This renovated home seamlessly incorporates historical elegance with modern New England sophistication. Highlights include a large patio featuring lovely stonework that is well-suited for entertaining. Enjoy afternoons grilling outdoors, dining alfresco, or simply wandering the postcard-worthy grounds. Lounge by the gas firepit with a crisp drink. As evening falls, gather around the wood-burning firepit to make s’mores and share stories. Venture a bit farther to climb the rocks and look out across the water from Blowing Cave Park. Enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking and horseback riding.
The stylish living area exemplifies Danish hygge. Adorned with local artwork, this comfortable space is both inviting and unique. Stretch out on the sectional while watching movies on the Frame TV. The gas fireplace creates a cozy ambience. The adjacent playroom doubles as a gathering space with its TV or a bedroom with a full Murphy bed and en suite bathroom. The fabulous chef’s kitchen has ample counter space and a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances - including a French-door fridge and six-burner gas cooktop. Choose a beverage from the wine fridge and perch at the center island.
The primary suite has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms offers a desk.
Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, a Pack ‘n Play, and beach gear, such as chairs, toys, and an umbrella, are provided.

This two-story house is accessed via a stone footpath and two steps at the entry.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
