It was the meeting place of the 18th century social "Tuesday Club" that is rumored to have hosted Benjamin Franklin. This is our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first time. Travelling with grandparent and 3 older kids (12-18), this lovely residence gives everyone enough space. You do have to situate parking (read the garage directions carefully) but when you do you can walk everywhere. We walked to the crepe shop nearly everyday. The bedrooms are all upstairs but the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is excellent for showers. Excellent! canwaleverywhere.

Beautiful home and perfect location to walk to everything in the historic district of Annapolis. The house is meticulously maintained, which we greatly appreciated - very clean, well stocked, nicely and comfortably furnished. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. And a large private serene backyard. Highly recommend.

A house with a lovely combination of history and modernity in an amazing location! We balanced hitting many of the historic DC spots with the quaint, easy-going environment of "home" in Annapolis. DC is an easy 30-50 minutes, depending on time and traffic pattern. After driving to and from DC, it was a treat to easily walk to dinner, drinks, shopping, and ice-cream. The parking garage was an easy walk and there were even scooters for rent near by for us to ride back to the house one evening!
The house was clean, cool and comfy. Loved the recliners in the front window....like sitting on a porch but without the heat and humidity. Was grateful for the powerful AC and extra fans as the days got progressively hotter during our stay. Everything was just amazing!

This property was perfect for our I-Day drop off experience! We'll be back for sure.

This home is lovely and we had a wonderful week. The location in downtown Annapolis can’t be beat. It’s the perfect spot for a Naval Academy family.

We were in town with some friends for a long weekend. This worked perfectly for us once we parked the car in the dedicated garage space up the street The Naval Academy entrance is close and we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants along the water and up the hill along Main St and West St and nearby Maryland Ave.

Charming home with tons of character and function. Stayed with my wife and 3 teens. Great location - 5 mins to Naval Academy and St John’s college. Easy access to main st. House was well equipped and super clean.

We had an amazing time in Annapolis. The house was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. The owners communicated promptly and were great hosts. Looking forward to visiting again!

Chapel Vista was perfect for our visit to the Academy for the Army Navy swim
Meet. Both parents and grandparents found the charming home spot on! . The proximity to the Academy as well as the shopping/ dock area was but a pleasant short walk. The beds were super comfy and the colonial charm of the Franklin room was a true delight. Thr courtusrd looked inviting but a bit too nippy to enjoy. Hoping to be able to book 204 King George on our future visits. Go NAVY beat Army!

The coziest house and the most convenient location. The fire pit and kitchen were the stars. The beds super comfy too! I am so thankful for this home it was a real gem.

We were there for our 35th naval Academy class reunion and it was such a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything. Quiet. Wonderfully appointed. Beds were super comfortable. The back porch was huge. The Ben Franklin den and fireplace were a really cool place to hang out and rehash the days’ events. We literally couldn’t have had a more perfect place and location. Thank you and hope to stay there again!

From arrival to departure, Chapel Vista made you feel like you were on vacation. The home had historic charm with modern conveniences. The layout -- including kitchen and patio were great for entertaining. Our family is already discussing making Chapel Vista a reunion spot for future gatherings.

This beautiful house was exactly what we were hoping for. A reserved parking spot is graciously available about a fifteen minute walk away, and if you’re staying in Annapolis for your visit you won’t need to access your vehicle while there. The house had the perfect amount of comfort and space for my circus and was roughly a 3 min walk to gate one. We hope to stay here each time we return.

If you have any concerns about booking this house, don’t. This house is beautiful with a lovely backyard and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but besides that I could not be happier with our weekend stay. I would definitely rent again on a return trip.

We had a great stay at Chapel Vista. The home is very charming, comfortable, and clean, and the location is very close to the Yard, shops, and restaurants.

We had the best weekend with our Midshipman and her friends at Chapel Vista. We could stand on the porch and see Gate 1 and Gate 3 is just around the corner. The kids enjoyed the 3rd floor bedroom overlooking the Chapel. Check in and out were both easy. Great communication throughout the weekend to make sure we didn't need anything. We will be staying here again. We parked in the parking garage with the pass. This would be a great place for those coming into Annapolis without a vehicle.

What a treat to be staying on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, near the main gate of the US Naval Academy, in a house that was the site of the Tuesday Club, where Ben Franklin and other historical figures met to discuss current events!
We enjoyed lovely views all around from the comfort of tastefully updated quarters.

What a beautiful home! We stayed here for I-day and it was the perfect location. We ran back a few times to drop things off! I wish we would have been able to spend more time in the home especially the back room.

Great place to stay when visiting our mid. The house is lovely and well equipped.

Chapel Vista provided a wonderful space for us close to the Yard to enjoy our last visit to Annapolis prior to Commissioning. The layout was excellent! The view from the 3rd floor windows is amazing! We really appreciated the proximity to the Yard as we had a number of activities to attend and it made for an easy walk despite the heavy rain. We would definitely recommend Chapel Vista!

This property was in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the incredibly loud washing machine. You had to run it when you knew you weren’t in the house. It sounded as if you were being bombed

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly comfortable historic home. Very clean, beds are comfy and the home has all the conveniences for a great getaway.

We loved our time at Chapel Vista -- 3 families shared the home for our 15 year USNA reunion.
It was perfectly located and ready for our group. Home and backyard much bigger in person.
We would 100% stay again.
Thanks for a great trip.

We stayed here for the boat show and the location is absolutely perfect. The house itself is also beautiful. Great experience overall!

In town with 4 of my Georgetown roommates for a girls’ reunion - so happy we chose Annapolis, as I couldn’t think of a better weekend home for us! We lounged, we ate, we slept - and we loved the backyard!! This house is so spacious, so well-stocked, and so convenient to EVERYthing in downtown! And the beds were SO comfy. Thank you again!!

Great newly renovated house very close proximity to downtown and USNA. Quaint backyard for having a glass of wine. My only comment is that since it is an older house, the rooms do not have their own bathrooms. Other than that, 5 stars.

We loved the house and the location, could not have been better for what we planned to do. Very comfortable beds and two great living areas to watch TV or just visit. There is no parking on the street for tourists so we parked our car in the parking garage close by and didn’t pick it up till we left. We used Uber, but was able to walk almost everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we cooked. My only complaint would be that it took almost 24 hours for the house to cool down. After that the AC units along with the fans worked really well.

This lovely home ticked all the boxes for us. Great historic location. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtful amenities. Generous attic space for preteen and teen. We’ll definitely return.

Great location
We loved this location and was a quick walk to downtown, the market, and tons of little shops.

The property location is key, just steps away from gate one of the Naval Academy and close to everything downtown. The house is beautiful, updated, and immaculate! Check-in was easy and everything was provided that we needed… Sheets, towels, toiletries etc. Only one minder drawback, there is no central air conditioning and all is cooled by window units. When we first got there they must have just turned them on because it was hot but it seem to cool down by evening time. Only other issue is you should be aware that there is nowhere to park . Street parking only which can be difficult on that busy street when trying to load and unload your bags . If you plan to do a lot in the downtown Annapolis area, the house is beautiful and the location is perfect to walk everywhere

Fantastic home in historic Annapolis
This is a wonderful property, bigger and lovelier than I had imagined. My traveling group of 7 (ages 79-10) had a delightful stay. The bottom floor has a lot of room for reading and watching TV with a back yard area that has a beautiful view. The second floor has 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lot of closet space and my 3 kids loved the 3rd floor 3-bed room. The only drawback is there isn't on-site parking, so we parked on the street long enough to unload and parked at a garage about a 10 minute walk away. This wasn't a problem because this home is close to everything we wanted to see and we would walk to get coffee and crepes and shop and walk right back. Exceeded expectations on every front.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great weekend girls trip to Annapolis! The house was beautiful, each of my friends told me how pretty and nice it was to be staying there! And we were SO close to everything in the center of Annapolis, it was amazing to be so close to the action and walk to restaurants and bars (very safe area!). The view of the Naval chapel from the backyard was just beautiful, the property manager was very responsive to any need we had, and we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We rented this home for Commissioning Week ‘22, and it was perfect for our family! The location, right outside Gate 3, made entering and existing campus a breeze, especially for the big events like Color Parade, Blue Angels, the Supe’s Reception and the Grad Ball! We were able to allow our Midshipman’s friends and their families to stop by during the day as a resting place and a place to get ready when needed!! The home is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was very well appointed, with everything we needed during our stay. The home has 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath with a washer and dryer. Perfect for traveling families. The beds were so comfortable! We enjoyed spending time in the backyard around the fire pit making s’mores with the great views (at all times of day) of the Chapel Dome. During the week, we could hear the music from the Supe’s party in the background, and the chimes from the Chapel Bell! The hosts were so accommodating, and easy to get in touch with. Although this house does not have parking, we were prepared and did not rent a car. We were able to utilize Uber/lyft when needed without issue, and the close proximity to the yard allow our Midshipman to easily access her car which was parked on the yard. We enjoyed taking a morning stroll to Starbucks in DTA in the mornings, and taking in all the sights and sounds of both Annapolis and the yard. We are already planning a trip for football in the fall and hope to stay with iTrip properties again!
