Located off a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, this three-bed/two-bath Cape Cod charmer sits on a beautiful 0.6-acre lot. Enjoy abundant indoor social space with a living area, den, and office. Outside, a large wraparound deck with a grill sets the scene for festive cookouts. New additions include a backyard patio and firepit, an in-ground pool with seasonal heating, and game room featuring ping-pong and a selection of classic board games. High ceilings, wood floors, and large windows create a warm and sunny vibe throughout, while high-power air-conditioning units add an extra layer of comfort. Offering a choice location, your home is a quick drive to popular beaches, ferry access, and Mashpee Commons.

Spend time together in the main living area, outfitted with a cozy gas fireplace and smart TV. The sprawling den offers even more entertaining space with a TV, DVD player, stereo, library, and a collection of board games and puzzles. Up the ante with some friendly competition over a few rounds of ping-pong in the basement game room. A convenient office provides a handy spot to check emails. Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a toaster oven and coffee maker. When you’re ready to eat, dine together at the table set for six.

Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, which features a queen bed, a sitting area, and a small Apple TV with a DVD player. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen. Providing additional sleeping space, the main living room and the office each have a queen sleeper sofa.The guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

Overlooking the large lawn and mature trees, the enormous wraparound deck offers a gas grill and alfresco dining. Soak up the Summer sun in the in-ground swimming pool and keep the fun going into the evening with seasonal pool heating available. Afterward, head down to the new, paved patio in the backyard and roasts s'mores over the firepit. An outdoor shower adds convenience.

I rent a home every year for two of my sons and two granddaughters ages 6 & 7. They don’t know how to swim so I got them lifevests. The first day they went in the pool they loved it and by the end jumping around the deep end. House was so spacious one girl thought it was a mansion. We had the quiet suite downstairs which was amazing. And we all played ping pong in the basement. It brought back memories as a kid. So much room for the kids to play but not much time with them spending 8 hours a day in the pool. The kitchen had to much stuff in the cabinets we couldn’t put our stuff in it but it was fine. Nice deck out back but had no umbrella. We brought a pop up gazebo which worked well especially since the sliding door made the deck extremely hot. Awesome time was had by all!

We took my parents and kids away for an anniversary weekend, intending to spend most of our time at the beach, but the house was so comfortable and the pool was perfect, we mostly hung at the house and LOVED IT. The house has two bedrooms upstairs and the office space, and the main bedroom is on the ground floor-perfect for my older parents who didn’t want to walk up and down stairs . The stairs are tucked away enough that we didn’t worry about our 1 year old crawling up them. Loved the house and quiet neighborhood, would definitely return.

This was our family’s annual vacation to Cape Cod. We typically stayed with our Boston family in Falmouth but elected to try something different and we were not disappointed. Great access to our traditional treks to Chatham, golf courses and the beach a short drive away was great. One can’t forget the heated pool as my Granddaughter as well as the rest of us enjoyed it every evening. The games and books available on site also provided us an additional enjoyment. Our family members in Boston that visited were very impressed with the property and location. Will look forward to next year.

This is a nice property for relaxing. We spent a lot of time outside around the firepit and cooking on the grill. Everything was clean and there were lots of towels.

My husband and I, two sons, one daughter in law, and almost 4 year old granddaughter traveled from opposite ends of the country to be together. We enjoyed glorious weather, pool time, and playing games to create some wonderful memories. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated as promised and the fire pit was not functional, but otherwise, we loved the home. I did reach out to the manager and did not receive a satisfactory response. My granddaughter asked if we could stay forever! It will certainly be a forever memory.

We were so pleased when we arrived. My mother (75) particularly enjoyed the downstairs suite because it was private but wasn't totally removed from the activity. Towels and sheets were provided and it was requested that we start a load of laundry at check out which was easy enough to do. It was a nice surprise to also see items like dish soap, trash liners, and sponges. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware and some pantry items like salt and oil. We were happy to have labeled light switches, AC, and ceiling fans. The fire pit and heated pool were exceptional. It's the best house we've stayed in yet.

I would offer a review for Vacasa not VRBO which is misleading

Our family stayed for 3 nights recently and while the house was nice, dealing with Vacasa was difficult. The house is large with lots of room to spread out and relax, plus there is a finished basement for games and reading. Although we stayed in March and were not able to enjoy it, the house had a nice backyard with fire pit and pool. The problems we had were with the management company, Vacasa. From the time we made the reservation, it was difficult to communicate with them since they do not use the VRBO app for emailing and were always 5 days late with responses. Plus while we were in rental, we could not contact local team due to outdated information in binder in house. We had a problem with toilet in bedroom on main level and questions about operation of fireplace. The toilet was never fixed while we were there and no one ever contacted us back about our fireplace questions. We plan to never stay in another house managed by Vacasa after our experiences during this stay.

The house was great and we really enjoyed our time there. However it’s been really difficult to obtain an item we left behind. We called the company 2 hours after check out when we realized we left it behind. We were told that day of check out the cleaning company would get it and they would arrange to ship it to us. Gave our credit card for the cost. It’s been 2 weeks and we’ve made multiple phone calls and still no word on what is happening or if the item was even found. So disappointing especially when it’s for our daughter who asks every day how much longer. The communication could be better.

The fenced in yard for the dog and be dog friendly was amazing! This amazing property has plenty of space, wonderful decor and the deck and patio and is fantastic!! Thank you so much for letting us have this opportunity to get away and have a nice vacation!! We will be back.

I stayed here with three golf buddies in late September. The house was well appointed. We enjoyed a late September swim and many hours around the outdoor fire pit. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill and had all that we needed. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The neighborhood is quiet and there's much privacy in the backyard. I'll likely come again. D

We're the kind of folks who love to enjoy the comforts of home while we visit new places. This property fulfilled all our expectations and went past that in some areas. The layout of the backyard and pool area were so beautiful and comfortable that there was a temptation to just kick back and enjoy the space . We cancelled a trip to the Islands because of that! The location is definitely away from it all, deeply nestled in a suburban neigborhood where you can neither see nor hardly hear the neighbors yet you are a five minute car ride from a major shopping mall that has everything from Shop Rite supermarket to LL Bean clothing. The place easily accomodates 6 people without having to use a sofa bed. If you forgot anything like a charging block for your phone or tablet, Amazon Prime can get it to you in a day or so; so you're still connected to everything you might need being dropped off at your door. East Falmouth is about a 10 minute car ride from Woodshole where you can get ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket islands. It also has the Landfall restaurant that is the best restaurant in the area, with New England clam chowder and Lobster rolls to die for! Get ready for a great stay if you book this place!

The property is a large and well equipped family property with everything we needed and more. The pool and garden area are beautiful with shaded areas for hot days. We all enjoyed table tennis tournaments in the basement. The pretty town of Falmouth is a 20 minute drive and the closest beach is about 10 minutes away. We would certainly recommend for a family holiday.

My family are frequent visitors to the Cape and the Islands. This year we decided to come to visit Falmouth after a multi year absence. The house was immaculate and the location was convenient to all of the Cape and the Vineyard. We will be back to stay at this location and will recommend it to friends and family.

We enjoyed the home and the location very much. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. It has been lived in with love. It did not contain the blender listed in the kitchen equipment which was unfortunate, as many of the recipes we had planned to cook required one . The house itself transmitted sound easily so it was easy to hear others walking and talking no matter how quietly. The management did not repair the damaged toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom, although they initially said they would do so.

Great clean big house! Has everything you need in terms of extra blankets towels pillows air beds as well as kitchen items and cleaning supplies. 15 min to downtown and ferries! Awesome breakfast spot couple min away at Moonakis Cafe. Tv and internet was strong and great quality. AC units kept the house nice and cool. Would for sure stay again!
