The gathering place was a excellent choice for our large family. It was well stocked with supplies, toys & games. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Location was great for everyone.

Good location and well suited for our group of 12. All had their separate private areas for bed/baths. House was clean and property managers were responsive to our needs. Very children friendly.

Our group of 12 had a wonderful experience at the property! There was adequate spaces for all of us together or to spread out and have our own space. It was close by many things to do that fit everyone’s interests. Jess was fabulous to work with and was extremely responsive to our questions and making everything go smoothly from check in to check out!

Fantastic home that has everything you need in a prime location within Eagle Ridge. Owner communicated every detail ahead of time and even reached out during some bad weather to make sure we were okay. Can't recommend this place enough!

Potentially interested to stay there again. Either 4/28 thru 5/2 or 5/5 thru 5/9. Are either of these dates available/cost? Would it be possible for you to consider adding regular tv to your cable service? The bedroom/bathroom on the main floor needs a new flapper as it is not holding water in the tank. The gentleman staying in that room would turn off the water supply valve at not. Overall - wonderful home. Thanks

Let me start by saying, Jess, the owner, is remarkable! She is friendly, gave clear instructions and tips. The place is really cozy, yet very spacious. The bedrooms are big with 6 bathrooms. My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the Gathering Place

We often visit the Eagle Ridge Territory to celebrate Thanksgiving. As our family has grown we've had to find bigger houses, and this has been one of our favorites yet! Plenty of bedroom space to give everyone their privacy, and a great common area and huge table to fit everyone for meals, movies, and family games. A wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about this home. I actually stayed at this location. I had the pleasure of booking 3 properties in which 2 were owned by Jess. Me and my family actually did use this location for the gathering place. We played games and sang karaoke. We ate, laughed, and partied together. We had an amazing time. Everyone enjoyed themselves. So to Jess thank you for having all that we needed. Definitely, a home away from home.

We stayed here with 3 other couples and it was wonderful! The guys golfed both days and the ladies enjoyed Stonedrift Spa and the relaxing vibes of the house. We loved the hot tub! A few features of the home that made it so great for our group…. All king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms!!! No fighting over who gets the better rooms, because they are all great! We are planning on returning to the house after the holidays for another getaway! One other thing to note, Jess, the host was wonderful!!! Best communication by far! Thanks Jess!! Hope to stay with you again soon! :-)

We had a great stay with our family. This house accommodated our family’s needs perfectly - spacious with plenty of room and entertainment for all, from the games, to the pool table, to the hot tub and access to the owner’s club. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was stocked with lots of towels, sheets, and even beach towels to take to the pool. We used the grill and the fire pit as well as the pool table and video games. I appreciate that there was propane for the grill and lots of logs for the fire pit. Jess was very responsive to questions we had during the stay. We had a great time!

Great place for a family gathering. We went with three generations of family and the layout was perfect, Every family was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom and still had enough places to hangout together. Big dining table to eat together and play games, great screened in porch to read and hang out. Some liked hot tub, some liked going to pool. Easy distance to Galena, goat trek and winery. The twelve of us made a lot of great memories together.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Gathering Place. We had plenty of room for multigenerational group. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want as far a cooking and serving items. We loved the roomy great room, adjoining screened porch and deck and the walkout basement entertaining area with hot tub, patio seating and fire pit area. The kids loved all the indoor and outdoor games, especially the pool table, there’s even toys for the toddlers. We enjoyed going to the pool at the owners club, there’s so much to do in the whole area. Thanks so much Jess! You made our stay very enjoyable.

Jess's Place is a wonderful place to have lots of space and the location is wonderful. We came with four families all with children and the space was wonderful. Large and comfortable. The bedrooms are huge and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out. WE spent all three nights in the hot tub and it was great. The kitchen was SUPER well stocked with appliances. Seriously, we didn't need to bring anything with us at all. The neighborhood was very quiet. We walked to a playground with the kids one day and drove up to the clubhouse another day. The clubhouse pool is great for kids! There is a whole kids section that our 2-4 year olds played in for hours. When we left many of our friends said "lets do this every year. This exact place." So it doesn't get better than that :)

We stayed with three families (13 people) - kids ranging from 10 to 15. Great spaces for playing board games, watching TV. Enough seating for everyone at meals. The kids especially enjoyed breakfast on the deck! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for all! Very nice that 4 of the bedrooms had bathrooms within them, with the other 2 having bathrooms right next door! Communication was great - very quick turn and very helpful! They even purchased an air fryer so that we didn't have to pack and bring one with us! Community areas were fantastic! Great walking paths and we enjoyed the pool and basketball court every day!

The weather was perfect. The younger people enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The pool table was a hot item for several adult males. Walks around the territory, swimming and games at the owners club rounded out the experience. The fire pit and night sky viewing was appreciated by all, youngest to oldest. Sitting out in the three season room for reading and quiet conversation was appreciated by the early risers. However, eight adults really appreciate their morning coffee with the quiet. 3 coffee pots and not a single one really worked! Ugh. They all need a good vinegar washing at least. Each pot took up to 3-4 hours to run the water through. We came up with several work arounds, but it challenged the sense of relaxation which was otherwise available. The pots need cleaning!

We had the best time at The Gathering Place! The home was perfectly described, super clean, and fully stocked. We loved the layout giving each of our teen children their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the pool table, hot tub, and three seasons room. There was even a night that allowed for a fire which was awesome in the private backyard. Jess was an excellent communicator with attention to every detail. She even reached out when severe weather was approaching to let us know the safest place in the house to stay in the event of a tornado. And lastly, I realized halfway home I had left my prescription eye glasses at the house and she had them in the mail a day later. This was a true 5-star experience and would recommend this to home to anyone and we hope to be back in the future. Thanks Jess!

We celebrated Christmas with our family - 10 adults and 2 children, for the weekend and this house was perfect. We used the sleds provided on the backyard hill and the hot tub was used numerous times. The house had a great layout and Jess was a fabulous communicator. We will definitely rent again.

This home is perfect for a large group, 5 of the 6 bedrooms all have king size beds and all of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. Also very well stocked with everything u can need, the location is quite far from large grocery stores but if u plan ahead its not an issue!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids staying in the house for the weekend and it’s perfectly set up for everyone to have their own space. The house is in a great location and offers fun amenities like a hot tub and pool table. We also were able to use the owners’ clubhouse to swim and play basketball. Love that the house provides towels, wine glasses, crockpots, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in every bathroom and a great coffee bar. There was even a sampling of local popcorn to greet us. The owner, Jess, is the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Was the perfect place for a family get away. The house was great, stocked with everything you need. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We went for Christmas and the house was decorated and had 2 trees!! The added bonus is we didn’t have to board our dogs it’s pet friendly!! Definitely would stay here again!!
