Location
1st. There was no support staff attendant.
2nd. The place stinks. And there was false clams on the posted amenities. The sheets were soiled. Aircon was clanking and there were only one the rest are electric fans.
3rd. The host was in Bataan when called for the complaints. Key is placed on the entrance door when we arrived. No info on self check in. We look left the premises immediately when all observation was noted.. We just lasted less than 30 minutes.
4th. False advertisement. I wonder why Booking. Com listed this property. Worse, even booking.com was inaccessible even in their customer support local number and their UK office.
Overall, waste of money. Not worth to stay.
Warning! Pls check their refund policy.

Clean area
1. Very Costly for P 4k plus with only air condition unit is on this room
2. I’ve tried to call the mobile number listed before going to the place but no one answers. He should return my call or contact me instead.
3. The Trycicabs drivers were not familiar with the place and they ask us to pay so much
4. No add on customer service was provided by the staff. As part of the customer service, they should provide info on the places that we should visit to also promote the place. When we ask the staff of a place, he answers just I don’t know.

Room was spacious and clean and worth every penny. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Location is good too, lots of buses and e-tryc just outside the inn. Will book here again if I ever find myself in Tagaytay.
There's a little dirt on the toilet and the pressure of the shower is weak at night. But overall, i still like the place.

I like that it was simple. Just enough for an overnight stay. No frills. Safe.
None for my visit then
