Such a fun property one block from downtown Frisco. It was perfect for our summer stay as we walked to coffee in the morning and dinner every night.

The unit is true to the pictures and description. We enjoyed our stay; it was quiet, clean, and the location ideal. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location!

Location in Downtown Frisco was perfect. Accommodations were great, nice and clean and check in and out was very easy. Great option if you're staying in Frisco. And you must try the breakfast burritos at the Deli Belly on Main St. Just a two block walk.

A friend of mine and I came up for a weekend golf getaway, and booked this property for our home base. It was perfect! Very close to downtown Frisco, so we could walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Keystone and Breckenridge for golfing, and very reasonably priced. We had a couple of issues, and I contacted the property managers about them. They responded immediately to resolve the issues, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was the perfect size for us. No complaints!

A great location and very comfortable space. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Great place. Great location.

Love the location of this condo. Great for access to world-class skiing. We were permitted to check in early as requested so as not to miss the Super-Bowl kick off. We missed it anyway because we couldn’t figure out the TV system; hence the request for instructions. We called; we talked to the bots, and finally a professional showed up to assist us the next day. The place was cold when we arrived and quickly learned that the heat takes several hours to come to temperature. A note on what to expect there would have been helpful. Lastly and probably the most embarrassing, is that we could not find the hidden switches to turn on the electric fire place. The bots adequately informed us on the operation of a gas fireplace, not what we needed at the time.

Everything was organized and clean, also very roomy

Nice condo. Had all amenities needed. Clean and comfortable

The property was good and location excellent. When we arrived we discovered that the Master shower was out of order, we could not get the main tv to connect, the toilet in 2nd bedroom ran loudly approx. every 5 min., disturbing sleep and the ceiling fan could not be used without the light, and one kitchen chair almost broken.. We called the 800 number for vacasa and spoke with an agent who told us they would send someone local the next day to addtess the tv issue and they were sorry about the shower. No one ever came to fix tv connection and the rest of the items we were just to made the best of an annoying situation. We were reimbursed some of our money to compensate us for the problems which we appreciated. We don't believe there actually was anyone local to help us and we just had to keep calling, emailing and texting to get satisfaction. We understand now that Vacasa is just the listing agent for the properties and they don't actually have anyone to help is you have problems with your property. In the past we have been able to work with the actual property owner or a local agent which was a much better system.

Awesome location - could walk to everything in downtown Frisco. Perfect for 5-6 people.
When we arrived the beds were not made and the sheets were just tossed in a pile. There were no top sheets provided so we had to make due with what was there. When I reached out about this it took 2 days for me to get a call or response back from the management team and at that point I didn’t see the point of having them come over.

Great location and the condo is decent. When we arrived the condo clearly hadn't been cleaned well. The floors had garbage on them and had not been vacuumed.Kitchen garbage had no bags and the property manager kept asking us to look for them. If you plan on doing laundry make sure you bring some soap, they dont provide that. The pantry has old food in it including a tube of crescent rolls that had managed to get into the blender. A little more attention to detail is needed.

Was the perfect location for our ski getaway. The condo was near Frisco Main Street and Copper ski resort. Had all the room we needed for our family.

Short walk to downtown and convenient to drive to other mountain towns. The 2 bedrooms were just right for us and 2 kids, and the parents in the other room.

This was our 2nd stay here. Great location. Love having 3 full baths. Lots of linens. Not lots of baking cookware, but good on pots & pans. Plenty of storage. Would stay again!

This Frisco condo couldn’t be in a better location- quick walk to restaurants, bars, bike rentals; easy walk to the hike trail and Rainbow Lake hike; fun to be close to Cory park for the Thursday night concert- it was ideal! Place itself so clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable. So happy!

We were very pleased with this rental. Both bedrooms are good sized, plus a nice entry area for gear/shoes/etc. Nothing flashy, but comfortably furnished. Just a block off Main St. Space outside the front door that could be used to park/secure bikes.

Very nice condo with super location to downtown! Nice and clean and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Really cute decor in hall bath! Would stay again

We loved our stay right in the heart of downtown Frisco! I think it’s perfect for 6, but it would be tight for more. Lots of towels and blankets. Great location close to trails and all things on Main. Quiet. Parking easy. Would stay again!

The property was very nice and had a great living room for hanging out in. It was also in a wonderful location. Great access to hiking (we did Mount Royal trail), the marina, and all of downtown Frisco. All of it in walking distance.
4.6
Very nice. Sleeps 8 but it would be a bit crowded if 8 people stayed there. 2 nice bedrooms. Has almost every item you need but nothing extravagant which was fine with me and my group
4.6
This place was a lot bigger than I expected and fit 4 people very comfortably. It's a 10 minute drive to a lot of mountains so really convenient. Overall it felt really clean other than the hall shower could use a really deep clean in the grout and corners; not too bad just a little more. It has enough stuff to cook a basic meal and eat for several people, but you're definitely not getting gourmet and prep everything from scratch level with what is available. The beds are all foam and cozy except for the Murphy bed which was still really comfy. The only thing that might be nice is an additional chair in the living area or something that could be moved from the master. I would definitely stay here again.

A little short on the cleaning details
Once we located the correct place, check in was easy. Had to contact property manager to replace a broken coffee pot ( from previous renters) and response was excellent. Cleaning initially noted as good until we discovered some blood remaining on the wall in the master bathroom near the light switch. A nasty oversight indeed.

Pros: Main Street is very close. It was quite nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The kitchen is nicely appointed. Frisco is a great location for travelling around Summit County and over to Vail / Beaver Creek Would be great for a couple with a bunch of kids.
Cons: Overall it was small for us. Our group was 4 guys. 2nd bedroom has an awkward layout and not much open floor space - we were in each other's way all the time and there were not enough places to put / hang things. It's lacking in communal / living space too. There is just 1 big couch and no other soft chairs so when we were watching TV someone always had to sit on a dining room chair. 2 couples could certainly snuggle up on the large couch but 4 dudes? Not so much :)

Great location for stay in frisco!
The property is within walking distance to downtown frisco. Distance to other resorts like vail and keystone is about 20 to 30 mins. Great location for a short weekend stay in Denver

After finally getting in the condo, the stay was great! The doorknob needs to be replaced immediately. We waited in the car for 30 minutes for someone to come let us in; while we were waiting, my husband kept trying and trying to get into the door and finally he succeeded but no one ever showed up. The master bath needs a replacement bath faucet and drain stopper, and toilet runs. Other than that, everything was great! I would stay here again after the front door handle gets replaced. Thank goodness for two other doors to get in.

We had a great visit. My family liked the easy access to the mountains and my in-laws liked being able to walk into town. Ground floor is convenient for loading/unloading and there are two parking spaces, which is great. Upon check-in we had some issues identifying which corner the property was on but the management was responsive and once we found the place had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

This is such an intelligently designed and well-appointed place. You could fit 3-4 couples in it comfortably. And so easy to walk to everything in downtown Frisco. We'll definitely be back!
