My husband, daughter (2), and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Salt Lake for my husbands graduation. This was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of travel and long days of festivities. The space gave us a home away from home feel that was comfortable and inviting. The location is great with plenty of food options within a few miles and only 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.

The basement apartment was nicely decorated and was located close places of interest. We did have to use the space heaters since it was cool and we didn’t have access to the thermostat.

The stairs are difficult for us older folks (93 & 86). We should have known better. I would suggest at least one grab bar be installed in the tub/shower and a tub mat. It was very slippery so bought a cheap one and left it there. Otherwise it was very comfortable and cozy and very clean and well furnished. Bed was excellent.

The host is a wonderful communicator. The apartment is lovely. You can tell there is a lot of thought and energy put into making each person feel welcome. My girls and I had plenty of room to spend time together and also have alone time. The location made it easy to get to the slopes and to the University. We will stay here again if our travel takes us to Utah.

Great central location for skiers visiting variety of Salt Lake resorts. Easy access to sevices and highways. Good spot for a quiet group looking for a place to recover but would not reccomend for more rowdy bunch.

Very happy with our selected location. The description of the basement apartment was accurate. Kitech was well furnished for our needs. I appreciated how quickly our Host replied to a few questions before we arrived and during our stay. The location was on a quiet road. We would stay here again!

We were excited for two bedrooms so the family could comfortably fit, and location to both canyons for skiiing access. The owner was responsive and helpful. Only problem was the noise (basement apartment), as a light sleeper I heard all squeaks in floorboards, dlushing, dog barkimg, etc.

Cute and organized property with several amenities that made our stay more enjoyable! We appreciated the washer and dryer with soap and the fridge with an ice maker! We had planned on having a toddler with us and there were toys in a closet. We had access to Netflix and Amazon on the large tv and cozy blankets to cuddle with. There was even some distilled water for the iron that we were able to use when I forgot some for my cpap machine. We loved the high-top table for playing games together after a busy day out. -There were not enough towels for the number of guests in our party - so the washer/dryer were really handy. We would recommend this property! Stairs are a little steep, so those with mobility issues might have difficulty.

Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom stay in the perfect neighborhood . The house was quiet, safe and very comfortable. The stairs were a tiny bit treacherous with the bags we had to bring down but that would be the only negative . We appreciated having a laundry available to us and we were very happy with our accommodations-

This property was pleasantly updated and well furnished. We were very comfortable here. A lot more room than we expected. A mile to a shopping area and movies and about 20 minutes to downtown. Nice park across the street. Easy parking. Overall very clean and nice touches, such as fans in the rooms. Two things to note, because it is a basement apartment there is no temperature control and we occasionally heard footsteps/sounds from upstairs. Highly recommend Anthony’s place! He is very flexible and quick with communication via the app.

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful property for one week, on our yearly ski trip to Utah. We had a wonderful time! The apartment is clean and had absolutely everything we needed! I love to cook -- the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook up a delicious dinner. Truly a home away from home! Cozy, very clean and comfortable! From parking in the driveway to the ease of access to the apartment and the great location, it made our trip a wonderful one! The hosts are wonderful people! They live upstairs. We felt safe, at home and they were always happy to help us if we needed something. We'll be back for sure! Thank you again! Adrian and Alexandra

I will need to look at the listing again. I have never rented a place that had a TV, but it was not connected. He offered to set me up with HULU, but I refused. The smaller of the 2 rooms is by the hot water system and maybe the drain. If someone has a semsitivity to noise, use the larger of the 2 room. Outside of those 2, it was very nice.

I have stayed in several basement apartments and have always been cold. This was not the case here it was always nice and warm, it was in a great location with a lovely park across the street for walking. The hosts were always very attentive and responded quickly to my messages. We enjoyed staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate in a lot and worked a lot while we were there. We appreciated the desk area and the table. Between the two areas, we were both able to work effectively. The wifi was flawless. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a ton!!

This cute basement apartment was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the full kitchen and 2 big bedrooms. It was nice to have alternate tv choices and great WiFi.

The apartment was very clean and nicely laid out. Check in and out were a breeze. My only complaints are that there was a strong cooking smell when I arrived, but it dissipated quickly with open windows, and the utility room was loud, especially when the water softener would back flush. The first time, I thought there was a pipe leak. Once I knew what it was, it wasn't a big deal.
