patio w/gas grill & sink. Overlooking the small lake! The ducks & swans are super fun to feed!
Patio furniture and table!
Sit, relax, chat with friends and family while watching the children run in the large grassy backyard.
Or set up a game of cornhole for a bit of friendly competition!
A charming balcony is found on the second floor off the master, set up w/patio loungers!
Magic Village Yards is a Gated Community with a beautiful clubhouse, it offers amazing amenities such as, 24 Hours concierge, restaurant, fitness center, play room, outdoor heated pool, hot tub and more.
Shopping, grocery stores and restaurants all within minutes!

** I offer many wonderful services to create the perfect stay. Grocery pick up prior to arrival, birthday/event decorating etc... please ask**
*Clubhouse pool is managed by a 3rd party and is available for use at a flat rate of $100 per day (not per guest, just total per day no matter how many guests). This is optional and paid to the clubhouse directly. I have no control over this, the pool clubhouse is separate from Magic Village. There are many water parks close to the resort, as well.
**the entrance to the pool is private and honestly, I have my kids hop the fence or reach over and unlock the gate as we forget the remote card, like every time. Everyone in the community does this**
