Hazelmere House is part of the TJS Property Group. It is an exclusive property for families or friends looking for style, comfort and fun at any time of the year.
Arranged over three floors, the accommodation is elegantly appointed throughout. The open plan living space, furnished with comfortable sofas, 50” TV (Freeview, Netflix and DVD available) is perfect for families and groups of friends who can cosy up in front of the woodburner on cooler evenings.
In the well equipped kitchen/diner, the eye catching six-seater island is an impressive feature. Range cooker, gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, double butler sink and Nespresso machine are all to hand. In the dining room, wall to wall picture windows bring the glorious Devon countryside to you while you eat. This space also provides an additional lounge area with 30” TV and DVD player.
A downstairs utility room houses washing machine and tumble dryer as well as providing a shower room with WC and basin, perfect after a day on the beach. Three bedrooms & family bathroom equipped with WC, basin and over-bath shower, comprise the first floor. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed and has the luxury of walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with double shower, double ended bath, WC and basin. In addition, large French doors lead out onto a stunning terraced balcony, provided with seating and loungers to admire the breath taking views.
Bedroom 2 has a King (2 singles on request); & bedroom 3 has a double. On the second floor, under the eaves, bedroom 4 has 3 singles & a pull out bed (ideal for kids).
A paved patio with dining seating for eight is accessed through French doors off the dining room. A brick built barbecue, plenty of outdoor toys, a large lawned garden backing onto woodland provide an outdoor space for all to enjoy.
A single garage offers storage space for surfboards and bikes.

Lovely light, spacious, well equipped house in a beautiful place. We all had a wonderful time.

We were looking for a house for our mums 60th, something big enough for 9 of us to stay and something a little special. The views from the main bedroom and balcony were spectacular, especially when the sun came out. The kitchen and lounge space was perfect for our dinner party and the rooms were ideal with a bathroom close. The grounds were great for the kids with the climbing frame and Wendy House.
Sadly 2 of the double beds were quite uncomfortable, like 2 mattresses put together but at different heights. The check in is quite late and check out is rather early, but other than that we couldn't fault it. It was ideal for what we needed and I would recommend.

Over all we had a lovely stay its a really beautiful house!
The key safe was really tricky to get into! Took 4 of us trying for about 25 mins its very stiff.
The house could have been better stocked , although the prosecco was a lovely surprise. Und3r sofas could have a hoover, our dog was constantly trying to get under b3cause of peevious tenants food.
But over all we had a really great time and the house was great. The ensuite bath was greatly appreciated after some of the group had a dip in the sea.
