Your perfect vacation awaits you in our spacious remodeled beachfront 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. (Formerly Schlitterbahn Water Park) The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, free secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the 5th. floor with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet…beyond you there is nothing but dunes, sand and sea. The living/dining area as well as the master suite have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up each morning after a restful night of sleep to a magnificent unobstructed Texas sunrise…it just doesn’t get any better than that!!! This same view can be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. And/or relaxing on the spacious balcony while sipping your favorite beverage, feeling the gentle gulf breezes while watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The beachfront master suite has a king size bed with two dressers, a sitting area and a large flat screen TV. The en-suite has a walk-in tiled shower and a granite countertop vanity. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a dresser, a large closet and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, a large flat screen TV and a desk for those having to work while on vacation. These two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a tiled walk-in shower and granite countertop. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen has a water filter system, as well as a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, herbs and spices as well as several other small kitchen appliances including a crock pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster and both a drip style coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. There is comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table plus additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started. To add to your vacation pleasure, there are 4 large flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable and free password protected WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans…1 in each bedroom plus the living area. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry products is provided. For your beach time enjoyment, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a couple of boogie boards and some sand toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good locally restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin watch boat rides leave from the pier on the west side of Padre Blvd.

I can't stress enough how awesome this condo was, the view amazing, the VRBO owner amazing, and the amenities amazing. The only, and I mean the only reason this stay did not get my 5 stars overall was the flooded walkway to the beach. Knee deep putrid water, mosquitos, and inaccessibly for children and elder parents made it impossible for fun on the beach. Love my VRBO owner, just not thrilled with the property manager.

Just a short walk to the beautiful shoreline, our condo, on the 5th floor, offered a breathtaking view of the South Padre Island coastal landscape. There was plenty of space for our family to come together for meals and hangout time, but also provided secluded spaces when solitude was desired. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils needed to prepare delicious home cooked meals. However, if exploring the local cuisine was preferred, the property was close to all the island had to offer. Some of the beach items offered for use needed attention, specifically, the beach umbrella that was on hand was broken when we went to use it, but other than that, everything a family might want to enjoy their time at the beach was readily available. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was definitely a plus. When we informed the management that we needed an iron to prepare our clothes for a wedding, Ms. Weiss promptly responded and provided what we needed. The pool and hot tub on property were always clean, and we enjoyed spending time playing and connecting with other families there. Workout equipment on property would have been ideal. The staff at the property, especially David, were outgoing, friendly, and helpful. We can all say that our stay exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning sometime in the not so distant future:)

We had a wonderful time!!! The condo was exactly as pictured with the view being the show stopper. We didn’t know we’d be there for the space x launch so what an incredible surprise. Also fighter jets flying by one day and we watched a wedding on the beach, all from the balcony. We liked that it wasn’t a crowded beach area and that it’s a gated community. We would definitely stay here again, 10/10

Lovely place to stay to meet up with family. Elevator went out a few times but Chad, up in the front office, was on it every time and would have it up and running within minutes. Friendly staff around the complex. Condo had everything we needed. Most importantly, we got to see our grandchildren and spend quality time with them.

Beautifully renovated 5th floor oceanfront condo! 3 huge bedrooms (wonderful mattresses), 2 bath, modern kitchen with everything you need! Owner was very responsive! We will stay here again!

This condo was clean, pretty, and right on the beach, which are all must-haves for us, along with a pool and a jacuzzi, also must-haves. It was a little smaller than we are used to, but great for togetherness, and large enough for everyone in our party of six adults to have some space. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. I would have liked for more places to have been in walking distance, but since the weather was too hot to do much away from the water, it was fine. Walmart was near but farther away than we wanted to travel, but turns out the local Dollar General had most of what we needed anyway. We chose South Padre Island because of the central location between Tennessee and California, where our family would be coming from, and I think everyone enjoyed their stay. Overall, most of our boxes were checked at Sea Vista #505, and we would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to the area.

The shades in the living area & master bedroom need to be darker to keep out the heat and in the morning as the sun rises. The floors need to be cleaned better as there was black hair. Just a few things, over all the place was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

I 10/10 recommend this property! The condo had plenty of room for everyone. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice updated bathrooms. The walk to the beach is much shorter than other places on the island. The pool was nice for our little one to swim in. The view of the ocean is beautiful from the condo! I have nothing but good things to say about this property!

We had an incredible time on our trip. This was a great place to stay, with awesome beach access. All the rooms were very clean, and the kitchen has every thing you need. The kids really enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. My wife and enjoyed the spacious layout that allowed everyone to relax without being crowded.

Property exactly matches description in listing. Great location, not too crowded at the beach, and not too close to the water park where you can hear any noise. Being at the entrance to the island allows you to avoid a lot of the traffic that happens on the main road everytime you want to go out. Condo has everything you can need for the beach, and owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to SPI!

We loved this property so much we came back the following year! This condo is the last on this side of the beach allowing for plenty of space at the beach and not feeling like you are crowding others. This is a big difference from staying at some of the other high rise condos where families are 2-4 deep to the beach. The beach is just a short walk and we found the outdoor area for cleaning beach toys and chairs off very convenient. We were thankful for the luggage carts, elevator, and helpful staff. The property is well secured, gated, quiet, and family friendly. This particular unit has smart tvs in every room, a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, large washer and dryer, plenty of bath and beach towels, and boogie boards/beach toys/beach chairs. This made packing a breeze bc we just need swimsuits, sunscreen, and a sense of adventure! Thanks again! Can’t wait until next time!

This condominium exceeded our expectations.the view it’s fantastic! They provided us with more than we expected including a large shampoo ,conditioner and body wash. It’s the little details that make a difference. Plenty of towels and beach towels! We are a family that has rented homes in several states.including California,Colorado,New Mexico and Louisiana. We had a great time at this wonderful SPI condo! Becky was easy to get ahold of and very responsive! The condo was really well-stocked! We really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys!! I would recommend this property or stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was just as the pictures showed. Clean, comfortable and beautiful views of the gulf. I wanted to hear the waves at night when I went to sleep…. and I did. The WiFi and internet was on and off….but for me a blessing. My daughters were forced to put their phones down and talk. Loved it.

The condo has a gorgeous unobstructed view of beautiful south padre beach. Sunrise can be enjoyed from your crazy comfortable king size bed or on the front patio. The beach is a short walk away. (Closest structures to the water) We got a discount to the water park nearby since we were staying here. The condo is well appointed with small stashes of basic toiletries and other conveniences. (Example: a dozen hangers in the closet, a few k cups of coffee in case you didn’t make it to the store your first night, a basket of pens, tape, flash light etc) I reached out twice to the owners of the condo and received immediate and helpful responses. One was for help using the washing machine and they had someone there within 10 minutes! The on-site security person at the condo was incredibly welcoming and kind. The area is gated, well-observed, and we felt very safe. We felt very lucky to have found this gem and hope to return soon. I previously stayed at isla grand and I MUCH prefer Sea Vista. Thank you so much

This was a wonderful place to stay. They did a great job on providing the essentials and making it feel like home away from home. I would only suggest a better beach umbrella as the one provided can’t keep up with the wind on the beach. Also, maybe an extra boogie board. The view was amazing and the location next to the beach was perfect!
