Prima Villa had great views but calling it Prima is a joke. Holes in the floor in one bedroom by the sliding door, nickel size hole in the bathroom faucet, deck screws supporting curtain rods and rusty vents and drains were just the beginning. Tried to dry a towel in the rusty dryer. After 2 hours it was still wet and had to call sun coast as the vent was completely clogged. Don’t know if it had ever been cleaned before. Evidently no maintenance is performed unless someone calls the rental agency to fix it. Fry

This house was a great set up right on the beach! Yes it is older however the new furniture and beds were great! It was very clean! The one bathroom (with the blue tub) the sink needs to be recaulked. We had to call about the air and they sent someone that evening. Overall it was a great place!

We enjoyed another great week at the Prima Villa on SGI. The new furniture and flat screen TV in the great room were very needed and appreciated. The beachfront location is perfect. The outside deck furniture does need to be replaced. Only one of the four chairs was not broken. We have stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed our visit.

We liked this older home because being we are two couples going together, we each had a side of the house with bedrooms and bathroom. Roomy living room and kitchen area. We liked it, reasonably priced accordingly.Wish they would supply dishwasher detergent for the week, but we survived. lol Suncoast Vacation Rental were very nice and helpful too.

This is a great location with short walk to the beach as this house is beach front. The appliances were working, the beds were clean. This house is older with older sinks, toilets, and showers. We were without ac/heat for 4 of the nights we stayed here. The rental company sent repair guys, but never called to check on us. We had to call daily to find out if it was going to be fixed, as well as have repair men in our house those 4 days while trying to fix the unit. I am very disappointed with the way we were treated as repeat renters from this company to reconcile this incident.

St George is beautiful and will hopefully remain relatively undeveloped in the future. Prima Villa sits right on the beach with both a covered and open deck. It's a comfortable home with four bedrooms that accommodates 8 people; however, some of the furniture and kitchen equipment could do with some updating; the dining table only seats 6. Tiny TV for the huge living room, but we were not there to watch TV anyway. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

The location on the beach was great. We enjoyed our stay but the house needs some repair and updates. Lighting was terrible especially if you are a reader. Fluorescent light fixtures in living room were yellowed and dirty. Sink and faucet in one bathroom are deteriorated. No hot water in one shower, but since there were only two of us we just used the other shower. Had we traveled with another family it would have been a big issue needing immediate repair. Suncoast gives you only the bare minimum in supplies (no dish soap or dish cloth, only 2 dishwasher tabs, no coffee filters for the very old and barely functional drip pot) so be sure and bring your own stuff.

The beach is what you come to St George Island for and you're right on the beach with Prima Villa.However, the house itself needs upgraded. The sofa and chairs are old and broken down. The bathrooms are from the 70s as is the kitchen. The 70s look is ok but amount of use over that 50 years is evident.Also, we did not have wi-fi the whole time we were there and the office did not feel it was important enough to be fixed, even after multiple calls.

The house has a great floor plan. Screened in porch on one side deck on other side. The views and size of house amazing. The beds are horrible. 3 rooms with small full beds all horrible mattresses. One room with twin beds not sure about their mattresses. This would be perfect to rent for my family but not sure because of beds. Easy rental services and easy enter.

We have rented this house 4 times over the years and we love it for its' location and because it fits our family. The folks at Suncoast are always great and very responsive. Our only complaint is the poor quality of the mattresses. We have repeatedly requested that they be upgraded, to no avail. It seems that if you're in the business of vacation rental you would, at the very least, provide your guests with comfortable sleeping accommodations. So, we are asking yet again that the homeowner do what's right and install new mattresses. All of them could be replaced with good quality foam mattresses for less than $2,000.00.

Wonderful beach location in older home
We stayed at Prima Villa with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy the week and not feel cramped at all. There is a large deck overlooking the beach, one side is screened- in while the other open, and the living room with a wall of windows, really is what makes the place!
Like everyone else said, it is quite old and dated and there are updates needed that would make this home more comfortable for guests. It’s all stated before so I won’t repeat.
It’s all about your expectation and what you want and are ok with. We were fine as a family with Prima Villa and had a wonderful time!

This house COULD be the perfect beach vacation house, GREAT location, nice layout, Nice outdoor shower, a management company that takes care of any issues immediately, IF the owners would update the interior. The furniture was old,( the loveseat was broken), the beds were the cheapest mattresses and need replacing, ie uncomfortable, the tiny 32 inch TV is a joke, the outdoor furniture was broken and most was unusable. There are fluorescent lights on the ceiling in every room and the popcorn ceilings are filthy around the AC ducts, the bathrooms are old, they have taken down all of the towel bars so nowhere to hang anything. The kitchen appliances are all in good working order so that’s a plus.

Never seen a TV that small in about 50 years. All TV's we have seen in rentals on SGI have been an exercise in frustration to operate. Hardwood floors are nice but the driveway is a pile of sand, most of which we tracked into the unit to walk upon. The patch from the beach is also 100% sand. But, parking on concrete under to unit was good and fairly protective. There was a water hose under there too so you could rinse off you vehicle and the concrete. Didn't use the outside shower or sink. Never went fishing. Beautiful sunrise and great beach walking.No lamps on the beach side of the unit left is quite dark in the evening. Only one trash bag provided so bring a couple 13 gallon kitchen bags with. The front door and lock worked well. The sliding doors - not so much. Takes two hands - one high and one low. Otherwise thy rock and jam.

Incredible view, but extremely outdated and also unsafe for children. My 4 year old found two ibuprofen pills under his bed that wasn’t ours. We found 4 rusty screws in the sand play area. When we reported this to the handyman that we called to fix a gaping rusty hole around the kitchen sink and to fix the light in the master bedroom that would not turn on, his response was “ keep the shiny screws, they’re worth 25 cents and throw the rusty ones away.” There is a giant hole in the bathroom because, according to the handyman, he hasn’t been able to find a cover in 6 months. One bathroom had no hot water so we had to ask for s plumber to come... Apparently there is hot water but you have to let it run for ten minutes and the handles were installed backwards. The sun lounge chairs are so old they crack and pinch you every time you sit down. Again, great view but would not recommend to young families for these reasons.
