Five 50 - 70 years old women found this unit to be a great place for a long weekend visit to Salem. Great off street parking. Great location close to most attractions and restaurants. Very comfy bedding. Very good air conditioning that was much appreciated during our hot and humid summer visit. Would recommend to anyone staying with a group that can manage stairs. Hope to return someday!

What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). The equipment was top-notch from the efficiency of the AC to the modern equipment in the kitchen including sufficient plates/glasses/cutlery, pots and pans to cook and eat in. Tons of towels, soap, paper towels; nothing was missing. Very clear and comprehensive arrival and departure instructions. Tristan is a great host, answering questions quickly and clearly. I would most definitely recommend to friends and family.

Loved that we were close enough to walk to everything! So much easier than navigating the busy streets with the car. Food in Salem is incredible! The host was so accommodating and had super reasonable expectations for check out. The apartment was very clean and provided so many extras. So thankful for our stay!

Tristan’s property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend in Salem. The check-in process was a breeze and Tristan was an informative and responsive host. Great location, just a few minutes walk to downtown Salem!

This property was perfect for our 4 night visit to Salem and Boston. Our group consisted of myself, my friend and our daughters (ages 18 -21). The condo was very clean. The kitchen area was small but fully functional with all the basic dishes, pans and utensils. The property was at a very walkable distance to the shops and museums in Salem, and the available parking was a plus. The owner responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

Very clean well maintained house! When we arrived I was skeptical from the outside but this place is so nice inside. Very clean, all brand new appliances. We stayed 4 days and never got in the car to drive anywhere . Every attraction is within walking distance . The only thing I would say is it’s very tricky to understand how to get in but once you understand it fine .

We loved Tristan’s apartment. It was perfectly located near everything and so modern yet cozy. We enjoyed hanging out in the apartment as much as going into town. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area ❤️

Very clean and modern. Plenty of room to play games/puzzles in the dining room and spacious couch with large screen TV. Mattresses are VERY comfortable. Small but sufficient kitchen. We cooked many meals here rather than venture out every meal. Highly recommend this property.

The condo was wonderful. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds/linens were so comfortable. The TV is a smart TV so we were able to watch Netflix. The location is perfect for walking access to all of Salem's sites and restaurants. Almost everything is less than a mile away. Tristan was available and responded in a timely manner to all of my questions.

Accommodations were perfect. Very clean and included all nice amenities to make the stay easy and simple. They thought of all the details. I would agree with one previous review that initial impressions of the area were mildly concerning (having never visited Salem) but the location is great. You are in close walking distance to everything you need to visit - restaurants, tourist sites, shopping, parks, etc. Off street parking is plentiful and felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. The condo is a 5 minute walk to great coffee and restaurants, the water, and more! The parking was such a great bonus. The condo is very clean and well equipped. If you’re traveling with littles, I would bring your own plastic dishes so they don’t risk breaking any of the nice glassware provided! The bedrooms are big enough to feel comfortable when traveling with other families and will fit a pack n play, if needed. The TV is HUGE and that, and the comfortable couch, was a nice way to wind-down after being out and about all day. Thank you for a great stay, Tristan!

This unit is very well located in Salem. We were able to walk to all things that interested us. It has an off street parking area where we could leave the car. The three bedrooms handled our needs well. It is newly refurbished with nice modern furniture. The kitchen is well-appointed. There is some warmth lacking in the decor. Could use mirrors and bed lights in the secondary bedrooms. Overall -- Excellent. Very clean.

It’s a great location. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Place was very comfortable. Great beds for sleeping, nice space to relax in, and great shower for end of the day. The place is nicely located. Could walk easily to all the attractions.

I was a little nervous about this rental as we pulled into our parking space. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. After that first impression, our experience was great. We arrived a few minutes early, so I messaged the owner, and he immediately allowed our entry code to work. I was impressed with the condo. It was very clean. I've stayed in quite a few VRBOs, and oftentimes the furniture and amenities are dated and worn out. Not here. Everything seemed brand new and in prefect condition. The beds and bedding were unbelievably comfortable. The owner even left high end toiletries for us. We had 6 people in our group, so the single bathroom was challenging, but it was a nice bathroom and shower. The location is pretty convenient. It was just a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. Overall, this was a very good property, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

The owner was amazing and has one of the nicest VRBO Condos I have ever stayed at. It really felt like home and was very well kept and clean. Really close and centrally located to all the Salem attractions. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
