The host emailed me every hour for 12 straight hours asking for payment, which I’ve never experienced before. It was stressful and unnecessary. After I paid, and upon check in, the home had many issues. I messaged the host on two different occasions with a list of the most pressing issues and he never responded.
Definitely recommend avoiding this booking, as the property needs major maintenance and the host is completely non-responsive.
The home listed wifi, but the wifi doesn’t work. The power kept flickering off without notice. The parking area isn’t available to use. The toilets have water bubbling through, which appears to be a plumbing issue. The walls are very thin and the next door neighbors stay up until 1-2 am and are very loud. The house didn’t have basic materials like trash bags.
While the location is convenient, I would not recommend staying her due to the difference in listed amenities and actual amenities.

Acceptable property. Big issues were:
1. No snow shovels; clothes got wet and shoes were partially ruined (we came from Phoenix) BIG ISSUE
2.Walks and driveway were now plowed and with 6" of blowing snow, we didn't know where to part. ANOTHER BIG ISSUE
3. Didn't know how to run the thermostat and had to take covers of twin beds to stay warm. SEMI BIG ISSUE
4. Extensive instructions that few will read. Bullet point them to make them easier to comprehend and internlize.
5. Price was reasonable
Didn't know how to work the one TV we watched. Provide some directions.,
NOTE: I have 40 years of coporate marketing and consulting experience and if I were in your position, there are the things I'd want to know about.

The Kitchen is clean, bright and modern. Modern laundry machines with good instructions for use. The bathrooms have great water pressure and enough hot water for everyone. For our stay there was only 4 bath towels in the master bathroom and no bath towels in the additional bathroom. The towels in the master were very nice. At first glance the living area looks great, However... the couch is AWFUL. Every seat just falls in. We had two Senior Citizens that could not get off the couch without help. I am in my 40s and had trouble. When you sit down, you feel like you are falling to the floor. There is really no comfortable option for sitting. Even our 20 year olds had issues with the couch. We used pillows from the beds to sit on top of the couch cushions to add some support but this was not optimal. The table in the living area is great and we loved gaming around the table. The beds are not very comfortable either. But that could be personal preference.
Our biggest issue was communication. We messaged the owners SEVERAL times with inquiries and about the towel issue with NO answer. I received an acknowledgment about the towels several days after we got back home so for a week our entire house shared 4 towels. The check-in email did give us an emergency phone number but stated we would be charged for calling for non-emergencies so we were afraid to use that.
Best thing about this place was the location! Convenient to American Fork and Saratoga. Loved Lehi Bakery!

We enjoyed our stay here. The price was reasonable and the location was perfect for our family. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and it was nice to have a home for our family to be together while we were traveling.
This is a not a house as represented, it is a side by side condo. Fortunately you can only hear the neighbors from the Master Bedroom.
READ the confirmation details as you will have to purchase many items to make this house livable during your stay. We had to buy dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, Kleenex, body soap, and dryer sheets during our stay.
The queen bed frame is rickety and not very stable.
The cleanliness was fine at first impression however many of the dishes were put away dirty and had to be washed before use, there was trash and crumbs in the cupboards and large cob webs over the entry door.
Overall not a bad place to stay and the price was reasonable.

Old house that has been remodeled inside. Beds ok. Quiet neighborhood. Bring your own soap and ask early and often what's available, because could not get any info before check-in time. Communication with owner/manager a real challenge. First time I’ve had to call vrbo for help as he wouldn't provide access code, claiming it was already sent (wasn't), but even if it had been, it still shouldn't take 5+ repeated asks the day of check in. Wouldn't recommend to friends due to unnecessary communication stress.

House was very nice. Beautiful remodel. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.
Cleaning crew needs to pay closer attention. Headboards were very dusty, confetti under bed as well as empty water bottle under bunk bed. Confetti also above closet in first bedroom. Overall a very nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super cute older house that has been remodeled beautifully. Very comfortable and perfect for our home base during our sons wedding.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room, clean, washer, and dryer, and much more! Looking forward to staying there again😁

Positives: clean and maintained older home with all appliances and recent renovations. Plenty of blankets and storage, tv and high speed internet in the front room and master bedroom.
Negatives: the home has been built in multiple additions leaving uneven flooring in multiple locations if someone has mobility issues, no windows in the master bedroom and significant traffic noise is noticeable at night.
Would stay again

Our daughter was getting married and we needed a place for base camp. This property worked out perfectly. Clean, recently remodeled, quiet part of town but not to far from anything in north Utah County. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

There could have been better communication before our arrival. It was painstaking to receive the code for check-in. Don't think about checking in even one minute before 4 pm. Even at 3:57, the door will not open. That was a bit of a bummer after a 7 hour drive, and could definitely be streamlined. Some of the homes in the immediate vicinity are run-down, but this is quite a nice, old house which has been re-done. Very nice features, such as crown molding, nice flooring, decent kitchen space, ceiling fans, etc. The downsides are the master bed needs replacing, and the sofa cushions could use refilling. The kitchen is lightly to moderately stocked. The dining room is on the opposite end of the house from the kitchen, so serving can be a little challenging. The children loved the kids' bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. The price is right, and we would stay here again in the future as it was comfortable and clean, and provided a pleasant atmosphere.

I do wish there was a booklet or something to show the history of the house. The thickness of the walls and different floor levels were very interesting. We did lots of speculating about it :)

Good choice. Maintained well.

I made a mistake thinking when I booked online on my phone that I had paid for the whole stay, at the last minute you helped me get booked and paid in full properly so we would have a place to stay for my sons wedding. Very helpful with any issue. Clean newly renovated comfortable. The only complaint is that my dad could not adjust the house temperature to his liking. Otherwise perfect home away from home

This fresh and delightful remodel had plenty of room for our large family. We enjoyed the amenities: WiFi, plenty of streaming TV, washer/dryer. Charming place with lovely flooring, granite counter-tops, and stained glass windows that create a delightful kaleidoscope of colors. The table was perfect for dining and board games. Perfectly maintained grass and the gravel parking area behind the kitchen was very convenient when unloading groceries.

My family loved this fully stocked vacation home that was close to the Lehi Rec Center, Walmart, and Swig (for all y'all running on no sleep and caffeine with the littles!) Would recommend 100%!

Friends from Texas
Excited to spend time in the beautiful state of Utah celebrating a special friend through a weekend of wedding festivities. Our trip was dampened by a glitches in communication with the property owner. No one’s fault in particular due to technology errors of emails bouncing back and forth. Communication through the VRBO app finally assisted in us getting in the property after an hour and half wait on the porch.
The home is comfortable, clean and in easy driving distance to Salt Lake, Murray and other surrounding cities we needed to travel to.
Take time to go to Bridal Veil Falls!!! And Obe Man Band Diner!!!
