Yacht Club Villas 3204 is a family-owned and operated property managed directly by the owners themselves. Our second floor 2300sqft condo is large and comfortably furnished with new furniture. It features three private balconies and all the upgrades you could ask for. The unit is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Our condo comes with all the amenities you’d expect of this high-end property. Each room has state of the art flat-panel TVs. The four-bedroom unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, washer, and dryer, and free Wi-Fi is all included in this condo. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the charming dining area. The living room, master bedroom, and a double queen bedroom all extend out onto private balconies, so sunshine streams inside and beckons you to go out and enjoy some of the beautiful South Carolina weather.

Speaking of going outside, if you come to Myrtle Beach for golf, we have four of the best courses in the area designed by Tom Fazio, Pete Dye, and Greg Norman. Our entire family enjoyed this condo very much, there is plenty of space! Having each bedroom with their own bathroom was great as well. The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to venture too. Had a quick question for Vic and he was very quick to respond - thank you!

Absolutely perfect place for our group, and well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint, and very minor. We are use to starting dishwasher before we leave. This listing required us to actually put them away, which means handwashing dishes. Big waste of water and makes me wonder if people are actually washing them properly before putting them away.

Had a golf getaway with my guys, and we were all pleasantly surprised how much space was in this property. It’s perfect for any type of group. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect as well. The host was very responsive and I would recommend this location to anyone.

The condo was perfect for our family! Very clean and well maintained. We loved sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. The pool was nice as well. Marina bar & grill was just a short walk away & a nice spot to eat. Vic was a great host & we hope to stay here again in the future!

Let me start out by saying thank you to Vic and his wife. I actually had the opportunity to meet Vic as we were moving in and had a great conversation with him. The place was in good condition and didn’t disappoint us. Even though the heat and humidity were awful, we enjoyed our stay in this unit and enjoying the pool. It’s exactly what you see advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable.

This is a spacious and very comfortable condo. Beautiful pool on the property. Beach access is about a 5-7 minute drive. We had no trouble parking and you do have to pay $3 per hour to park. Property owner was attentive and prompt into responding to a small maintenance issue. We had a great trip!

We absolutely loved our stay!!!!! Everything was just as described and pictured!!! It was spacious for 7 adults for our son’s wedding. The Villa was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had liquid hand soap by every sink and also a hand sanitizer. The pool area was great!!! We enjoyed some down time hanging at the pool! We would definitely stay again!!

Four great bedrooms and four bathrooms for four guys on a golf getaway, that was perfect! A Keurig coffee machine plus k-cups - very nice touch. Large comfortable living room with ample seating and the World Series for entertainment, doesn’t get any better. Loved it.

We initially had an issue with checking and the cleanliness of the property. Vic was very apologetic and quick to make things right for us. Once our issues were resolved we were able to really enjoy our time in Myrtle Beach. This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom condo provided the perfect space for our family.

The condo exceeded our expectations in regards to size and location to amenities. However, the cleanliness of the condo was surprising. It looked as if a QUICK once over was done and not a thorough cleaning. The floors were dirty and dust was all over. The fridge had not been cleaned (as in wiped clean) and the stove top was still dirty. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. I appreciated the ease of entering the condo with keyless entry--didn't have to keep up with a key and every one was able to come and go as they pleased.

Perfect. 8 adults and 2 children. Each couple had own space and bathroom plus each child had their own bed. Then we would come together in the kitchen/dining area and living room for family fun and games. Pool was perfect for the 2 little ones learning to swim....and adults too. Marina Bar & Grill has great food and entertainment. AWESOME...loved it. Thank you!!!!
