From the beautiful bathroom, adorable kitchenette, super comfortable king size bed, to the balcony overthinking the bay and Provincetown .

Absolutely loved our stay. Super clean and the location is great. Easy to go to Provincetown with the shuttle.

Stunning location however slightly let down by very tired appliances and lack of proper kitchen equipment (coffee maker for one person for ex.) along with tired furniture.
We understand a kitchenette isn’t full size but newer, up to date appliances would make a huge difference.
That said, property manager could not be more gracious and helpful.

We were referred to this property by a friend and it exceeded our expectations! Our room was on the second floor with a spectacular view. The property manager is delightful and exceptionally helpful. We appreciated the full kitchen in our room. There is a grocery store in Provincetown and we were able to stock up on supplies. The location is easy to get to and just a short drive to Provincetown. We really liked visiting Head of the Meadow Beach. We loved walking along the shoreline each morning. In the evening, we slept with the sliding door wide open to enjoy the sound of the surf. We love having coffee in the morning and appreciated the small coffee maker. Be advised that you should bring your own creamer. I didn’t expect to find complementary bath toiletries, so that was a pleasant surprise! Everything was wonderful.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandbars. The room was clean & the view was amazing. We had 2 small issues, one with the TV & the other with the fridge & Todd, the property manager, was absolutely amazing. He could not have been more responsive & helpful. My husband & I both agree, hands down, he was the best property manager we have ever dealt with. We look forward to returning next summer.

Cute room, everything you need for a weekend away. Beautiful views off of the deck, great area for relaxing on the beach. Close to Provincetown. Would recommend better linens. Very comfortable mattress, however the bedding wasn't comfortable or inviting. Would absolutely stay again.

The view of the bay and the outside area was very nice. Located close to Provincetown made it very convenient. The actual unit was clean, basic and needing updating.

I have stayed three previous times at Sandbars when it was under different management and had an exceptional time. Now that Vacasa is managing this property I have noticed a significant decrease in my comfort and satisfaction, especially during my recent stay. We traveled to Sandbars to celebrate my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. I was expecting an easy breezy time like I have always had before. Instead right off the bat we had major issues and inconveniences. Bad customer service, no one on-call or nearby/available to help us with our check-in issue. We arrived to our rental room #13, the door had a key jammed into the lock and would not budge, plus the digital passcode was also not working properly. Because we had a problem with the key we could not properly lock the door. This really worried us because someone could enter from the outside at anytime during our stay. We did not feel safe sleeping in this unit overnight. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Vacasa customer service, located in Oregon, who misunderstood our issue and passed along the incorrect issue to the local Vacasa property manager, Alexandra. Property management/maintenance showed no urgency to fix our lock issue. They said someone would come by sometime that night or morning of the next day. Thankfully they let us stay in a different room on our first night. The next day we traveled around with all of our belongings in the car with us until we received the notice that our room #13 was ready. I had to continue to text the property manager for updates on our room. We were so worried we wouldn’t have a room for the rest of our stay that we drove up and down route 6A looking for alternate accommodations. Additionally, on the property, there were no safety lights around the stairs or around the main Sandbars road sign. It was raining most of our stay and the stairs were very slick. The outdoor lights for each unit were not on either, and caused a very dark parking lot. No house keeping during our stay, not even fresh towels were offered. Maid service entered our room late in the afternoon on Friday without knocking. Overall, very disappointed.

Lovely clean studio with everything we needed and a balcony directly facing the beach and water... which was steps away. I was part of a family group each staying in their own rooms next door to each other.
We made great use of the picnic tables, umbrellas, beach chairs, fire pit and sand for games, water for swimming. The neighborhood was very quiet but great restaurants were minutes away and Provencetown a few miles down the road .

This was my second time staying here and it is really nice. The beach just steps away is so relaxing. There are plenty of chairs for guests to use as well. The beach towels are also a nice touch. The only improvement I would like them to make is to provide more than 2 bath towels in the room. There is no daily service and I couldn't locate anyone to ask for more. Other than I would stay again.
