Soggiorno perfetto consiglio vivamente

Francesco veramente eccezionale Struttura curata, stanza pulita. Colazione buonissima ed abbondante Abbiamo portato le cagnoline , accolte Senza il minimo problema, anche dal suo cagnolone, Leone. Posizione perfetta per girare i paesi limitrofi Parcheggio interno comodo Grande parco attorno alla casa curatissimo , con grande e bella piscina Servizio caffè self service a pagamento a disposizione ,graditissimo. Consigli per cenare nei dintorni bene e a prezzi buoni . Abbiamo avuto questo e molto altro Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura. Grazie Francesco.

The room was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great with a variety of food. you feel like you are in the country.

We were very happy and did not have any dislikes.

Good but not as good as it should have been

Excellent breakfast

One of the reasons for choosing this place was it had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't useable despite it being early October and the temperature in the mid 20s. There was no offer of a price reduction by the owner., thus making it expensive for what it was. I can see why the general reviews of this property are higher than I would give it (between 7 and 8) but when a significant reason for choosing the property is not available then I have to down rate it. I suggest others thinking of booking this property and want to use the pool check ahead before booking.

Lovely homey place for a break in a country side

Beautiful settings with lovely pool in the grounds. Very comfy beds and nice aperitivo service :) And gorgeous dog named Leone!

Peaceful getaway near to nature and sites

Great location, very quiet but close enough to town. The Via Francigena trail is literally around the corner and a pleasant walk to Sutri takes around 1,5 hours. Francesco the owner is very friendly and helpful. Great swimming pool for a swim after the hike. Lake Vico is very close for good restaurants on the lake shore and more hikes.

Would definitely visit again

Room very clean and comfortable, basic. Very Pretty area, on quiet hillside. Staff fantastic, I arrived around 9pm and he helped me order some food with a delivery. Nice simple breakfast. I visited with a Bicycle and they were able and happy to store inside the breakfast area. If you visit with a bicycle or large vehicle I would recommend going to the address from the south side as the shorter route from the town is extremely steep. Great value for money, large bed

Great location for walkers on Via Francigena just outside Capranica

Relaxed and hospitable. Lovely setting with a pool. You can have nice aperitivi (no dinner on site).

Really enjoyed our stay here. Francisco, our host couldn't have been more facilitating. As a couple, travelling the Via Francigena, we had a great evening with fine food and wine at a wonderful location. Facilities for groups here looked amazing, eating area with music, gym equipment, fantastic bar in Etruscan cave, and, in summer, a swimming pool! At reasonable rate, this place looks out of this world. Would love to visit again.

A great stay, for a few days while visiting the area or for a night while on the Francigena trail.

It is in a great location, just outside the village, on the Francigena trail. It's silent, green and we got a pleasant welcome by the owners. The swimming pool is huge, especially compared to the size of the B&B. The bed felt hard but we all slept well during our stay.
