Welcome to this bright, spacious house less than 300 yards from the beach!

This adorable home is the perfect getaway for your family, friends, & dog! It’s quiet, yet right near the action. You're only:

* 300 yards from the beach
* Walkable to Ocean Blvd, Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Family Kingdom, etc.
* 5 min to the airport
* Short ride to MB State Park, Broadway @ The Beach, Market Common, & golf
* Near shopping, restaurants, water sport rentals, mini-golfing, bumper cars, etc.

Master bedroom (downstairs):

*Private bathroom
*Walk-in closet

Upstairs rooms:

*Washer and dryer and ironing board in the upstairs closet

Please bring any dog supplies you need. The pet owner must provide bowls, blankets, and cleaning supplies for your dog.
You will be charged for any damage or extra cleaning from the dog (or guests).

The house was nice and super close to the beach access right at the end of the street. Reasonably close to the boardwalk we found it easier to drive to boardwalk instead of walk. All in all was a perfect beach getaway for us.

We came here for Bike Week and had a great time. The house fit all 8 of us perfectly and was well maintained. There is a small yard in the front and a decent size driveway on the side. I would definitely rent here again.

We had a wonderful time. Being so close to the beach is great. Host is very comminicative. The beds are very comfortable. Thats the best part of a house for me, but furnishing and kitchen items were great also. Highly recommended

Close to beach & restaurants. Not fancy, but has everything you need. Host was quick to respond and helpful. We had some issues with the cleaning of the property, but the host was great to work with and took care of what we needed.

We had a great week and the house was perfect for us. Home was very clean and layout was great. Location is really good 5 minute walk to the beach. Neighbors were really friendly and helpful. Host was great to work with and helpful with any questions. There were 10 of us and my dog and everyone had a great time. This was our 6th or 7th trip to Myrtle Beach in the last 20 years and this place was by far the best. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again. Jeff

This trip was for my disabled mother for Mother’s Day. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for her. The house was amazing. Great location. Friendly neighbors. Close to everything. Bryce was responsive and checked in on us through our vacation. I would definitely stay here again for our next family vacation.

This condo was perfect for 5 guys in Myrtle Beach to play in a softball tournament! The bedrooms were spacious and there was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. We were 5 minutes from the beach and the condo was one block form Ocean Drive in one direction, and one block from Kings Highway the other direction. Bryce, the owner provided great information and was very helpful. The living room was nice, with plenty of space, and there was a TV in every room. We definitely made the right choice with this one!

Great property and plenty of room - nice big bedrooms! Easy walk to beach and a great place to get to everything. Host was quick to respond to questions and check-in with us throughout stay and i received checkin and checkout information un timely manner and the place had everything we needed. The house was very nice and laid out perfectly for our group. The senoir couple had the room downstairs and everyone else was upstairs. We could walk to breakfast at Denny's. We were able to walk down to the beach. Communication was great.
