Location! Location! Location! This eclectic, 3-story townhouse is located right in the heart of the Southside Historic District, making it the perfect starting point for exploring all that Chattanooga has to offer! 5 minute drive to the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, UTC campus, and across the street from the Barrelhouse Ballroom and the Signal! Guests rave about the 3 throwback arcade machines in the game room. The second and third floors have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances.

WALK to almost anything and everything you want to do. I highly encourage reading our reviews to reassure you that this IS the place to book in Chattanooga!

Took my niece and her friend here for a graduation trip. Lots to do within walking distance. I will say if you have knee problems, the condo does have two flights of stairs..fyi. Overall would definitely recommend.

Simply put the place was nice and conveniently located. It was very quiet which was great. One of the video games didn't work but no big deal. I chose this property because they listed they had a hot tub. I have been in physical therapy and was excited to see this in the listing and was excited to use it. This was the only reason I chose this place over another listing. There is no hot tub anywhere! It took 2 attempts for the owner to respond and tell me there was no hot tub. I was very disappointed about this. I really felt deceived because it is listed and there is absolutely no hot tub anywhere. Overall it was a very nice place but if you are looking for a hot tub do not pick this place. If that is not important to you this place would be great for you.

Loved the property and location. Overall we have a three star review because the check in process was terrible and the parking spaces were listed as 01, 02, 03 etc and didn’t correspond with the number of the property and when we came out the next morning we had a note on our car that we needed to move or we’d be towed. If you’re able to check in starting at 2pm then you should get the access information before then or right at 2pm and we had to wait over an hour to get information because the manager was not available. Other than that, the property was very nice and clean and location was great!

My family really enjoyed the stay at this property. It was very clean and we had fun playing the video games. One of the games was not working and the owner let us know after arrival. Everything was fine until almost a week after our stay I received a rude message accusing us of urinating on the pullout sofa that we didn't even use. After notifying them that we didn't use it, I never received an apology or any kind of response. They obviously do not check everything between renters. I would have stayed here again, but now I won't.

We stayed here for a couple days and really liked it. The check-in/out process was easy and the place is in a really great location. Public transportation is close as are great places to eat. The kids enjoyed the video games.

Booked 2 months in advance. Upon arrival property manager says it's not my reserved day when it clearly is and makes up a fictional day 2 weeks from now. Then will not allow access to the property. Terrible experience

Couldn’t ask for a better location! We enjoyed walking to bars, restaurants, live music and the theater. Very cool part of the city. Place was cute, clean and comfortable!

This place was clean and very well set up with new kitchenware and new furniture. It was modern and very nice. The location was walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown. Quite a few stairs but we really liked the property.

We loved the trendy southside getaway. We were close to the choo choo and a short walk to some breweries. We did the incline railway and it was a ten minutes drive. The boys loved the arcades. The bottom level was a "kid lair" as we called it and they could play games and watch tv. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was safe.

I got to revisit my childhood and play many video games from 1980 (PAC Man , centipede, donkey Kong.). Fun . Bonus: the kitchen was well appointed and the bed was very comfy. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. A restaurant we like, the Feed, is a block away. It is a 30 minute walk to the aquarium, but doable. Having a designated parking spot was helpful. It is 3 stories and the bedroom is the top floor. The games were fun and TVs good. Shower was good. Cons-it needed a good vacuuming. There was white dog fur on the sofa and floor. And the mattresses weren't very comfortable. Everything else was great and we'd definitely stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. It was so clean and definitely furnished with all necessities. Great proximity to everything we wanted to do! If we visit Chattanooga again, we’ll definitely wanna stay here. All communication with property owner was simple too, they answered within minutes!

We were in a good location for food & interstate access. It is a quiet area. The property was clean. Only thing I wish was specified in listing is the lay out of townhouse. The first floor is bathroom & arcade games, 2nd floor is living area & kitchen, 3rd floor is bedroom & bathroom & laundry. For younger individuals it may not be a problem, but constantly climbing stairs up or down just to go to bathroom can affect some individuals. The property manager/owner was great with communication.

We stayed a few days over spring break and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The home is super convenient to all of the Chattanooga attractions and is within walking distance to many delicious restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The inside of the home was spotless and the kitchen is very well stocked. We spent most evenings playing the video games in the arcade or sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine. If you’re looking for a home in Chattanooga that has it all, look no further, this is it!

This property was amazing. The games were extra and we loved it. Literally walking distance from everything we wanted to do. There were many stairs because it is 3 floors but it wasn’t nothing we couldn’t handle. We WILL definitely stay here again soon!

This townhouse is just as advertised and pictured. Quaint, cozy and very well decorated. Perfect for a couple with 2 kids or 3 smaller ones. Centrally located downtown close to attractions but not near the busy streets and there is no noise from nightlife. Loved the stay I look forward to returning. PS there are lots of stairs inside if that's a issue

Our family loved this property and the location. My boys had a great time playing the arcade games. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, parks, shopping and coffee shops. I appreciated how clean the property was and the little extras like k-cups, dish and laundry soap. I highly recommend this location and rental!

We stayed 1 night at this property on NYE on our drive back from Orlando to Chicago. It was very clean and a great location close to restaurants/bars. Communication was great with the owner, and when we couldn't get the door to unlock, they were fast to respond and reset the code for us. We walked to a nice dinner and our whole family enjoyed playing in the game room, especially on the multicade which had many old school games. The listing said it sleeps 6, but I would say it really sleeps 4 with the pull out sofa and king bed. My bad for not reading closely. We made it work sharing the king with my 8 year old, who said we both snore too much and she never wants to sleep with us again (score!) Thanks for a great stay!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Downtown Chattanooga! The location was centered wonderfully between everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed staying at the rental located in Southside because we were in walking distance to many restaurants and venues. We were only minutes from driving to the many attractions! We enjoyed relaxing at the comfortable townhouse and we felt at home. Thankfully we could bring our dog so it made it the best vacation ever! We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here and I loved the location. We were able to walk to Chattanooga Whiskey and a few restaurants we really enjoyed. Easy to get to and simple check in process. This is a 3 story town home with the bedroom on the top level, so might want to look elsewhere if there are any issues with stairs. The arcade games in the bottom level were a nice touch. Found myself playing a good bit of Galaga! Communication with the host was great and was very friendly.

We loved our stay! The townhouse is beautiful and located in walking distance to so many amazing neighborhood restaurants, shops, and art. The bed and bedroom felt like a 5 star hotel (we slept great, the bed was so comfy). The kitchen made me wish we had time to stay in and cook. Added bonus were with arcade machines, which kept my husband happily occupied. Cant wait to visit Chattanooga again and stay in the Trendy Southside Getaway.

The condo was very new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary things to prepare a meal. Loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee. The location is ideal to park your car and walk or bike everywhere! We had a canoe on the roof of our car so we had to park in the street and it was not difficult to find a spot. We would stay here again.

Don't hesitate to book this property! It has convenient parking, plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and the arcade games were tons of fun for the kids (and grownups alike)! The decor is so stylish and the bathrooms are beautiful. To top it all off, you get to enjoy the mountain views!

My kids really enjoyed the arcade games and the fun decorations! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Linens were high quality and everything was clean. We were also walking distance to Mean Mugs coffee shop (about a 5 min walk).
