We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Luggage Hero or Stow Station!
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
We will ask you to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
This Short Term Rental Agreement asks you to agree to the following:
Property Details: The Property is fully furnished and includes household appliances, linens, and various amenities. The specific details regarding the Property, including address, check-in/check-out dates, bedrooms, and bathrooms, are outlined in the agreement.
Rental Party and Occupancy: The rental party is limited to the number listed on the reservation. Any additional guests require prior written permission and may incur additional charges. The occupancy limit must not be exceeded, and unauthorized guests may result in contract termination and forfeiture of payments.
Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends as indicated in the agreement. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Rental Rules: Guest agrees to adhere to the rental rules provided in Addendum A at all times during their stay. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Noise: Guest agrees to be respectful to neighbors and maintain quiet hours, especially during the evening and nighttime. Violations may lead to eviction without refund.
Access: Guest agrees to allow the Manager access to the Property for repair and inspection purposes, conducted reasonably.
Rental Rate and Fees: The rental rate is as stated on the booking platform. Additional fees may apply as outlined in the agreement.
Security Deposit: Guest must provide a security deposit to cover damages to the Property. Any damages exceeding the deposit are the responsibility of the Guest.
Condition of Property: Guest agrees to return the Property in the same condition as received, subject to a cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy is enforced as described on the booking platform, with refunds subject to the timing of cancellation.
No Assignment or Subletting: The agreement cannot be assigned or sublet without prior written consent from the Manager.
Indemnification: Guest agrees to indemnify the Owner, Manager, and Manager’s Agent against any claims or damages arising from their stay.
Liability Waiver: Guest acknowledges that the Owner, Manager, and Manager’s Agent are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.
Default: In the event of default by the Guest, any payments made may be forfeited as damages to the Owner. Legal action may be pursued for additional damages.
Amendments: Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Acknowledgments: Both Guest and Manager acknowledge and agree to the terms of the agreement.
Entire Agreement: This document, along with any addenda, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may only be amended in writing.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire flat + 2 parking passes in private garage
The Neighborhood:
ALL of Downtown Nashville major attractions are within a mile, Including Broadway, Top Golf, Titans Stadium, Baseball, Printer's Alley. This Condo is considered Downtown, but borders Germantown.
This is a HIGHLY secure building with a secure parking garage and coded access to all building entry points. As Nashville is a densely populated city with a varying socio-economic strata, we like to remind guests to always be aware of their surroundings and belongings.
Getting Around:
Bike path (along River) easy walk to Downtown/bridges to stadium/Top Golf. We recommend Uber/Lyft as they are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
-Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will incur an additional cleaning fee.
-Valid ID required for stay.
-ONLY registered guests allowed in building/unit.
-Failure to return parking pass will result in a $100 fine

We stayed at this location on the river during CMA Fest. It was perfect. Walking distance to both Nissan Stadium and downtown. Condo met all of our needs and the communication with the host was always immediate and helpful. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Condo was very nice with everything we needed for a long weekend away with friends! Short walk to Broadway and all the action. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We were in town for two nights to enjoy Broadway, Printer's Alley, and the surrounding areas. There were six adults and the space was more than adequate. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The view of the river is great and the walk to Music Row took 15 minutes. We opted for a cab ride home which took 5!
Instructions and communication were simple and quick. We would stay here again!

Met old college roommates here for a reunion weekend. The unit had excellent space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the location - is walkable to an excellent farmer's market and Tennessee parks that are stunning. Also walked downtown to the broadway area. Really nice spot. Definitely recommend! There are close by trains, but that wasn’t an issue.

We had 5 women (family) 21-70 in our group and this condo was perfect ! Super cute and spacious !
The river views were beautiful & the location was quite but convenient! We walked to Broadway (15mins) and took an XL Uber ($15) both were easy ! We would definitely stay here again ! And Nashville Rocks 🤘

Property was open spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. A little walk to downtown. Owner was always responsive a helpful with clear instructions. Very nice decor and overall very comfortable.

We liked it more than we didn’t however we would not stay here again. It was on the dirty side and it was noisy both from the parties in the building and the train. It worked well we will look for a house next time.

Inexpensive ride share to lower Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Also, very walkable to both. Trains were never bothersome. Property was very nice.

Excellent property very clean, secure and modern with kitchen conveniences. Wonderful balcony overlooking the river and train bridge, excellent bedding and pillows.
Had some difficulty with checkin codes but host was super-responsive almost immediately after text sent.

The condo was perfect and beautiful. Plenty of room for 6 women, we weren’t bumping into each other at all. The decor was perfect! Amenities were great. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Would rent here again!!! The views are amazing, watching the sunrise over the river. The condo had everything we needed. The owners were extremely responsive during the entire process from booking until checkout: we were a party of 7 and I slept on the couch bed. I honestly slept better than I do at home! Such a fun trip with lots of amazing memories.

Nashville, can’t wait to go back! This property was perfect for our family members! Very clean, good amenities, comfortable and somewhat walkable to certain locations. Situated right on the river! Though the freight train runs by the building, we very rarely heard it unless we were out side. Just loved the unit.
We had an issue getting into the unit and the response was immediate.
Highly recommend this property and would definitely book during our next visit.

The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place for our family to be together and also have private space with the large bedrooms. The location was excellent with a short scenic walk to downtown.

Good place to stay
Enjoyed our stay however there is a few points we would recommend to the owners.
My wife scalded herself on the kettle she was in agony and still is in agony why no electric kettle in 2022🥴.
Water temperature and water pressure was very poor.
We were advised no noise after 9pm but we never slept our first night because of really loud music and dragging furniture across the room floor from the flat directly above us the party went on until after 4am nightmare stuff after a long flight and change of time by 5 hours.
It would have been nice to arrive to a starter pack some water, fresh milk as the small ones left were curdling in the tea, some basic starter pack food which has been in every other apartment we have rented in Nashville and other places in America.
The women would have preferred more dark make up removal towels.
Now the good stuff, the apartment was really good the balcony was great, beds super comfy, the size was amazing and having the garage was great.
Uber into broadway average $10 was brilliant.
Apart from the kettle issue and the food starter pack I would still recommend this apartment because all in all we really enjoyed our stay and it’s very easy to fix the small things.

The property was very spacious as we had 5 girls staying for a girls trip. We loved the patio overlooking the river!

6 Adults (3 couples) slept comfortably in private rooms, with ample space to hangout together inside and out. The unit is secure with double authentication for entry plus an alarm system. It has everything you need for your stay including a washer and dryer which was key for June heat! Short walk from all the action on Broadway.
*Bonus views of the Cumberland River!
The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating when we amended the length of our stay prior to traveling.

Awesome place close to Broadway!
We came for my wife’s 40th birthday and this property was perfect for our group of 3 couples very spacious comfortable clean a close walk to all the downtown fun!! The beds were very comfortable bathrooms spacious. We will be back!!

Great location, amazing home on river near downtown Nashville
Beautiful location near downtown Nashville. The home feels brand-new with great furnishings and bedding. The front and back patios are just right for an evening cocktail. I'd stay here again next time I come to Nashville.

Perfect stay for Nashville!
When we first walked in, I commented right away that it looked just like the pictures on listing! Thought they were very accurate! Felt safe, especially with alarm system and all the security of the building.
We loved that it was walkable to Broadway and Printer’s, even with someone that has bad feet.. but enough out of town that it settles down at night and gets quiet.
The water view was INCREDIBLE! The picture window in the living room and balcony were absolutely amazing to wake up to and wind down to.
