I met up with my siblings to attend a family reunion in Tulare. The house easily accommodated our group. It was nice all us adults having own room! Air conditioner was set and going when we got there which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Internet worked well. Hopefully, we will be back again!

We needed this property at last minute due to a family funeral. The property manager was very helpful in getting this booked for me and the house exceeded expectations. Very clean and fast internet connection. I will definitely be staying here again if needed!

A wonderful overnight stay in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! The house is very spacious though it was only 3 of us, plenty of room for each of us to gather and have our own space. Our host was the best!! Extremely prompt and attentive when we reached out for check in/check out. Made us feel welcoming for our one night stay we much needed while driving up to Sacramento and visiting college campuses! Thanks a bunch for hosting us! Also, please visit Bravo Farms Restaurant at the Tulare Outlet Center! The food was amazing and they were opening another place next door to eat that sounded amazing. Being from Los Angeles, we love finding unique restaurants that offer great tasting food!!!

A comfortable place to stay!
This property was in a good neighborhood. We arrived & the place was in order, clean & spacious. We were 4 couples & we were all comfortable in the home.
Good & clean towels were on each bed with water & snacks on the night stands. When we got there the air conditioner was already on for our comfort because it was pretty hot the day we checked in.
Communicating with the owner/manager was easy & quick. We had a little bit of an issue with the alarm making a sound & the manager quickly told us what to do & resolved the problem.
Overall we had a great time staying at this place.

Disturbed that there was someone else in the house but was not disclosed
The rental was nice. The manager turned on the air-conditioning for us and communicated well. This is a house, not a town house. The garage was locked but you could hear a television through the garage door. We woke up to someone talking in the garage area and could hear it through the bedroom wall. My adult children felt uneasy wondering if someone would enter the home while we were sleeping. Felt very creepy to know someone was in the same house but not disclosed or seen.
I did message the property manager in case it was someone squatting there. They did not respond so I assume they knew since they communicated well about everything else. This should be disclosed on the listing.

Spacious House
This house has 4 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms which made very spacious and great for a big family or up to 8 persons. However my wife felt uneasy about clearness of towels due to some discolored spots and kitchen utensils which she washed before use. But this was the first house without coffee maker. Fortunately I brought pour over coffee but took time to make four cups every time.
I guess there is not much the owner can do, but the stench smell of the cattle farm was so bad in the morning. Wished there was a warning note. Also may be need to post check out list.
