I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!

We visit Fripp annually and this is perfectly located near the pickle ball courts opposite the sand bar, quaint shops. We got to enjoy the beach, had good weather, enjoyed the 4th July golf cart parade and visiting the talented art vendors. We had a lovely time!

We had a great time when we stayed at the listed villa. Plenty of towels, and essentials were provided! Location was right in the middle of everything, and it was a quick walk or ride to the beach! We will definitely stay again ☺️

This was decent for the price and that’s the reason I would recommend it but it comes with a price: (not what we usually choose as far as type of condo). I had to wash the sheets and comforter when we arrived due to lots of hair on them. This was first floor and the people above us got up by 6am and stomped from front to back of their condo, we could even hear them using the bathroom. Way too noisy. We had a nice view of the marsh and deer that came through then another family started fishing directly outside of our unit, yelling up to an upper floor a lot almost the entire day so again, annoying. We were directly behind the tennis courts and I guess people like to play very early…I just wanted to sleep in and relax. Also, not enough parking in front of condo so we had to park on the Main Street a lot and you could not have a golf cart in front of the condo either. Now, there seemed to be plenty of utensils and dishes if needed. I didn’t plan to cook so really didn’t look. Two kinds of coffee makers and a washer and dryer which was great! The furniture was worn but okay. I would not recommend sleeping on the futon unless it’s a lightweight smaller child. Our daughter was going to stay until she tried it and she went back to her house in Beaufort. You do have to walk quite a way or drive a golf cart that you rent to get to any beach access. So, will I stay on Fripp again, maybe. Will I stay in this particular unit again, probably not unless I’m desperate or off season.

Property manager was very easy to work with. The condo is nice for the money and the island is very pretty.
