This pretty as a postcard waterfront home on Dauphin Island offers all the room you need to spread out while still enjoying together time. The best place to bookend the day is the large deck, which offers rocking chairs for morning coffee, and four barstools plus a bar with a view for evening sundowners. With several tables perfect for alfresco dining and a gas grill, you’ll probably spend most of your time outside, but inside is just as welcoming.

The open floor plan means the cooks won’t feel left out while they’re whipping up tasty treats in the well-equipped, full kitchen. There are four barstools at the kitchen island, and room for eight more at the adjacent dining table when it’s time to eat.

When it’s time to unwind after a day of exploring, the living room offers comfy couches and chaises you’ll fight over, and a flatscreen TV for all your entertainment needs. Bedtime means your choice of four comfortable rooms, the main suite with a king and three with queens, but the kids are going to love the loft, with four matching twin beds lined up in a row. Before bed, step back out onto the deck and slide onto one of those barstools to toast your good luck at finding this perfect island getaway – all you need now is a butler to bring you a drink.

The house was perfect. A short walk to the gulf side beach. Easy access to the bayside which the kids had a great time finding hermit crabs and other crabs. It was a peaceful place to stay.

This was a great home for a family with a variety of ages. A good amount of space very brief walk to the golf side and an access to the Bayside from the back of the house. Very responsive managers.

We have two grown children, and five grandchildren under the age of nine. This was the perfect place for all three families. The house was spacious, four beautiful bedrooms, three full baths, right on the beach, and though our beach was small, because it was the Bayside, just a walk across the street and we had access to a beautiful and spacious beach area. Great place for the whole family! The property manager was excellent! The house was spotless, and we could not have been happier.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. We especially enjoyed the Ninja blender for making frosty beverages to enjoy on the beautiful back deck.

10 of us stayed at this great house and it delivered as advertised. There were no issues with check in and while the fire alarm was chirping, they responded very quickly and it was resolved. The pics of this house show exactly what you are renting and this made for a wonderful vacation. The amenities of washer and dryer came in so handy and the outdoor spaces were awesome. We chose not to cook as we were there only four nights. But if you do, take everything you need. No downsides to this place in our opinion.

We stayed at the property in late April. We had an infant, toddler, 2 teenagers, and 6 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was as expected. It was a short walk down to the bay and it was nice having sand right under the house for the kids to play in. The weather was a little chilly, but otherwise it would have been the perfect outdoor space for hanging out and playing. Only downsides are the sandy area has a lot of prickers (so wear beach shoes) and the island didn't have a whole lot going on. Most restaurants were open on limited days and times.

Stayed here over Christmas with my parents and my children. First time my mother had stayed in a beach house, said it was best Christmas ever. Liked the open living/kitchen area and the bedrooms provided plenty of privacy. Had a cold snap while here,down to 22°, with a strong north wind, but we had a nice house to enjoy when it was too cold to be outside!

We stayed at this home with our entire family. Grandparents, aunts and uncles, and four kids under six. It was a perfect house for us! An easy stroll to the beach where on the bay side it is much calmer than the gulf side and easy for the kids to play without getting swept under by the waves. Very secluded and private. House came stocked with beach toys, floaties, and beach chairs. There was even a small playground under the house. House was very clean. We loved the location, far enough off the beaten path but close enough to the restaurants and shops on the island. Definitely would recommend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time on Dauphin Island. The home is on the bay side with a great waterfront view. We had the option of a short walk or ride to the gulf side beach or walk out the back door to the bay side beach. Both are excellent options and we're thoroughly enjoyed. The home was perfect for our needs. It is spacious and decorated well with comfortable but sturdy furniture. We are a family of 7 adults with three small children and it never felt crowded. If your goal is a relaxing time in a comfortable home this one fits the bill.

Had a wonderful experience. The photos on the website does not do this house justice!!! Everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, TVs and WiFi worked great!! Decent walk from the house to the beach.. beach was pretty clean, lots of shells. Being on the bay side was perfect for small kids, the water was calm yet still the feel of the ocean.

Great Deck!!!!! House had everything we needed (beach chairs, toys, games, kitchenware). Clean. Short walk to beach. Beautiful sunsets looking west from the bay. Small supply of dish, laundry detergent, trash bags, shampoo and toilet paper probably will need more if you are staying for more than a few days.
