L'appartamento è molto spazioso, in una posizione eccezionale per raggiungere il centro a piedi in un quarto d'ora di passeggiata. L'arredamento è tutto nuovo e il bagno è spaziosissimo. Consigliatissimo, da tornarci sicuramente

Il riscaldamento era un po' alto e in alcuni punti la pulizia poteva essere leggermente migliore come ad esempio nel forno.

Mooi appartement

De locatie is prima, met de bus sta je zo in het centrum. Er ligt een supermarkt om de hoek. Het appartement is licht en modern ingericht. De badkamer is prachtig en ruim en de douche was heerlijk! Het uitzicht op de bergen met de bomen ervoor vond ik erg mooi, en het kleine balkon was ook fijn.

De matras moet echt worden vervangen! Het bed kraakt aan alle kanten en je ligt continu in een kuil. Als het bed beter was geweest dan had deze accommodatie zeker een 10 gekregen!

We were generally satisfied. Would recommend for a bare bones stay.

Very clean. Ease of communication. Location might be a bit far for some but we love to walk so it was great for us. Just shy of a 30 minute walk to Old Town along the river

The apartment lacked some of the basics in our opinion. There were only 4 hangers in the closet for 3 people staying 5 nights. No dresser/storage so no where to put clothes leaving all 3 of us living out of suitcases. The kitchen lacked some basics… no can opener, no microwave, no measuring cup. No salt and pepper. There was only one single mirror in the apartment, in the bathroom, making it hard for more than one person to get themselves together at a time. The living area was very sparsely furnished. A futon that doubled as the second bed and a tv mounted on the wall. So although neat and clean, yes, it was rather cold and sterile. Not a place that invited you to relax.

unsafe door system.

location is decent.

A door code system! We were there with a door code, we entered the code the door unlocked and open automatic and unfortunately somebody was inside that room. That was horrible for us and for them too. we were assigned to another apartment that was also unfortunately uncleaned, like somebody were in that bed and untidy, bathroom and towels were used and left uncleaned. The staff promise to give us the discount but they have changed their mind and that lead to our discussion later on. Worse experience ever.

A tisztaság nagyon sok kivánni valót hagy maga után. A konyha felszerelése kevés de legalább ragad szennyes. A lefolyók nem folynak le rendesen+ csatornaszag van. A redőny rossz le sem lehet húzni. A folyosón sok a szemét.

Potential für ein herausragendes Apartment ist vorhanden, wird jedoch nicht vollständig genutzt

Überdachter Balkon. Schnelle Reaktion bei Beschwerde vom Gastgeber. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bussation 2 min entfernt) Sehr geräumiges Apartment.

In dem Apartment war dauerhaft ein negativer Geruch, welcher trotz dauerhaften Lüften nicht zu beseitigen war. Wenige Handtücher Sauberkeit hat Luft nach oben (verbröselte Couch, Kalkablagerungen im Bad)

Moderne Wohnung gut gelegen in Innsbruck

Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, mäßige Ausstattung, Schlafsofa für 3. Person sehr ungemütlich (Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert!), Sehr strenge Check out Regelung.

Nice place to have city break in Innsbruck.

Great staff and contact with. They even bothered to send me lost things I have accidentaly left in apartment. Really clean and have everything needed for week stay. It is located near bike path near river. Lot of shops, quite close to city center.

Paid parking on the street. But Is in not that expensive (8 euros daily and free on weekends).

Disappointing value for money

The flat is located at only 20 minutes from the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are some shops and restaurants around. The code access is convenient so you can check in at any time after 4pm.

The kitchen appliances were very poor, there was a lot of dust on the different appliances and the bathroom area and the terrace/balcony were dirty. There was no place to leave the luggage before/after check in and only three capsules of coffee were left without any further conveniences. The hairdryer does not work properly.

Second bed was couch and it’s uncomfortable to sleep and at night 2:00 someone called on intercom indoor who was he and that person was calling again and again I don’t know who and how can call us at night . And all night people were in galarry smashing the door . Not at all peaceful

Felt disgusting to stay in other peoples dirty sheets.

Beautiful appartement and good facilities

The sheets were not washed. Their were (a lot) hairs of other people between the sheets and chocolate or blood stains on the sheets. Disgusting to be honest. Location was also not great.

Gutes Apartment - leider Mangel an der Ausstattung

Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung an den Busverkehr. Alles neu, gepflegt und sauber. Allerdings etwas kahl.

Im Schlafzimmer von App. 12 gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln der Fensterscheiben. Lediglich zwei Stoffbahnen sind an den Fenstern angebracht. Unfreiwillig ist man um 6:00 Uhr wach und das im Urlaub. Mit minimalem Aufwand wäre dieser Mangel zu beheben!

Sehr Gute Unterkunft

Zimmer schön , modern eingerichtet. Nah gelegene Lage zum Zentrum. Ein paar Meter weiter direkt eine Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen. Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip.

Es war leider zu warm in Zimmer, die Fußbodenheizung konnte man scheinbar nicht einstellen. Zumindest haben wir kein Thermostat gefunden.

Very happy about this accommodation. Incredibly warm despite the Austrian winter.

We simply loved the place. The location, very handy for loads of public transports into town, the warmth of the place and the whole set up were very goo. Very nice and clean, with many little comforts.

It took us a bit to figure out how to get the hot water working, but that was a minor thing (hint: the two knobs on the bathroom wall).

Non del tutto soddisfatti dalla posizione della dalla pulizia dell’appartamento.

La zona giorno separata dalla zona notte. L’appartamento mansardato con vista sulle montagne.

La puzza di fumo nelle scale del condominio e in ascensore. La pulizia non adeguata. Il fatto che non fosse presente una scopa o qualcosa per pulire il pavimento che ci ha costretti a camminare per sua giorni sulle briciole prodotte durante i pasti.

Convenient apartment in Innsbruck

Midden in de stad De douche was erg fijn, alles wat aanwezig was deed het. Je hebt geen bank, alleen een tafel met stoelen of je bed, de ruimte is klein maar prima met 2 personen

We hadden het idee dat de vloer niet zo schoon was, maar we was nergens een bezem oid om schoon te maken. Het was prima maar de keuken was wel heel summier ingericht..

Expensive and disappointing

Location

The shower leaked badly into the bathroom, flooding it and it was obvious that this had been going on for a long time, as the door to the room was clearly warped and swollen from water damage (so much so, the door was hard to open, as it scraped on the floor). The MyQuartier team were informed and, instead of doing something about it, decided it was more appropriate to deny there was an issue.

Mooie nette kamers, alleen wat warm

Nette kamers, schoon.

Kamers zaten op verschillende verdiepingen, terwijl wij hadden aangeven bij elkaar in de buurt ivm kinderen (3, 6 en 8). Het was erg warm op de kamers, je kon de temperatuur niet zelf regelen. Als je het raam open deed, had je veel last van de drukte in de straat.

Stressig.

Ich kam aus Deutschland an, und fand es unaufgeräumt vor. Es stand noch ne Mülltüte im Raum, der Mülleimer selber war auch noch voll. In der Dusche lag n Einmalrasierer. Es war benutztes Bettzeug auf dem Bett (auch kein neues in Aussicht). Es roch als hätte jemand ne ganze deodose versprüht um rauchergeruch zu verbergen (Fenster waren offen als ich ankam). Beim Versuch die Eigentümer anzurufen ging normals jemand ran. Ich konnte nur mit booking.com telefonieren. Aber auch die netten Mitarbeiter konnten mir nur wenig helfen für den Moment. Ich habe die erste Nacht daraufhin in einem Hotel geschlafen (die 3 darauf folgenden auch, Spoiler). Es hat sich von den Eigentümern keiner bei mir gemeldet, erst als über booking.com eine Stornierungsanfrage mit voller Rückerstattung gesendet wurde. Da hat man es dann plötzlich geschafft sich in weniger als einer Stunde bei mir zu melden. Es wurde versprochen das ne Reinigungsfirma kommen würde. Selbstverständlich kam diese nicht. Und der Zustand der Wohnung hat sich auch bis zu meiner Abreise nicht verändert (selbstredend jeden Tag dokumentiert). Bis zu meiner Abreise nahm ich mir täglich ein Hotelzimmer da ich die Hoffnung hatte das sich der Zustand bessern würde, doch wie oben bereits erwähnt, passierte das nicht. Insofern hatte ich tagsüber keinen Aufenthaltsort. Denn das Hotelzimmer war immer mur für die Nacht da ich immer nur eine Nacht gebucht habe. Ich hatte die Wahl zwischen dem Geruch aus Deo und Rauch, oder irgendwas in der Stadt zu machen. Einfach nur weil man nirgendwo anders hin konnte. Alles in allem hat es mich doch sehr gewundert das es so viele gute Bewertungen gibt. Ich meine ja, ich kann einfach nur Pech gehabt haben. Aber war schon komisch.

Nice place but alit of room for improvement.😀

The property was clean and close to public transport.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. We have been staying in places throughout Europe and this bed was like a rock. Maybe a pillow top liner could be put on it before the fitted sheet. A few more plates and silverware would be nice. We also had some people enter our apartment on the last night. That suggests to me that the key codes are the same for all the apartments. That might not be the safest thing ever.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist nahe zum Zentrum, 15 min zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich ums Eck. Das gesamte Haus ist neu renoviert und das Appartement war sehr schön, geräumig und vor allem ruhig. Das haben wir sehr genossen

Es war alles bestens. Die Küche könnte ein wenig mehr bestückt sein. Vielleicht auch mehr Geschirrtücher, Mistsäcke und 1 Schaufel mit Besen.

Das Zusatzbett für die dritte Person war kaputt (Schaniere defekt), Schimmelflecken in zwei Ecken der außenseitigen Wand.
