Dirty, noisy, karaoke and the wrong cruise.
The staff were great, the boat very pleasant if a little “tired” and the food was excellent.
The garbage everywhere in the bay was awful. At night we anchored next to all the (many) other boats in Halong Bay…..and our peaceful, romantic cruise was spoiled by the noise, music and singing from the other party boats. They also had us on the wrong cruise. We had booked to go to Halong and Lan Ha Bays……but they took us only to Halong and we didn’t get to see/do most of the things we wanted to. While apologetic they just blamed Booking.com and refused to refund us properly. Terrible service - we really didn’t want management to explain their policies to us 2 or 3 times each day!!!
