Our family reunion was held in this beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold it. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to find a quieter place if being in the crowd was too much. The hosts are easily available if needed but things were set up so well that we didn’t need much! It is a week my entire family will remember fondly! We are thankful for such a great place to stay!

A five star visit. There was only one disappointment- it lists a gym and shows work out equipment. There were none. The men and teens in my group were very disappointed.

This place is amazing! We have a large family and it accommodated everyone with room to spare! Loved the large kitchen and we all were able to fit around the dining table. The indoor pool was wonderful for the kids and the large yard with beautiful trees allowed them to run around and play. The hosts had thought of everything! And they are super nice and helpful! I highly recommend this property!!

The house was perfect. 16 of my own family plus my sister and her 3 for a total of 20 under one roof. It was like being at home. Everything and more right at your fingertips for entertaining, cooking all 3 meals, to swimming for the kids. We even had our family dog.
I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Missouri for another family reunion. Thanks for having us!! Mark, Robyn and family.

There were 17 of us bride and groom family for our kids wedding. This property is beautiful!!! Lots of room for everyone to relax. Loved the pool!! Enjoyed the back deck!! Guys loved the pool table!! Highly recommend for a large group!! Would definitely stay again!!!

We had a large group celebrating college graduation which included people from ages 6-82 and this property was absolutely perfect for it. I wish we would have looked more into the what the nearby park and lake had to offer.

Fantastic place to stay! Very accommodating, house is beautiful and even better in real life. We had 8 students and 2 adults for 2 nights for our FBLA state conference in Springfield. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I will definitely look for this home every year when attending the conference in April. Thank you for your hospitality and always being available.

Phenomenal place to stay! Recommend highly for anyone wanting the perfect getaway. Great communication with owner, who gave us a tour in person, and quickly replied to our messages. Amazing for families! Wearing the kids out in the pool before bed is a must! Fantastic amenities for all ages. We will be staying here again soon.

The house is beautiful with lots to do! We were in town for a mom/daughter wkd with our senior girls! We ended up just staying at the house instead of going out bc the setting was perfect! It’s a little farther outside of town but it didn’t matter! Would totally stay here again! We all wished we had knew about this house four years ago when we started out at MSU! Owners are fabulous — very kind and helpful! Thanks!!

We, along with 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren, chose this beautiful home for a 4 night spring break stay and we LOVED it. There is more than enough room and family things to do to keep everyone happy and busy during your stay. The bedroom layouts worked so well for private bedrooms, family bedrooms, etc.! The host and hostess gave us a wonderful tour upon our arrival and even shared their sweet dog and puppies with us. We had children 8-15 with us and, with adult participation and supervision, they loved learning how to play pool and play in the pool! The kitchen is huge and the fridge/freezers have so much room, so plan to make meals a family affair! Both the kitchen table and the dining room table seat 8! A wonderful selection of family games are also available. Our multi-generation family had a great time!

We booked this property for a bach party with 10 people. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we still had beds to spare. The pool was AMAZING and one of the highlights of our weekend. The property is close enough to town if you forgot something, but the house was stocked with the essentials! Plenty of linens, but an available washer/dryer if needed. The dishwasher was a nice perk, as well. The hosts were lovely and so so kind! After the initial walk through with Shannon to give us the basics of maintaining the pool, use of the sauna, and HVAC system we didn’t see them once. They checked with us through the inbox multiple times to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. Everything was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay again!

This place was amazing and was the right fit for 8 ladies to scrapbook and get a little crazy. The pool area was wonderful and the whole place was very quiet. Except for us!! Only issues we had were figuring out the light switches, the temperature settings and an oven too small to cook meals.

We had such an amazing time enjoying our family and friends for Christmas in this beautiful home. It is all that it says and more… The house is perfect. It is large enough for big families to spread out, but also cozy enough with everyone able to be in the same area when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to many more holidays and family time in this beautiful home. My grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and the sauna… the adults also love the sauna.

This was a terrific home for my extended family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving Holiday. My extended family always goes somewhere over the 4 day Thanksgiving Holiday extended weekend. This was our first time in the Springfield, MO area and booking a home with an indoor pool and this was the first trip where the kids never once uttered the word "I'm bored". The pool kept them entertained at all times and was a great temp. The house more than met our needs as everyone had room for their individual families and then enough space to eat meals together and play games. It was a very quick drive to Springfield to explore many different things. The hosts did a great job communicating prior and during the stay. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed at this property over the weekend. Our son got married at a venue in Fair Grove. Perfect location. This house could not be any more fun or better. All of it was amazing. The pool is a huge bonus and hit with the kids. The owners are so kind and as available as you need. If you are looking for a place to stay book this home now. It is exactly like the pictures and amazing!

The VRBO description of this spacious, beautiful home was spot on and perfect for our large family. The kitchen was well stock making meal preparation a fun family event. Our five grandchildren have a plan to raid their piggy banks so we can purchase this home! Truly a place for making family heart connections.

We were there in a large group of 14 adults and 3 kids. All we wanted was to spend the weekend and have fun. And trust me, we were really loud all the time, but the host who was in the backyard had zero complain. Loved the place so much.

Our family had such a fun and relaxing stay in this beautiful house. The whole property was seemingly designed with guests in mind! The pool was immaculate/beautiful and so much fun for the entire family. Shannon made communication effortless! Highly recommend!!!!

Fort Meyers was exactly what we needed for a short trip. The home was just as described and communication perfect. We didn’t use the patio and games outside because it was so hot. We spent most of our time in the pool and sauna. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make meals and the bed was comfortable.

The house was awesome! Very nice furnishings, a lot of extras in the kitchen, and more than enough room for our family of 7. Location was private and quiet, and the large front and back yard were great. The indoor pool was perfect too! Host was very accommodating and accessible.

My husband and I felt very pampered with all the amenities! It was a gorgeous home and there were several fun games to play like a pool table, lawn golf, and board games. The pool was perfect and soothing. My dog loved running around the huge yard and the hosts were very helpful with anything we needed.

If I could give this property and host all the stars, i most definitely would. Its a beautiful property and house. The host is amazing and goes way above and beyond. If you are ever up their way, this place is a must stay in. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay at this house! The entire house is beautifully updated and decorated. Somehow it felt both luxurious and homey. It was perfectly clean including the pool, which provided many hours of entertainment.
The house was stocked with all the household items we needed and more. The owners were extremely attentive when needed and otherwise gave us privacy.
We enjoyed the Springfield aquarium and nearby restaurants recommended in the guest information book. It was also just an hour away from Silver Dollar City for a day trip.
We could not recommend staying at this property more and can’t wait to go back!

The home & grounds are beautiful.
We were very disappointed to find that 5 of the 6 fireplaces were not working. The only one that did was an LED version in the living room.
The pool was the biggest disappointment. Upon arrival the owner said that we needed to pick a time for them to come open and close it each day. When the cover wasn’t working properly the first time they came to close it-we all agreed to leave it open.
We were told to leave the roof windows and a screen door open at all times and the fans on when not using the pool because there was a problem with humidity from the pool causing damage.
The pool water was COLD and the owners turned it up but said it takes 48 hours to change so it was not used much and was the main reason we rented this property-even though it was an expensive treat.
I have rented many times and in many places and I have never had to interact with owners/property managers in person. I always feel as if the property is mine for the time I rent not the case here. They wanted to be present to open/close the pool, they needed to be present in order to use fireplaces, their check-in/out procedures book even said they would likely make a trashcan sweep Sunday night due to early trash pickup Monday.
I felt like I needed to turn off lights, minimize use of things..like I needed to help them pinch pennies.
Upon arrival there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher & towels in the dryer.
For sure wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

This is a lovely property maintained by lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating, accessible, and hospitable. They went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of us. The house comfortably accommodated our ten-person party. The pool is great. There is easy access to beautiful Fellows Lake. The internet connection is very fast.

There is just so much to say about this property and the amazing hosts who offer this gorgeous retreat!
My husband and I, along with our two boys (10 and 8 yo) stayed here over our spring break. We wanted a place that was just our own to spend quality time making memories with our kids and this exceeded our expectations. We made meals, enjoyed the many amenities and sought out the local things to do! We fished, went to the Natural History Mueseum and Aquarium, checked out some caves, and explored some local hiking trails. We started every day with a breakfast around the table and ended our evenings snuggled on the couches with popcorn and a movie!
The hosts were welcoming, accessable and so so accomadating! We would recommed this place over and over again! Thank you Shannon and company for the clean, well thought out retreat! You left no stone unturned!

This home was amazingly nice. Everything was well stocked, clean and spacious. It sleeps a lot of people, but only 3 bedrooms so keep that in mind when planning the stay. The ONLY complaint I have is the lack of privacy. I have never stayed in a VRBO where the owners live on site in their camper. They also come inside the home while you’re there. (You pay a lot of money and they should def prepare for guests and plan to NOT be in and out of the house) There was a curtained off stairway by the pool and kitchen. It’s their office and I believe another room or something. We were all hanging out about 10:15 pm our first night when my sister in law approached me and said “that lady was just walking through the pool area and I thought it was you! She scared me.” Then one of the kids that was with our family said the same thing….they saw a lady walking through the house. She said she would be going in and out to get tax papers. I feel if people are spending this kind of money, they should not be worried that a complete stranger is in the house with them!!! One of the little girls called her mom (back home in Kansas) and told her she was scared because a lady keeps coming in the house and going behind a curtain….not a call any mom wants to hear even if it is harmless. It took away from the experience having the couple sitting right outside the front of the house, feeling watched all the time. Don’t get me wrong, nice lady. Just definitely won’t stay in another VRBO that has the owners there the entire time and coming in and out of the house unknown!! Other than that, the home and exterior was amazing
