Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 2087 square ft. home. Large front yard with built in fire pit, putting green and children's playhouse. Lovely backyard with hot tub, gas barbecue and stone water fountain feature! Master bedroom, King bed with bathroom and private deck with small fire pit. Second bedroom, King bed opening up to backyard deck. Third bedroom queen bed which also opens up to backyard deck. 5 minute drive to Carmel Beach and the Pebble Beach Lodge.

We have stayed at so many vacation rentals. We usually stay in about two a year in various CA locations. This might be our top rental ever. The listing is better in person. We came in to a wonderful smell, extremely clean home. The more we stayed, the more we appreciated the cleanliness, the detail for people staying there and various amenities. The fire pit and the putting green felt like icing on the cake for the home itself. Not even to mention that the host was so helpful and available. It made me excited to share details of our trip with her along the way. A note to those with older family members: there are 10 steps into the home and 5 steps from the living space to the area with bedrooms. Our 93 year old grandmother has a hard time with stairs, but due to the railings, these were no issue for her. The children's toys and plates were also a happy surprise to have for our young kids. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in the coastal forest!

Beautiful home. Amazing for entertaining but perfect for just a couple too. Everything was tiptop. Stocked with everything you can imagine. Such an easy stay and your host, Alicia, is so kind. If you’re debating this house, go ahead and book it. we would love to book here in the future if we need a home in the area here again. Thank you so much.

Perfect home away from home for our family to meet up for a long holiday weekend. Everything you could possibly need and more. The beautiful grounds, sitting around the large fire pit making s’mores, the darling playhouse for my grandsons, the putting green. Just a beautiful comfortable home. Property manager was very accommodating. Checking in and out process and communication with the manager couldn’t have been easier. Hope we can do it again soon!

This was just what we needed. A beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood hidden among the trees. The fire pit was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and chat with family members. The hot tub was so nice after a day on the golf course. All in all just a fantastic way to spend a few days.

From booking to checkout, the owners were great! Lots of communication and very responsive. This property and home are beautiful, better than the photos! Owners provided absolutely every amenity to make us comfortable and beyond. The yard is gorgeous, we had our s'mores party at the firepit, thank you so much! The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished, beds were very comfortable and linens perfect. So many great spots to spread out and have privacy, the decks, patio, the front firepit area, with a putting green. Landscaped beautifully, it is early in the season and there was plenty of color, the water feature in the back yard is so nice...all in all, a perfect stay and we hope to return...

We did a long weekend at this property as part of our kids' spring break. It was the perfect property! It was spotlessly clean, well-stocked in terms of kitchen supplies and other needs, and the grounds were the perfect playscape for our 7 and 4-year-olds. The property is also in the perfect spot to explore anything and everything around Monterey and Carmel. It's a 10 minute drive to just about anywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have an escape and spend quality time with friends or family.

The home was lovely, very clean and had all the amenities one would need. Lots of room for our family of 4 adults snd 2 small children. It is in a beautiful setting. The location between Carmel and Monterey was perfect for us. Thank you Alicia for being a wonderful host!

Alicia went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The house has everything one needs - full kitchen, grill, comfortable beds and even a bit of a valley/bay view. We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity of the Pebble beach golf course and charming Carmel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful home in the heart of the peninsula within easy driving distance to popular destinations (don't miss Point Lobos National Park!) or if you just need to pick a groceries. We've stayed in many VRBOs and none has felt quite as well stocked as this home. The firepit with s'mores was a hit and so easy to use. Communication with the owner was seamless and it's clear the owners strive to make everyone's stay enjoyable, even responding to minor suggestions for improvement. Would definitely stay there again if we're in the area for a local vacation.

This is a wonderful home to rent. Very lovely and close to the action if you’re heading to Car Week and Pebble Beach. If you just want to enjoy the area it’s also in a great location to both Monterey and Carmel. We’ve been coming to Car Week for over 10 years and by far this is our favorite home and location.

This was such a relaxing and beautiful home. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was one of my favorites. The home had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The complimentary s'mores kit was a nice touch. It was conveniently located to all of our activities- golf, biking, wine tasting and shopping. Next time we would love to stay longer!

The home is lovely! It was very well appointed! The kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal. My grandchildren loved the hot tub, the putting green and the playhouse. The property manager responded immediately to a minor question we had. We hope to go back!!

Sea La Vie exceeded expectations in every way. Lovely landscaping; roomy, comfortable furnishings; very well-stocked kitchen. The fire-pit, hot-tub, and putting green offered us great enjoyment. Alicia couldn't have been a nicer host. We cannot wait to return.

A perfect place to stay on Monterey peninsula!

Alicia's home is so beautiful and comfortable. Nestled in the Del Monte Forest off the 17 Mile Drive, half way between downtown Monterey and Carmel, it's convenient but quiet and away from busy holiday traffic. The house is very well and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want and need for entertainment, cooking and relaxation. Alicia responded quickly to every question we had and it seemed she really cared about us having a lovely time there. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We needed to be in Carmel for my husbands golf tournament, and needed to find a place that would work for my 6 week old and my in-laws, and Alicia’s home was PERFECT. Had everything we could ever need, and the property was just beautiful. Loved our walks in the neighborhood and cooking on the grill. We can’t wait to do it again!

The home was beautiful and in an amazing location. The extra amenities the owner supplied were above and beyond what we expected. They had everything our daughter needed for her two small children. The host was great to work with. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

We were a party of six adults and all agree that we'd love to come back again. Beautifully appointed, well stocked with everything we could think of, super comfy beds, and several areas within the property for us to gather. Our favorite was the wonderful fire pit in the front yard as we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful grounds. Everything was in working order and communication with the owner was effortless. We are frequent renters on the Peninsula and this house now ranks at the top of our list.

Corporate world have you in a stressed out mode?!!! This is your getaway then. The backyards calm soft running waterfall while relaxing in the hot tub is perfect. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in or just have drinks and snacks. The front room is spacious for lounging and for playing games while a movie is going. The fire pit area along with putting green is one of the best early morning or evening activities. Everything is clean and gorgeous!!! Will book again. Soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Four adults and a five year old had plenty of room for meals and games. Well furnished and the yard was spectacular! A playhouse, putting green, fire pit and hot tub gave us outdoor fun when we weren’t out touring. The location was good for getting around to Carmel, Monterey and beyond.

Our new year’s week get away was perfect thanks to this clean and well equipped home. Access via Hwy 1 gate is easy although we utilized all PB gates. Our golfers had no problem getting to their tee times and we all enjoyed the putting green and fire pit. Looking forward to a return visit soon.
