As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by neutral tones of grey and white that will put you at ease in no time. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to stay home for meals and reminisce with loved ones over your favorite cuisine. Located on the southwest side of the lake, this home boasts unbeatable sunset views, a warming fireplace to cozy up beside with a cup of cocoa, board games, and all the modern conveniences such as free WiFi and a smart TV to stream favorite movies or share favorite memories on social media.

(b) A statement that tenants and guests must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in Chapter 113 of the Code of the Town of South Bristol;
(c) All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law § 240.20 or any successor statute
regarding disorderly conduct;
(d) A statement that littering is illegal;
(e) A statement that all fires must be attended;
(f) A statement that there shall be no use of, or trespass upon, lands of neighboring houses or properties for any purpose at any time;
(g) That the use of fireworks and firecrackers of any kind are prohibited on the rental unit property; and
(h) That no recreational vehicles, travel trailers, tents, or other temporary shelters shall be used in conjunction with a short-term rental unit to house guests, tenants, or other individuals on the premises.

Enjoyed our week stay. 2 level townhome literally right on Canandaigua Lake. Very quiet when we were there in early November. Stunning views. Covered parking was a plus. Too many wineries to count within an hour drive.

The property is in a great location. It needs a little updating, we had a problem with the TV remote downstairs that was never replaced and a bad leak by the kitchen during a thunderstorm. Overall a good place for a family vacation but needs a little attention.

We enjoyed the place very much. Convenient and cozy home. The view is so spectacular that we even didn't want to leave the house. Will come back next time!

Loved the views and staff's attentiveness. Home was immaculate and well-appointed. So quiet and relaxing with all the bells and whistles of Fast internet, appliances worked well and great bedding for a good night's rest. Great seating on both balconies.

The place looks just like the photos and had a beautiful view. Very clean and cozy. The reason for "but" is because there were little details that added up. Finishes and supplies were lower end and lacking. If you are planning on cooking, bring your own supplies. No measuring spoons or cups, no tupperware, foil or plastic wrap, etc. The paper towels, toilet paper and bath towels were cheap and scratchy, kitchen cupboard doors, barstools were wobbly. Only plastic wine glasses. Blinds in bedroom were broken and that is why you want this place is for the view. All in all it is a great place with beautiful views despite minor dissappointments.

We went to NY to see the fall colors. The weather didn't cooperate, but the condo was perfect for enjoying the lake view, and we were comfortable with both the size and layout of the place. Property management was responsive to questions and comments. We were very happy with our stay.

The condo was excellent. Loved the electric fireplace and the 2 balconies. The view of course was the best!

The property had a beautiful view, with comfy furniture, and it was also very clean. However, there were several items in disrepair. The blinds were in bad shape, the kitchen had a couple of droopy cabinet doors, and porch screens had holes in them. Also, when we were there, there was no way to get down to the waterfront as the elevator was broken, and the steps were blocked off. It would be nice to have some written info for guests about how to get down to the water.

Our 5 night stay in early Feb., 2023 couldn’t have been better. Everything was clean & ready for us when we arrived. The condo was well appointed & everything worked. There were only 2 of us so we had plenty of room. The view of the lake was great. Not many of the other units were occupied so it was very private and quiet. The only complaint we had was that we wanted more snow for better skiing! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The owner graciously sent us a medical monitor we inadvertently left behind. Everyone we encountered in the area was very friendly as we remembered from living in Fairport for a couple of years 30 years ago. Loved the rolling hills, the water, the waterfalls, & the quaint towns.

The place has a new and clean feel - very welcoming. The view of the lake from the condo is gorgeous, even in Feb. The kitchen was furnished well and there was an ample supply of bath towels & linens. We liked the unique but wonderful shower downstairs!
